Το Villa Lene Chania είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που νοικιάζει με εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα, σε μια πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Το Villa Lene Chania βρίσκεται στο χωριό Καλαθάς της Κρήτης. Παραθαλάσσια, ιδιωτική βίλα προς ενοικίαση με εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα στην παραλία Καλαθάς, με 6 υπνοδωμάτια, 5 μπάνια, τζακούζι, ενδοδαπέδια θέρμανση, βεράντα, μπαλκόνια και ιδιωτική πισίνα.

Από την πρώτη στιγμή που θα μπείτε στην ιδιοκτησία, θα παρατηρήσετε τον ενιαίο σχεδιασμό του ισογείου και τον γενναιόδωρο χώρο του σαλονιού. Η πολυτέλεια ολοκληρώνεται με τα χαρακτηριστικά του τζακιού και την ενδοδαπέδια θέρμανση σε κάθε δωμάτιο του σπιτιού. Το ισόγειο ολοκληρώνει τη σκεπαστή βεράντα και την τραπεζαρία, που χωράει 8 άτομα, μπροστά από το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην παραλία του Καλαθά.

Στον πρώτο όροφο το ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο με δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα, καθιστικό και όλες οι πολυτελείς εγκαταστάσεις που μπορεί να προσφέρει ένα μοντέρνο σπίτι, ολοκληρώνει το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο εξοπλισμένο με τζακούζι. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο βρίσκεται επίσης στον πρώτο όροφο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Στο υπόγειο, θα βρείτε 4 ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια με 2 ιδιωτικά μπάνια, όλα ενημερωμένα. Επίσης, εκεί θα βρείτε 2 αποθήκες και χώρο πλυντηρίου. Καθώς το καλοκαίρι είναι συνήθως πολύ ζεστό, θα βρείτε κλιματισμό σε κάθε δωμάτιο και έχουν επίσης εγκατασταθεί τηλεοράσεις και DVD.

Θα μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον ήλιο στα μεγάλα μπαλκόνια και την πλαϊνή βεράντα του και να κολυμπήσετε στην εκπληκτική πισίνα 110μ². Η όμορφη παραλία του Καλαθά απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Great house

The house was great. All little issues we had along the week (e.g. broken A/C) were fixed within the hour. Location is perfect, much closer to thebeach than we anticipated. We would recommend without a doubt.

We had a fabulous time in Crete!

Let me first start with the villa. We were a big group of 12 adults and a baby, and the villa accommodated all of us. The villa is spacious, with a big swimming pool, a big garden where we would play volleyball and it has an outside court for tennis…
Let me first start with the villa. We were a big group of 12 adults and a baby, and the villa accommodated all of us. The villa is spacious, with a big swimming pool, a big garden where we would play volleyball and it has an outside court for tennis and basketball. There is a mini market just around the corner and a beautiful beach is a few minutes away. Chania is a 20 minutes drive away and the airport is 10 minutes away. We had a fabulous view and we enjoyed an amazing sunset every evening. The service we received was great, hospitable and fast communication to accommodate all our needs. I recommend this place greatly for a family vacation. We felt very safe in the area with teenagers among us, however the villa is in a slightly remote area so renting a car is mandatory. We would also advice to provide daily cleaning service as part of the package.

Me and my friends had the best time there. The place is huge, with plenty of comfortable beds, a great kitchen and a massive swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. You will spend many a sunset gazing out from that pool. Our hostess was incredibly helpful…
Me and my friends had the best time there. The place is huge, with plenty of comfortable beds, a great kitchen and a massive swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. You will spend many a sunset gazing out from that pool. Our hostess was incredibly helpful and she helped arrange a series of activities, including a couple dinners from one of the best chefs in Greece and a boating excursion on the island's south side. The villa is ideally located just ten minutes away from the airport and about 20 minutes from Chania proper. This was easily the best vacation I've ever experienced and would love to come back to do it again next year!

Greatest Trip

This was one of my best trips I have ever experienced. Villa was great in every possible way. Location was easy to access, Villa was extremely nice with amazing view to the sea. All other Villa facilities such as pool, bedrooms, dining, and living rooms were in very good shape. Special thanks to our Villa Manager (Aggeliki) for her great welcoming and tremendous assist with anything we have asked for. Best holiday :)

This is a stunning and wonderful villa, with probably the best pool we have experienced in many years of travelling to Greece and Spain. The facilities throughout the villa are excellent (kitchen equipment plentiful, sun beds incredibly comfortable, lots of shaded placed throughout the garden and pool areas to sit, read and eat etc). The design of the villa is its most striking feature with wonderful sculptures and paintings and it's a joy to live in for a time. It's position near to nice beaches and small excellent restaurants is also great, and the view out in the evening watching the sun going down is simply stunning. The house keeper could not have done more for us on arrival, even arranging a takeaway of wonderful Greek food from the local village and then giving us advice on the best local restaurants and settings. She also set up a birthday meal for us overlooking the bay of chania and organised a beautiful birthday cake. This is a great villa and well worth the extra cost.
