Η Vila valasia είναι μια φιλόξενη ενοικίαση βίλας ιδανική για ξεκούραστες και υπέροχες διακοπές. Η Villa Valasia θα κάνει τη διαμονή σας μια πραγματικά μοναδική, αξεπέραστη εμπειρία. Η ήσυχη και μοναδική ομορφιά του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος γύρω και μέσα στο ακίνητο, σε συνδυασμό με το μοντέρνο ντιζάιν θα σας χαρίσουν αξέχαστες αναμνήσεις

Η Villa Valasia είναι μια ανεξάρτητη κατοικία 280m2 που χτίστηκε με μοντέρνα αρχιτεκτονική, με πολλά ανοίγματα που δίνουν άπλετο φως σε κάθε γωνιά του σπιτιού και εκπληκτική θέα στο Αιγαίο και το καταπράσινο δάσος στη νότια πλευρά με 4 στρέμματα περιφραγμένο κήπο. Η κατασκευή έχει γίνει σε 2 επίπεδα λόγω της κλίσης του εδάφους. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια, η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα (με κρεβάτι king size) με δικό της ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και περιλαμβάνει τζακούζι (πλήρης λειτουργία), τα 2 υπνοδωμάτια (το ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέ - κρεβάτι και το άλλο έχει 2 μονά κρεβάτια) με δικό τους μπάνιο.

Στο ισόγειο υπάρχουν δύο ευρύχωρα σαλόνια, άνετα επιπλωμένα (με ηχοσύστημα, τηλεόραση, βίντεο), μια τραπεζαρία, ένα W.C και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που οδηγεί σε μια βεράντα όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε υπέροχη θέα. Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα έως και 6 άτομα, οικογένειες και ζευγάρια.

The cleanliness of the house, which included the pool and a sizable lawn, as well as the hosts' politeness and availability

The spectacular walks up the hills and slopes that are accessible from the town's outskirts offer some of the best views of Kos, Turkey, and other Greek islands. The kitchen and living areas of the villa were large and comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms were large, spotless, and completely equipped, with the opulent addition of bidets. The beds were also comfortable. The owners provided such amazing assistance. After our sweltering days of sightseeing and strolling, the large, spotless swimming pool was the ideal temperature. Kids adored it. When we return to Kos, we will without a doubt stay at this property again because we had the nicest vacation ever.
