La bellezza dell'ambiente naturale tranquillo e unico intorno e nella proprietà, unita a un design moderno, ti regaleranno ricordi indimenticabili

Villa Valasia è una residenza indipendente di 280m2 che è stata costruita con un'architettura moderna, con molte aperture che danno molta luce ad ogni angolo della casa e una vista mozzafiato sul Mar Egeo e sulla verde foresta sul lato sud con 4 ettari di giardino recintato. La costruzione è stata realizzata su 2 livelli a causa della pendenza del terreno. Al piano superiore ci sono 3 camere da letto, la camera da letto principale (con letto king size) con il proprio bagno privato e comprende una vasca idromassaggio (completamente funzionante), le 2 camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale e divano letto e l'altra con 2 letti singoli) con il proprio bagno.

Al piano terra si trovano due ampi soggiorni, arredati in modo confortevole (con impianto audio, TV, video), una sala da pranzo, un WC e una cucina completamente attrezzata che conduce ad una veranda da cui si può godere di una splendida vista. La casa può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone, famiglie e coppie.

The spectacular walks up the hills and slopes that are accessible from the town's outskirts offer some of the best views of Kos, Turkey, and other Greek islands. The kitchen and living areas of the villa were large and comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms were large, spotless, and completely equipped, with the opulent addition of bidets. The beds were also comfortable. The owners provided such amazing assistance. After our sweltering days of sightseeing and strolling, the large, spotless swimming pool was the ideal temperature. Kids adored it. When we return to Kos, we will without a doubt stay at this property again because we had the nicest vacation ever.
