Yiameli Villas Zante sono 3 ville di lusso con 9 camere da letto e 3 piscine private. Le Yiameli Villas Zante sono situate su una collina esposta a est relativamente ripida. Il piano si apre in quattro direzioni per fornire viste sul magnifico Mar Ionio, sull'isola di Cefalonia e sul Peloponneso e sulle colline adiacenti. Tre ville indipendenti raggruppate attorno a giardini e patii e un giardino quadrato centrale tra le case per creare un senso di comunità, perfetto per grandi riunioni di amici e familiari, proprio al centro della trama.

Villa Levandi a Yiameli Villas Zante è una villa di lusso in affitto con 5 camere da letto e una piscina privata. La più grande delle tre ville del gruppo Yiameli. L'approccio era quello di creare una casa di famiglia chic con un po' di ispirazione francese con uno sfondo interno semplice. Circa 1500 mq di terreno circondano il lotto, costruito con pietra artigianale, materiali da costruzione antichi che si fondono con l'ambiente dell'isola e la storia del paesaggio. Dispone di piscina privata, zona pranzo esterna con barbecue, comodi divani sulle terrazze, tappeti e candele e angoli “accoglienti” sotto gli ulivi. Con un'incredibile vista sul mare del magnifico Mar Ionio, questa imponente villa può ospitare fino a nove in cinque camere da letto.

Ci sono due camere da letto con bagno privato, una matrimoniale e una singola che condivide un bagno al primo piano, una camera matrimoniale con bagno al livello dell'ingresso e un ulteriore monolocale con bagno privato con ingresso indipendente, completamente indipendente, ideale per ospitare bambini più grandi o roba. Tre delle camere da letto possono essere allestite come matrimoniali o doppie con letti singoli. Levandi è un'ottima opzione per un gruppo familiare più numeroso e, naturalmente, può essere preso insieme alle altre due proprietà del sito per portare una possibile capacità di fino a quindici persone.

Villa Meli a Yiameli Villas Zante è una villa di lusso in affitto con 2 camere da letto e una piscina privata. Con una posizione straordinaria e un'incredibile vista sul mare, Villa Meli rappresenta un trattamento speciale per le tue vacanze estive. La piscina è circondata da lettini super comodi e si affaccia sull'azzurro cristallino del mare Ionio. Il cortile in ghiaia, pieno di fiori, voucamvilias e fiori di gelsomino, ha un tavolino, due divani, un barbecue e un grande tavolo da pranzo coperto e può ospitare fino a 6 persone.

La cucina ben attrezzata si trova sul retro del soggiorno e offre molto spazio sul bancone e un'elegante sala da pranzo interna con splendide lanterne sopra il tavolo. La camera matrimoniale ha accesso diretto alla terrazza e alla meravigliosa vista mare e la camera doppia può essere trasformata in un letto king-size.

Villa Yasmi a Yiameli Villas Zante è una villa di lusso in affitto con 2 camere da letto e piscina privata. In questa bellissima villa la nostra decorazione francese preferita ha influenzato il nostro bisogno di una vita moderna, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e con i letti che hanno un'aria francese conferiscono un tocco romantico ed elegante... Gli interni aperti e ariosi invitano la natura all'interno, mentre offrono viste sul mare, paesaggio e montagne mozzafiato. La decorazione leggera e chic utilizza alcuni pezzi d'antiquariato per armonizzarsi con l'edificio stesso. La tavolozza dei colori è stata creata per resistere alle tendenze e per non sminuire l'ambiente circostante la casa.

