Blue Horizon Villa Crete is a fresh complex that sets high standards of luxury. The newly created 179 m2 complex, designed by the Vasilakis Family, is positioned on the beautiful northeast coast of Crete, a ten-minute walk from the picturesque town of Sitia. Blue Horizon Villa Crete enjoys a privileged seaside position offering a view of the azure waters of Sitia Bay with its beautiful sandy beach, great for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, snorkeling, and exploring an old shipwreck that lies on the seafloor.

The complex has been created with luxury holiday living in mind that blends into the local landscape and has many unique architectural and ecological services throughout. It boasts unique aesthetics with an original feeling. The interior furnishing has been carefully selected to provide maximum comfort with the use of natural and environment-friendly materials, offering guests an experience of luxury. Each residence has its own unique style. Overall, Blue Horizon Villa Crete is the appropriate choice for the elite traveler with a desire for excellent style and design, seeking a relaxing retreat. It can definitely be a highlight to your holidays.

The complex is comprised of three semi-detached, fully furnished luxury residences (East, Central, and West), united in one. Each one has its own entrance with a private veranda with breathtaking sea views. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 open-plan fully equipped kitchens, 3 bathrooms with hydro-massage, and 1 guest toilet. The four fine decorated bedrooms, stocked with maximum quality bedding, mattresses, and linens are spread in different levels. It can house up to fourteen (14) guests (7+7). On the ground floor, the East and West parts comprise a comfy living room with a sofa bed (2 separate twin mattresses), an office corner, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with hydro massage. The interior marble stairs lead to the bedroom with a king-size wooden bed. The verandas at the front have a wooden pergola giving shadow.

The main part sprawls across 3 floors. The ground floor contains a cozy living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed (2 separate twin mattresses), and an office corner. The open-plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area are located on the same floor next to the living room. There is also a guest toilet. The capacious master bedroom with a king-size wooden bed is found on the first floor, enjoying an astonishing view of the magnificent Sitia bay. There is also a luxury bathroom with hydro-massage on the same floor. The wooden stairs lead to the bedroom of the second floor with a twin wooden bed and a nice terrace with two sun lounges, boasting magnificent full views of the sea, sunset, town, and surrounding landscape.

Outside, there is a private swimming pool (30m2), filled with crystal clear freshwater, as well as sunbeds, a lounge shaded by an incomparable natural stone pergola, a built-in stone BBQ, a traditional stone oven, a handcrafted marble dining table, and marble benches. The gardens are landscaped with the use of natural stones and sea pebbles. In a total area of 900 m², you will discover palm trees, Cretan herbs, blossoming flowers, local plants, lawns, and an external rock garden displaying a collection of cactuses and herbs that prosper in the area. Elegant night lighting also creates a calm atmosphere, the best way to enjoy unforgettable moments. The villa is gated providing both privacy and security.

This is your perfect spot to stay during your East Crete vacation.

They are very friendly and make you feel like you are part of their family. They expected us with a fridge full of a lot of gifts, sweets, and fruits. They are doing everything to make you feel loved and welcome. And they do it in the most natural way…

Swimming pool, private parking, and a beach right in front of the house. 5 minutes walking distance from the city center and tavernas.

Also acknowledged are all the staff members that provide room service and maintain the outdoor space.

Perfectly planned, furnished, and equipped villa.

Εxtremely friendly hosts. Breakfast is served with everything. The sea is in front of the pool. It takes 10 minutes to walk along the beach from the guarded parking lot to the town of Sitia.

There is a lovely pool area there. The beach is direct across from the entrance. Sitia's eateries and stores may be reached by foot in 7 minutes. Wonderful vacation in Sitia; don't miss this property! We definitely plan to return.

Full inventory, exceptionally clean, a modest scale with plenty of peace and quiet, magnificent beds, wonderful hosts, a terrific pool with plenty of sunbeds, a beach across the street with a bar for drinks, and a lovely avenue with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. We were shocked to see bikes we could use. You can locate the most picturesque villages and beaches as well as unique restaurants with the help of the hosts.
