Вилла Valasia - это отдельная резиденция площадью 280 м2, построенная с использованием современной архитектуры, с множеством отверстий, которые дают много света каждому уголку дома, а также потрясающим видом на Эгейское море и зеленый лес с южной стороны. акров огороженного сада. Строительство было сделано на 2 уровнях из-за уклона земли. Наверху есть 3 спальни, главная спальня (с кроватью размера "king-size") с собственной ванной комнатой и включает в себя джакузи (полностью работающее), 2 спальни (одна с двуспальной кроватью и диваном-кроватью, а другая имеет 2 односпальные кровати) с собственной ванной комнатой.

На первом этаже расположены две просторные гостиные, обставленные удобной мебелью (со звуковой системой, телевизором, видео), столовая, туалет и полностью оборудованная кухня, которая ведет на веранду, откуда открывается прекрасный вид. В доме с комфортом могут разместиться до 6 человек, семьи и пары.

The spectacular walks up the hills and slopes that are accessible from the town's outskirts offer some of the best views of Kos, Turkey, and other Greek islands. The kitchen and living areas of the villa were large and comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms were large, spotless, and completely equipped, with the opulent addition of bidets. The beds were also comfortable. The owners provided such amazing assistance. After our sweltering days of sightseeing and strolling, the large, spotless swimming pool was the ideal temperature. Kids adored it. When we return to Kos, we will without a doubt stay at this property again because we had the nicest vacation ever.
