Το Blue Asteri Villa Rhodes είναι μια καταπληκτική διώροφη ιδιοκτησία μόλις λίγα μέτρα μακριά από τη γραφική παραλία του Γεννάδι στη νότια Ρόδο, που αποτελεί εξαιρετική επιλογή για μεγάλες οικογένειες και παρέες φίλων που αναζητούν ιδιωτική, άνετη και πολυτελή διαμονή . Προσφέροντας δύο ξεχωριστά διαμερίσματα, ένα σε κάθε όροφο, το κατάλυμα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα έως και 15 άτομα.

Το διαμέρισμα του ισογείου αποτελείται από 4 υπνοδωμάτια -ένα εκ των οποίων έχει επίσης ιδιωτικό μπάνιο- ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι με άνετο καθιστικό εξοπλισμένο με μεγάλη τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία. Το διαμέρισμα στο επάνω επίπεδο είναι ελαφρώς μικρότερο και αποτελείται από 3 υπνοδωμάτια -το ένα με ιδιωτικό ντους- πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία και μεγάλο σαλόνι. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει επίσης ένα ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι του ακινήτου προσφέρουν ένα ιδανικό σκηνικό για να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε τον χρόνο σας στον ήλιο, με ιδιωτική πισίνα 9x4m με ομπρέλες και ξαπλώστρες, εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου και μεγάλες επιπλωμένες βεράντες με θέα στα καταγάλανα χρώματα του Αιγαίου. Υπάρχει επίσης ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης και μονοπάτι που οδηγεί απευθείας στην παραλία.

Το Blue Asteri Villa Rhodes βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στα χωριά Γεννάδι και Λαχανιά. Στο κέντρο του Γενναδίου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να βρουν μια επαρκή ποικιλία από εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες, φαρμακεία, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων και beach bar. Η βίλα βρίσκεται επίσης σε μικρή απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο από τη Λίνδο και την υπέροχη Ακρόπολη και τη ζωντανή της ατμόσφαιρα, καθώς και από το Πρασονήσι που φημίζεται για το μοναδικό φυσικό του περιβάλλον και τις οργανωμένες εγκαταστάσεις ιστιοσανίδας.

Would highly recommend to anyone

We had the best time here, house was lovely, was great to have a pool for the kids, with our hire car it wasn’t far to get anywhere on the island, would love to go back one day.

At the stunning Villa, we had a ton of fun. Even just the view is worth the journey! It was so lovely to have dinner with our friends in such a tranquil setting, swim in the pool, and enjoy a drink on the patio. We had everything we required for a relaxing…
At the stunning Villa, we had a ton of fun. Even just the view is worth the journey! It was so lovely to have dinner with our friends in such a tranquil setting, swim in the pool, and enjoy a drink on the patio. We had everything we required for a relaxing visit. We were content to drive into the picturesque walled town of Rhodes, where there is an abundance of dining options, or to take the 20-minute walk to the lovely beach.

Magnifique maison!

Magnifique et très spacieuse maison pouvant réellement accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes. Très bien équipée. Située à seulement 20 minutes de la plage de Prasonisi. A recommander vivement!!!

Exceptional

Nice and cozy villa next to the wild beach. Host gave us a very nice greeting and was very helpful. It is a perfect place to have a nice relaxing holidays away from crowds . Would go again !

This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space set apart from the touristy spots. 14 of us traveled here from different parts of the UK to have a friend holiday and we had a great time. The villa is pretty isolated but it means you have a beautiful private beach to yourselves and don't have to contend with noisy neighbours, blaring music, or screaming children. I highly recommend hiring cars though, as we did, as it means you can travel very easily to any sites, historical towns or places to eat. The air con in the rooms is fantastic, and all windows have black out shutters so you can have a lie in without being woken up by the sun. We didn't have any hot water in the mornings though but I think that's because the water is heating in tanks on the roof with solar power. There are loads of appliances such coffee machines, toasters, microwaves, plenty of cooking dishes and a good oven / hob - we couldn't understand the washing machine though because it's in Greek. I wouldn't have wanted to have any more than 14 people though because the outside table only seats 10 and the 15th bed is only a day bed in the kitchen / dining room. Extra door keys would also be very useful because the doors automatically lock and the key is attached to the card that makes the power work. This means that if you split into groups, if one group has the key the others can't get in the house or use the lights - the upstairs also automatically locks so if someone is in there having a shower or a nap, you can't get in without banging on the door.

Perfect week in a perfect location!

The hosts were amazing, couldn't have asked for better. They greeted us on arrival and even arranged a take away for us as it was late. They were easy to communicate with during our week stay and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, day trips…

They were easy to communicate with during our week stay and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, day trips etc. The villa is huge, bigger than it looks in the photos, great pool and BBQ area to top it off...the view of the ocean every morning wasn't bad either!!! An all round great place :)

It was a great trip to remember for us. The house is very private, with access to pristine beach, absolutely beautiful sea with only us enjoying it. The water is very transparent and I've seen a large turtle and a couple of moray eels on the bottom while snorkeling. There is not as much fish as in the Red sea of course, but visibility is just amazing. For us it was a huge reuinion of 14 people with all 7 bedrooms used. We like to cook, so made a hard use of the barbecue. After we found a good butcher and a fish market in 20-minutes drive distance in Lardos, cooking got even better. I would say that all 14 people enjoyed the whole experience very much.

We had a small problem with the internet company but that was fixed immediately by our host who kindly offered they're 4G mobile broadband device at no extra cost. The spot is idyllic and peaceful but with bars and shops close by if you need them. If you want to live the life of luxury for a few days, stay at Blue Asteri Villa!
