Do yourself a favor and book this villa!

Putting together a trip for 12 guys celebrating a 50th birthday was not easy, but the result was beyond expectations. The house is fantastic. The pictures are descriptive but do not do it justice. It is more spacious than you would think. The rooms are contemporary chic, showers have the water pressure you want, and the air conditioning is flawless. The view from the terrace is truly unique and we highly suggest sunset drinks out there. So, yes, the house is insane. Still, we think that what made the experience truly memorable was the amount of care that the staff put into our stay. For example, Filo, the house manager, recommended and arranged activities for us, run to the grocery store during an "out of tequila" emergency, and accompanied us to the Ek Balam ruins to facilitate the tour. Aldo, our butler/bartender made some of the best drinks/coffee ever, and Diego, our chef prepared meals so delicious that we did not go out for dinner once. Do yourself a favor and book this villa

Me, my partner and 7 friends stayed at Villa Kin Ich from March 17-22, 2018. This villa is beyond anything many of us will experience in our lifetimes. The accommodations were impeccable and modern with a perfect location and incredible staff. Whatever they are paying Aldo (the butler and bartender) it will never be enough. His service was impeccable, our drinks were never empty and he was courteous and funny while being invisible most of the time. The chef, Mariano and his assistant Leilani, made the most delicious meals based on our suggestions and their own expertise. The food was so good (e.g., lobster tail, filet mignon, crab bisque, etc.) that we never ate any meals outside the villa, with the exception of lunch on the beach in Tulum. This is a big deal because we are all picky as hell. Olga, the concierge, was outstanding. She arranged for limo service, transportation to Tulum, birthday cakes for two birthdays and checked on us daily to ensure all our needs were being met. She was truly a doll! Jeremie, the person at Mayaluxe through whom we booked, was so knowledgeable and helpful despite my many questions. He was very assuring that the villa would exceed our expectations. The location of the villa is in the best possible spot in Playa Del Carmen. The house is in a gated and guarded community on the beach with a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. It takes about ten minutes (walking at a slow pace) to be in the middle of all the shopping (local items, pharmacies, high end stores (e.g., Rolex), U.S. stores, etc.) and restaurants (some of which looked pretty amazing) serve every cuisine imaginable. If you want to go to Cozumel, the boat launch also is located with the shopping. We always felt completely safe and welcomed by the locals and other tourists. About the villa...freaking outrageous. 7 bedrooms (three masters with glass doors that completely open to a beach view and 10 full bathrooms. The bathrooms are huge and modern. It felt like you were showering outside because of the way they were designed it. Super modern common spaces - gigantic family/recreation room with the biggest and most comfortable sofa on the planet, kitchen, outside living space, etc. Once you enter the villa, you feel like you're in your own world. I have nothing negative to say about any of the experience and we are considering going back to get married at the villa. It is a bit expensive, but it was some of the best money we ever spent.

The first thing that struck me about Villa Kin Ich was the unique architecture. I was absolutely awestruck by the way that the walls turn each room into a gorgeous photograph. By the time we saw the ocean view from our room I was already in love! Comfortable spaces no matter the weather! The private pool is wonderful, but what I found really special about the way that Villa Kin Ich is arranged is that there's a great space for every moment. We enjoyed the rooftop on a gorgeous full moon evening, and cuddled up in the game room on rainy day. Of course we took many short walks from the poolside to the beach, too! The staff was kind and helpful, and genuinely interested in making our experience fun! To top it off, the food was so fantastic that we chose to eat nearly every meal at the Villa. Villa Kin Ich is that rare combination of luxury resort and comfortable home. Highly recommended!!!

The house manager literally left no stone unturned. The nightly security guard & the fates community made us sleep soundly at night and the weather, combined with the magical WARM Ocean were the perfect frosting to our delightful cake. This property was amazing in every way! The pictures and video do not do it justice. We were greeted at the door and givien a tour and we needed it because this house is huge. Super comfortable, clean and modern. It was absolutely gorgeous. It’s located in a double guard gated community. The location is private and secure, yet close to shops, restaurants, the beach and nightlife. This house will give you the opportunity to relax, be catered to, and bond. It easily accommodates a large group of people and allows enough space for privacy and alone time. The pool and Jacuzzi were beautiful. We spent majority of our time there. The staff was superior and beyond polite. The chef was awesome, and went to great lengths to ensure all of our requests were met. All the rooms have there own full bathrooms. As the days winded down it was hard to think about leaving. We didn't want for anything. Loved, Loved, Loved this house. It was so relaxing and beautiful it made you not want to leave the property and you dont have to. This was an awesome experience. We had an unforgettable vacation and look forward to going back again! Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing home to rent in Mexico. This vacation was one of the best I have had yet. Awesome job to the staff and owners.

My husband and I rented this gorgeous home to celebrate a birthday and anniversary -- and to share it with the wonderful friends in our lives. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed FOREVER. Here is what you need to know: - The house is HUGE. It feels like you are in a private boutique hotel. Every detail has been considered and the rooms are spacious and welcoming (beds are super comfy, too!) - But you won't spend much time in bed because the view is UNREAL! You are right in front of a beautiful ocean with sand just steps away from the pool. The lounge areas of the home are to die for - comfy couches where you can kick back in the open air living room and watch the waves roll in. - Can we talk about the food and the service? The home is 5 star all the way. The staff is incredibly accommodating, doting on your every need - but also miraculously giving you enough space to live your best vacation life! They provide a private chef and butler and TRUST ME you are living the life of BEYONCE in this home. - The food was incredible. Night after night. Breakfast, lunch, and beyond. We could customize our meals and were always inspired by the food. DEEE-Licious. When you are looking to escape, celebrate, and get away from it all -- this is the home to do it in. We felt safe and loved the short walk to Avenida Quinta (the shopping district). Seriously the location and neighborhood can't be beat. I also recommend using the concierge who was incredible to help you plan any excursions or adventures -- we went exploring and cave swimming and seriously had the most glorious memories made on our day trips. From start to finish Jeremie and the team at Maya Luxe were professional, impeccable with their service, and pulled out all the stops to make sure our celebrations were a true success. We will be back again and again. I encourage you to do the same!

I had an incredible week in Playa del Carmen! The house is without doubt one of the best I have ever stayed in! Safe, spacious, excellent service, clean, delicious food prepared by the chef, and all the comforts indoor and outdoor. They Resolved my doubts at the moment and all my requests regarding massagists, tours, restaurant reservations, etc. I was sick one day and they brought a doctor to treat me at home. Celebrate my birthday and I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the house! I highly recommend it and of course I would stay at the house in the future!
