Blue Horizon Villa Crete è un nuovo complesso che definisce elevati standard di lusso. Il nuovo complesso di 179 m2, progettato dalla famiglia Vasilakis, è posizionato sulla bellissima costa nord-orientale di Creta, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla pittoresca cittadina di Sitia. Blue Horizon Villa Crete gode di una posizione privilegiata sul mare che offre una vista sulle acque azzurre della baia di Sitia con la sua bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa, ideale per nuotare, prendere il sole, fare surf, fare snorkeling ed esplorare un vecchio relitto che giace sul fondo del mare.

Il complesso è stato creato pensando a una vacanza di lusso che si fonde con il paesaggio locale e ha molti servizi architettonici ed ecologici unici in tutto. Vanta un'estetica unica con una sensazione originale. L'arredamento interno è stato accuratamente selezionato per offrire il massimo comfort con l'utilizzo di materiali naturali e rispettosi dell'ambiente, offrendo agli ospiti un'esperienza di lusso. Ogni residenza ha il suo stile unico. Può sicuramente essere un momento clou per le tue vacanze.

Il complesso è composto da tre residenze di lusso semi-indipendenti e completamente arredate (Est, Centro e Ovest), unite in una. Ognuno ha il proprio ingresso con veranda privata con vista mare mozzafiato. Comprende 4 camere da letto, 3 soggiorni, 3 cucine a pianta aperta completamente attrezzate, 3 bagni con idromassaggio e 1 bagno per gli ospiti. Le quattro camere finemente arredate, fornite di biancheria da letto, materassi e biancheria della massima qualità, sono distribuite su diversi livelli. Può ospitare fino a quattordici (14) ospiti (7+7). Al piano terra, le parti est e ovest comprendono un comodo soggiorno con divano letto (2 materassi singoli separati), un angolo studio, una cucina a pianta aperta completamente attrezzata e un bagno con idromassaggio. Le scale interne in marmo conducono alla camera da letto con letto king-size in legno. Le verande sul davanti hanno un pergolato in legno che fa ombra.

La parte principale si estende su 3 piani. Il piano terra contiene un accogliente soggiorno con camino, un divano letto (2 materassi singoli separati) e un angolo studio. La cucina a pianta aperta completamente attrezzata e la zona pranzo si trovano sullo stesso piano accanto al soggiorno. C'è anche un bagno per gli ospiti. La capiente camera matrimoniale con letto king-size in legno si trova al primo piano, godendo di una splendida vista sulla magnifica baia di Sitia. C'è anche un lussuoso bagno con idromassaggio sullo stesso piano. Le scale in legno conducono alla camera da letto del secondo piano con un letto singolo in legno e una bella terrazza con due lettini prendisole, con magnifiche viste complete sul mare, sul tramonto, sulla città e sul paesaggio circostante.

All'esterno, c'è una piscina privata (30m2), piena di acqua dolce cristallina, oltre a lettini, un salotto ombreggiato da un incomparabile pergolato in pietra naturale, un barbecue in pietra in muratura, un tradizionale forno in pietra, un tavolo da pranzo in marmo e panche in marmo. I giardini sono abbelliti con l'uso di pietre naturali e ciottoli di mare. In una superficie totale di 900 m², scoprirai palme, erbe cretesi, fiori in fiore, piante locali, prati e un giardino roccioso esterno che mostra una collezione di cactus ed erbe che prosperano nella zona. This is your perfect spot to stay during your East Crete vacation.

They are very friendly and make you feel like you are part of their family. They expected us with a fridge full of a lot of gifts, sweets, and fruits. They are doing everything to make you feel loved and welcome. And they do it in the most natural way…

Perfectly planned, furnished, and equipped villa.

Εxtremely friendly hosts. Breakfast is served with everything. The sea is in front of the pool. It takes 10 minutes to walk along the beach from the guarded parking lot to the town of Sitia.

We were shocked to see bikes we could use. You can locate the most picturesque villages and beaches as well as unique restaurants with the help of the hosts.
