La belleza del entorno natural tranquilo y único alrededor y dentro de la propiedad, combinado con un diseño moderno, le brindará recuerdos inolvidables

Villa Valasia es una residencia independiente de 280m2 que fue construida con arquitectura moderna, con muchas aberturas que dan mucha luz a todos los rincones de la casa y una vista impresionante del Mar Egeo y el bosque verde en el lado sur con 4 hectáreas de jardín cercado. La construcción se ha realizado en 2 niveles debido a la pendiente del terreno. En la planta alta hay 3 recámaras, la recámara principal (con cama King size) con baño privado e incluye jacuzzi (full operado), las 2 recámaras (una con cama matrimonial y sofá - cama y la otra con 2 camas individuales) con baño propio.

En la planta baja se encuentran dos amplias salas de estar cómodamente amuebladas (con equipo de sonido, TV, vídeo), un comedor, un aseo y una cocina totalmente equipada que da a una terraza desde la que se puede disfrutar de unas vistas estupendas. La casa puede alojar cómodamente hasta 6 personas, familias y parejas.

The spectacular walks up the hills and slopes that are accessible from the town's outskirts offer some of the best views of Kos, Turkey, and other Greek islands. The kitchen and living areas of the villa were large and comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms were large, spotless, and completely equipped, with the opulent addition of bidets. The beds were also comfortable. The owners provided such amazing assistance. After our sweltering days of sightseeing and strolling, the large, spotless swimming pool was the ideal temperature. Kids adored it. When we return to Kos, we will without a doubt stay at this property again because we had the nicest vacation ever.
