Villa was our highlight of the trip!

When we first booked the villa with 3 families of 15 people, we were initially wondering how will the villa be kept clean, given how big it was going to be . But to our surprise , it was wonderfully kept, and perfectly clean, from the pool to the bedrooms…
When we first booked the villa with 3 families of 15 people, we were initially wondering how will the villa be kept clean, given how big it was going to be . But to our surprise , it was wonderfully kept, and perfectly clean, from the pool to the bedrooms to the toilets! And service too was very good, there was a villa manager who tended to our needs and her crew of staff made sure we were always comfortable . And I would recommend getting them to cook a meal or two for you too! All in all, it’s a great place for us all to hang out .

Perfect holiday home away from home

Our large family group of 15 stayed here for 10 nights, 8-18 December 2018. We absolutely loved it. First there was plenty of space for all of us to move around in - we could be together or we could move to separate areas around the house - our bedrooms…
Our large family group of 15 stayed here for 10 nights, 8-18 December 2018. We absolutely loved it. First there was plenty of space for all of us to move around in - we could be together or we could move to separate areas around the house - our bedrooms, the balconies, the poolside, the lounge areas upstairs and downstairs, the theatre room and the upstairs spa area. So many options! The house was well equipped and such good value for money. It was fantastic that we had an outdoor swimming pool, an upstairs spa, 2 pool tables, a table tennis set, a theatre room and lounges around the swimming pool to relax. It was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and the bed linen was great. The villa itself is very private which is wonderful as we had young children and also wanted to have a holiday with just our family. The cook was amazing. We had the full Western Breakfast menu each day, but the staff were willing to make any additional foods to add to it so some days we added Thai dishes. The dinner menu is amazing too. The chef was a wonderful cook - so much flavour and as they bought fresh ingredients each day - the food was so fresh. Highlights for us were the spring rolls, the mango and sticky rice, the red duck curry (best I've had in Thailand and Australia) as well as the thai fried rice and any of the stir fried vegetables. Such a delight to have the food cooked for us each day and we would like to personally thank the chef and the staff who assisted to make us such a wonderful array of food. Not only could food be stored in the kitchen that we could access throughout the day, but we had a large double fridge outside near the pool area where we could store drinks, yoghurts, cheese and crackers and other nibbles that we could access 24 hours a day. That was great. The staff were very pleasant - always available but never intrusive. Just delightful. We had a couple of issues during our stay - the spa hot water stopped working one day, and it was seen to immediately and fixed in 24 hours. Our toilet started to leak and was fixed in less than 2 hours. Any issues were seen to immediately and that is what I call fantastic service. One staff member who stood out was Nei (or Nee) who was fantastic in serving breakfast and with any housekeeping requests (however, all the staff were amazing and excellent at what they did). The staff manager WAWA bent over backwards to help us get our driver and tour bookings organised. She also assisted in getting 2 ice-cream cakes ordered for us for a special dinner one night. It would have been hard for us to do this so she made it so much easier for us. It was great to have a driver for 8 hours a day included in the booking price that could take us to Kamala Beach, shopping, to Phuket shopping town and to our tours, etc...anywhere we wanted for the entire stay. Another bonus was that the staff made sure there were no mosquitoes in sight! I didn't get one bite in my entire stay at the property. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. You won't be disappointed. Finally, our family would like to take the opportunity to thank the entire staff at the villa for making our family stay a wonderful 'home away from home' and helping us to create such wonderful memories of our trip. Thank you from all the Romano family Tips: at night, sit in the upstairs spa and look out the large windows at the night sky, or watch the sun setting or even the fantastic lightening displays!

This villa is AMAZING! The pool is stunning and the ocean views in the distance are a plus. We loved the theatre room as we are a film club and watched several movies over the three days. The chef prepared outstanding Thai food for us and the meals were worth coming back for alone. My husband and I had the main suite - so we had our own lounge area, a private balcony and a huge bathroom with a spa bath. I would recommend this villa to a group of friends or an extended family - there is plenty of space for everyone to chill out without getting in each other's way. There was a van and driver who took us anywhere we wanted to go - so it was all very easy and relaxing!

The perfect getaway with a group of friends.

Very spacious accommodation. Great for a mixed group of couples and singles. Pool table, table tennis, room and swimming pool make it great for socialising. Villa on 4 levels so maybe not practical for anyone not good with steps.

Great food and plenty to keep us busy at this gorgeous villa

One Waterfall Bay had lots of luxurious space for our big group and we made the most of the movie room, swimming pool, spa room and pool table. The surrounding gardens were very pretty and well looked after and the ocean (although you can't actually get to it from the villa grounds) was within sight and sound. Big thanks to the great chef who presented one lovely meal after another and took the not always easy demands of our group in her stride and always with a smile. There were a few problems with the entertainment system (movies and music), which would be good to get sorted out so that the facilities can meet the high standards of the accommodation. But nothing that stopped us from enjoying a great weekend.

And service too was very good, there was a villa manager who tended to our needs and her crew of staff made sure we were always comfortable . And I would recommend getting them to cook a meal or two for you too! All in all, it’s a great place for us all to hang out .
