Die Emerald Villa Zante lädt Sie ein, Ihren perfekten Urlaubstraum wahr werden zu lassen. Nur wenige Minuten vom Strand von Agios Nikolaos entfernt, in der Gegend von Volimes, auf der Nordostseite der griechischen Insel Zakynthos. Die Emerald Villa Zante bietet Ihnen einen atemberaubenden Meerblick und wunderbare Momente der Entspannung und Privatsphäre.

Die zweistöckige Villa befindet sich auf einer Fläche von 440 m². (180 m² Innenfläche und 260 m² eingezäunter Außenraum). Die Emerald Villa Zante bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen in vier Schlafzimmern.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen offenen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin, einem großen Ecksofa und Terrassentüren, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Elektrogeräten und allen Kochutensilien/Utensilien, ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Badezimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer mit angrenzendem Dusch-/WC-Raum. Es gibt auch einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.

Eine Marmortreppe führt Sie in den ersten Stock, der aus zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern besteht: einem Hauptschlafzimmer (Doppelbett) mit eigenem Badezimmer und einem Zweibettzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad.

Die Außenseite der Villa bietet Ihnen maximale Privatsphäre und einen unverbauten Blick über das Ionische Meer Es gibt einen Swimmingpool mit Hydromassage für bis zu vier Personen, Kinderbecken, Spielplatz, Loungebereich, Essbereich, eingebauter Grill, Dusche mit Kalt-/Warmwasser, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen.

Emerald Villas - paradise in Zante

We stayed at the Emerald Villas in Agios Nikolaos in Zante for a stop over. Wished we could have stayed longer. The villas are spacious and clean with a fabulous view of the Ionian Sea.The villas are equipped with everything you need inside and beautiful garden and private pool outside.The staff are very friendly and helpful. My husband and I highly recommend this villa perfect place to relax.

A very good overall experience at Emerald Villas. We needed to leave our luggage a few hours before check in and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. When we arrived back the luggage had already been taken to our villa. The very friendly receptionist took us to the villa and explained everything, and there was a lovely welcome pack. The villa was well equipped and had a TV with Netflix plus another TV in the main bedroom. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the cleaners. Very good privacy, and just a short walk away from a few good restaurants with views over the bay. There were also menus from two good local restaurants who run a very good delivery service, and we found that really useful.

Beautiful villa and a lovely location with a great pool! There was lots of facilities outside such as outdoor furniture - a seating area, a hammock, and sunbathing beds. The pool was a decent size and the whole outdoor area overlooked this beautiful view of some cactus, greenery and the sea! The Emerald villas also had good access to a couple of restaurants and some small shops at a nearby Port. Overall a great stay and the staff were very inviting!

Difficult to add anything new to the many well deserved super reviews already written. We loved everything about Emerald Villas, but the attention to detail made them stand out from other villas we've stayed in. Fully equipped ready to go even coal & firelighters for the barbecue. Immaculately clean, linen changed every 2 days and villas cleaned daily at a time to suit you. Arrangements made with local restaurants for meals delivered to your door all for your convenience. And the villas positioned in such a way supported with strategically planted trees and shrubs to offer maximum privacy. And ........ Views to die for, short walk to the port with some lovely tavernas & restaurants and last but not least the lovely staff and the the star of the show Violet who was always on hand to help & assist. First class.

Fantastic Villa with Stunning views experience authentic Greece

We stayed for 1 week at villa Emerald Villas No. 9 the last week of June, on arrival it was the WOW factor, Violet was so friendly and welcolming and took us on a tour of the villa explaining how everything worked, the villa was so big, very cool, clean and had everything we needed for our stay, the outside area was huge, with lots of sunbeds and chairs to either sit in or out of the sun, the pool was saltwater and felt cold on the first day but after that we got use to it and it was an welcome relief from the heat of the sun, the temperatures during our stay was late 30’s early 40’s even at night it was so hot outside but the aircon was a great when it came to bedtime. Villa No ( faces East and is perfect for watching the sunrise over the sea. There is also an outdoor BBQ by the pool, we had a fantastic BBQ one evening, we brought the Chicken Salvaki already prepared at the local supermarket, (who also deliver to the villa), charcoal and firelighters were provided with the villa, it was one of the best BBQ we have had, great food, drink matched with amazing sea views. The location of the villa was in a quiet area at the top of the hill, the views were stunning from the pool overlooking the port, we loved watching the boats going by on their way to shipwreck cove and blue caves and the eagles gliding on the thermals., the Windmill is the closest restaurant within walking distance, we ate here twice during our stay the food was lovely and very reasonable in price, within a short drive 5-10 mins you have the restaurants at the port, we ate at Nobelos food/views were great but very expensive and service terrible, we also ate out 3 times at Divinos food, service and prices here were fantastic, spoilt for choice, the staff were so welcoming and made you feel part of their family, fantastic dining experience. Maid service at the villa was daily around lunchtimeand the inside/outside areas including BBQ were cleaned immaculately, the pool was also checked cleaned daily, all the staff were so friendly and worked so hard to make your stay as relaxing/perfect as possible nothing was too much for them. Askos animal park is a short walk from the villa we recommend spending a couple of hours here, if anything just to meet George the giant Turkey and to feed the deer with Olive twigs it is lovely to see and meet the small animals under the olive groves. This was our 6th visit to the island but our first stay at Emerald villas and in the North of the island, this was by the far the best holiday we have had on this island, we were so sad to go home, we left feeling very relaxed having experienced authentic Greece, we will definitely be back, hopefully next year.