Circa 1500 mq di terreno circondano il lotto, costruito con pietra artigianale, materiali da costruzione antichi che si fondono con l'ambiente dell'isola e la storia del paesaggio. Dispone di piscina privata, zona pranzo esterna con barbecue, comodi divani sulle terrazze, tappeti e candele e angoli “accoglienti” sotto gli ulivi. Con una posizione straordinaria e un'incredibile vista sul mare, Villa Yasmi può ospitare 4 persone in 2 camere da letto e offre l'esperienza completa di una vacanza rilassante.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yiameli Villas. The property is new, well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Our stay included house cleaning, and pool cleaning, which was very much appreciated. The grounds are stunning, the views are gorgeous, and the pool was a nice touch for the kids. There is also plenty of outdoor space for the children to stretch their legs, as well as a BBQ, dining area, and lounging area, all of which have a lovely view of Mikro Nisi (island) and the sea. The area was our favourite part of the island, its very peaceful and picturesque. There are beaches within walking distance of the property, however a car is needed to get to local places. There are some lovely restaurants in the area, such as El Sueno and The Old Windmill. Katerina the owner is lovely, she welcomed us and could not do more for us. Its such a nice thing to meet the owner and have that personal touch. We will definitely be returning to Yiameli Villas :)

We staid with 4 (incl. 2 kids) at holiday villa Yasmi. This house has been decorated with such great taste and the view over the sea is amazing. The owners really thought of everything including very small details. The outside area is so nice with the terrace, BBQ and the swimming pool. Kitchen has everything you need and more. For me it's real pleasure if I can put a nice homemade salad in a nice bowl or on a nice plate :-). The rest of the inside and outside furniture + decoration has been done with care and is really beautiful. The owners (George) made us feel at home from the beginning and gave us some great tips to explore Zakynthos as it was the first time we visited the island. Also during our stay he was always willing to help and giving us extra tips to explore more. We loved our stay so much and were sad to leave. We definetely hope to return some day and recommend this villa without hesitation. For sure you will have a great holiday when you stay at Yiameli. Thanks again for such a great stay!!

We've just returned from a wonderful week at Yiameli Villas . The property is beautiful and beautifully kept: all the advantages of a modern villa but still full of rustic style and charm. The sea views of Mikro Nisi and Cephalonia are captivating and the pool area is a lovely space in which to relax and sunbathe. The location is great too. The beds are comfortable and the air con works well. The cleaner, Ellie, was incredibly hard-working, effective but unobtrusive. What perhaps sets it apart, though, is the dedication of the owners. There was a regional power cut one afternoon which cut off the water supply but they quickly arrived to get it going again and, when one of our party managed to lock herself out of her room, again they were on hand quickly to arrange a lock-smith. They really cared about our comfort. Highly recommended!

The property is located towards the north of the island away from the party scene. The property is located on top of the hill providing total tranquility and escapism from the city life. The property is only a year old but everything inside is very new and immaculate. It is beautifully decorated with lovely touches. The pool is large and cleaned regularly. Katerina and her family have been the most amazing hosts immediately responding to any query we had, even when we locked ourselves out. George was there in 10 mins to let us back in. The views are breathtaking and there is a small communal area serving 3 villas where children can play games, chess etc. Although the island has bad mobile connectivity this property is well equipped with good wi fi connection. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone seeking piece , quiet and fantastic hosts.

Absolutely exceptional villa(s). We stayed in the larger villa and were hugely impressed by it. Really exceptionally well built - lovely stone-masonry with built in details. Thick stone walls kept the villa cool. Good features. Airy rooms. Quiet. Good sound insulation - so you couldn't hear between rooms. Nice bathrooms. Everywhere had lovely ocean views. Effective and quiet A/C throughout. Good seating inside and out. Had an indoor kitchen and a large outdoor BBQ & dining area. The BBQ area has its own sink and is effectively an outdoor kitchen. The villa had a private pool with decking, loungers and umbrellas. Some days we just stayed there and didn't bother to go to the beach or the Peligoni Club. It's a short drive to the beach/restaurants/club.There was also a central shared courtyard accessed via a side door which opened to a large outdoor sitting area, children's area, and play area. The idea is that the space can be shared if you have friends or family in the other villa(s) as well. We didn't really use it but can see it would be nice for larger groups. Host was lovely and really wanted to help. Daily cleaning was effective and unintrusive. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
