Blue Asteri Villa Rhodes è un'incredibile proprietà su due piani a pochi metri dalla pittoresca spiaggia di Gennadi, nel sud di Rodi, che rappresenta un'ottima scelta per famiglie numerose e gruppi di amici in cerca di sistemazioni private, confortevoli e lussuose . Offrendo due appartamenti separati, uno per piano, la proprietà può ospitare comodamente fino a 15 persone.

L'appartamento al piano terra è composto da 4 camere da letto -di cui una dotata anche di bagno privato- un ampio soggiorno con un comodo salottino dotato di una grande TV a schermo piatto e una cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo. L'appartamento al piano superiore è leggermente più piccolo ed è composto da 3 camere da letto, una con doccia privata, una cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo e un ampio soggiorno. L'appartamento dispone anche di un ampio balcone con una splendida vista sul mare. Gli spazi esterni della struttura offrono un ambiente ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo al sole, con una piscina privata 9x4 m con ombrelloni e lettini, attrezzature per barbecue e ampie terrazze arredate con vista sui colori blu intenso del Mar Egeo. C'è anche un parcheggio privato e un sentiero che porta direttamente alla spiaggia.

Blue Asteri Villa Rhodes si trova tra i villaggi di Gennadi e Lachania. Nel centro di Gennadi i visitatori possono trovare un'adeguata varietà di ristoranti, supermercati, panetterie, caffè, farmacie, autonoleggi e bar sulla spiaggia. La villa si trova anche a breve distanza in auto da Lindos, dalla sua magnifica Acropoli e dall'atmosfera vivace, così come da Prasonisi, famosa per il suo ambiente naturale unico e le strutture organizzate per il windsurf.

Would highly recommend to anyone

We had the best time here, house was lovely, was great to have a pool for the kids, with our hire car it wasn’t far to get anywhere on the island, would love to go back one day.

At the stunning Villa, we had a ton of fun. Even just the view is worth the journey! It was so lovely to have dinner with our friends in such a tranquil setting, swim in the pool, and enjoy a drink on the patio. We had everything we required for a relaxing visit. We were content to drive into the picturesque walled town of Rhodes, where there is an abundance of dining options, or to take the 20-minute walk to the lovely beach.

Magnifique maison!

Magnifique et très spacieuse maison pouvant réellement accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes. Très bien équipée. Située à seulement 20 minutes de la plage de Prasonisi. A recommander vivement!!!

Exceptional

Nice and cozy villa next to the wild beach. Host gave us a very nice greeting and was very helpful. It is a perfect place to have a nice relaxing holidays away from crowds . Would go again !

This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space set apart from the touristy spots. 14 of us traveled here from different parts of the UK to have a friend holiday and we had a great time. The villa is pretty isolated but it means you have a beautiful private beach to yourselves and don't have to contend with noisy neighbours, blaring music, or screaming children. I highly recommend hiring cars though, as we did, as it means you can travel very easily to any sites, historical towns or places to eat. The air con in the rooms is fantastic, and all windows have black out shutters so you can have a lie in without being woken up by the sun. We didn't have any hot water in the mornings though but I think that's because the water is heating in tanks on the roof with solar power. There are loads of appliances such coffee machines, toasters, microwaves, plenty of cooking dishes and a good oven / hob - we couldn't understand the washing machine though because it's in Greek. I wouldn't have wanted to have any more than 14 people though because the outside table only seats 10 and the 15th bed is only a day bed in the kitchen / dining room. Extra door keys would also be very useful because the doors automatically lock and the key is attached to the card that makes the power work. This means that if you split into groups, if one group has the key the others can't get in the house or use the lights - the upstairs also automatically locks so if someone is in there having a shower or a nap, you can't get in without banging on the door.

Perfect week in a perfect location!

The hosts were amazing, couldn't have asked for better. They greeted us on arrival and even arranged a take away for us as it was late. They were easy to communicate with during our week stay and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, day trips…

They were easy to communicate with during our week stay and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, day trips etc. The villa is huge, bigger than it looks in the photos, great pool and BBQ area to top it off...the view of the ocean every morning wasn't bad either!!! An all round great place :)

It was a great trip to remember for us. The house is very private, with access to pristine beach, absolutely beautiful sea with only us enjoying it. The water is very transparent and I've seen a large turtle and a couple of moray eels on the bottom while snorkeling. There is not as much fish as in the Red sea of course, but visibility is just amazing. For us it was a huge reuinion of 14 people with all 7 bedrooms used. We like to cook, so made a hard use of the barbecue. After we found a good butcher and a fish market in 20-minutes drive distance in Lardos, cooking got even better. I would say that all 14 people enjoyed the whole experience very much.

We had a small problem with the internet company but that was fixed immediately by our host who kindly offered they're 4G mobile broadband device at no extra cost. The spot is idyllic and peaceful but with bars and shops close by if you need them. If you want to live the life of luxury for a few days, stay at Blue Asteri Villa!
