Το Aristotelis Villa Chania χαρακτηρίζεται από μια αίσθηση ξεχωριστής πολυτέλειας, υπέρτατης κομψότητας και υψηλής ποιότητας κατασκευής, προσφέροντας καταλύματα υψηλών προδιαγραφών.

Το εσωτερικό είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένο και διακοσμημένο με γούστο. Το Aristotelis Villa προσφέρει ένα ευρύχωρο εσωτερικό με μοναδικά σχέδια που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 5 έως 7 άτομα. Η πολυτελής βίλα αποτελείται από ένα ενιαίο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα στο ισόγειο. Υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια κατάλληλα για φιλοξενία έως 5 ατόμων.

Στο επίπεδο του δεύτερου ορόφου, υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο ενιαίο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία στο ισόγειο με μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που περιλαμβάνει έπιπλα σε διαφορετικά σχέδια και μια μικρή κουζίνα με τραπέζι φαγητού. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει επίσης σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ξεχωριστή κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία, πλυντήριο ρούχων και WC. Ο δεύτερος όροφος περιλαμβάνει ένα δεύτερο σαλόνι με τζάκι, WC και το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα υπέροχο μπαλκόνι.

Εξωτερικά υπάρχει ιδιωτική πισίνα, μπάρμπεκιου, πλούσιοι κήποι και μεγάλες βεράντες όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την εκπληκτική θέα. Στις εγκαταστάσεις, υπάρχει μια ιδιωτική πισίνα με μια τεράστια τραπεζαρία που βρίσκεται δίπλα στο ενσωματωμένο μπάρμπεκιου. Από εκεί μπορείτε να απολαύσετε μια υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Εδώ μπορείτε να απολαύσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης στις όμορφες γωνιές της βίλας. Οι ανέσεις της βίλας περιλαμβάνουν επίσης ένα υπαίθριο σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία, βεράντες και μπαλκόνια με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και στο βουνό, ένα ξύλινο χώρο ηλιοθεραπείας με ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες, ένα ξύλινο κατάστρωμα σαλονιού με πέργκολα με θέα στην ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης και τη θάλασσα, πολύχρωμους κήπους, και στάθμευση. Η Villa Aristotelis διαθέτει έναν τεράστιο ατομικό κήπο που εξασφαλίζει την ιδιωτικότητα των κατοίκων και μια εξαιρετική θέα στην παραλία του Πλατανιά και στα Λευκά Όρη, στο χωριό Μόδι και στο τοπίο πολλών άλλων μικρών χωριών. Η βίλα περιβάλλεται από ελαιώνες και αμπελώνες, ενώ προσφέρει επίσης υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα.

A beautiful swimming pool that is not visible. A small clarification: only the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Aristotle is a helpful and available host. Chania is 20 minutes away by car.

What a perfect place! The beautiful villa is set in a rustic and peaceful village surrounded by olive groves and grape vines. It even has its own miniature vineyard on the property as well as fruit trees of all types. The front veranda was a perfect place to watch the morning come to life and the day end while drinking fresh squeezed OJ from the oranges the owners brought us from their groves. We spent a lot of time playing in the pool after day trips to the beaches and seeing the sights of Crete. The hosts welcomed us on arrival and were there to answer questions if any type. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to rest and experience a little of the local rural culture.

Very enjoyable holiday in a very nice villa

I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting it. It was spotlessly clean and regularily cleaned with regular change of bedding and towels. The owners were charming,friendly and very helpful if anything needed attending to.

The hosts and their son did everything to make us feel as welcome as possible at all times and their hospitality was very touching. They arranged a cleaning of the villa half way through our stay and welcomed us with some homemade wine, cake and olive oil as well as leaving us some basics in the fridge on arrival. The villa is absolutely stunning and there is more space than it looks in the photographs. The garden, BBQ area and pool was gorgeous with an amazing view of the sea and surrounding area. Inside is really cosy and comfortable, everything you could possibly need is available in the kitchen. Everything was spotless! Communication both before and during the stay was seamless. Platanias is an easy 40 minute walk away and you can easily get taxis to and from the main village. There you can find all necessary amenities including shops and restaurants. We also rented a car and visited some beautiful beaches and areas within an hour's drive. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Aris Villa for a week with my wife and two young children. The villa is extremely spacious, well appointed and finished to an excellent standard. It was also incredibly clean. The owner Mr Aris along with his father were incredibly helpful and possibly two of the nicest people you could hope to meet. We asked quite a few questions and nothing was too much trouble. The pool area and terrace are particularly impressive, private yet with incredible views. If you are looking for a luxurious villa to base yourself to explore Crete then you can’t go wrong with this as your choice.

We had a lovely holiday here at the end of September, the weather was perfect. The villa is located in a quiet village called Modi which is perfect for those seeking some peace and quiet, however, you are well located to explore the rest of Crete. The villa itself is simply stunning, the decor is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious and light, and the villa is well equipped with all the amenities you require during your stay. The outside area is clean and well designed and has plenty of seating. The BBQ is excellent and was frequently used. The pool is a decent size and along with the garden gets plenty of sun on it during the day. The villa is situated a few minutes drive from restaurants in Gerani (on the way to Platanias) or about a 20 minute walk. The main restaurants and bars in the area are in Platanias and Agia Marina. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and made sure on arrival we had some supplies in the cupboards and fridge which we were very grateful for. Cannot recommend this villa enough, you will not be disappointed.

We had the perfect summer holiday here. Aris and family made us feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful/available for any query we may have. The villa has been beautifully restored and has all the amenities you would need away from home. The pool area has been beautifully designed with the huge shaded outside living area which is ideal for the children to escape the sun. The villa is in a very friendly, quiet village but with a short drive we were in the busier Plantanias with its huge choice of restaurants and activities. It is in a great location to explore the rest of Chania as well.
