The villa's interior is decorated with artworks of famous Greek painters. Its smart design impresses Guests and luxury living that emphasizes quality and comfort.   The ground floor is composed of a spacious, light-bright, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a large bathroom. One of the four bedrooms is also found on this floor, providing great views, while the other three bedrooms are found on the second floor, offering a joyful view of the lovely Souda bay and the famous White Mountains, from the superb terrace. Each bedroom is fully furnished and has its own closet. An extra baby cot can be placed in two of the bedrooms on request. The second floor also consists of two more bathrooms with a handy washing machine.

The outdoor space is covered in grass (300 sqm), where a stone garden of native vegetation is also available. There are also 2 swimming pools of 40m² and 11m² with the second one suitable for kids. There is also a large outdoor chessboard and BBQ area ideal for endless hours of relaxation.  Aeras Villa Chania offers its guests unique and revitalizing moments in its fully equipped and elegantly decorated areas.

Greek-inspired modern design that pays close attention to every detail. The surrounding area is beautiful, filled with space and olive trees, as well as a sizable pool. The fact that there was a separate, smaller pool only for kids while we were there with kids was quite wonderful (about 70 cm deep). The deepest pool is 1.60 meters deep (no shallow water). Outside the villa, there is a lovely little store and a coffee shop, which is quite handy because you can have a cup of coffee as soon as you wake up. It is a fairly simple drive of 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Chania. highly recommended

We enjoyed our time at the property immensely. As stated, the villa is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The beds are quite comfy, the interior design is chic, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we required. The pool was a nice place to cool off after a day of exploring and to start the day. Stocking up on food and drink is simple thanks to the excellent store and cafe nearby. The host was first-rate, and his son gave us some fantastic advice on restaurants and tourist hotspots.

This villa is really lovely. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom, though all the rooms have pretty spacious wardrobes as well! The rooms are all considerably larger than they appear in the photographs. The two weeks we spent here with our family of four and mother-in-law were lovely. a fantastic location for exploring Chania and the nearby beaches, restaurants, and other attractions (a car is necessary for this). The kitchen was well-stocked and had a beautiful welcome Raki and fruit from the hosts. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The cleaning service (twice in two weeks) was a genuine treat. The hosts were wonderful and gave wonderful food and beach ideas.

The time my family and I spent at the property was just amazing.

There is enough room for 8 adults, it is well-equipped, and it has a great pool. It's helpful that there is a mini-market and cafe right next to the property. to the airport and neighborhood beaches. I heartily recommend booking a stay at this villa.

Would strongly recomend this house to others!

We were six adults and had a really pleasant stay at this house. Josef showed great hospitality and always responed quickly to our questions. We rented a car which was convinient since grocerystores and beaches were about 5 minutes away.

Josef and his familiy was very friendly and showed us around the property the first day and answered all questions we had.

Josef is a fantastic host and goes out of his way to help. The villa is beautiful clean and modern with gorgeous outdoor space and swimming pool. The villa has very good air con perfect for Cretes hot summer weather. It is very close to some lovely beaches, we liked Marathi beach the best and josef recommended a great fish taverna there too. It is only a 15 min drive into Chania and everything is a short drive away- a car is essential. We would highly recommend this villa for families and large groups and would love to come back one day! Thank you for a fabulous stay Josef!

Great villa in a great location

Amazing luxurious villa with complete privacy
