Fantastic villa complex of 6 villas with gorgeous grounds, feels super peaceful and secluded while being 10min walk from Platania’s main road full of restaurants, shops etc. We found it very easily and the property manager Stelios was there to receive and and was fully available to us for questions. Ideal for large groups or families, we were a party of 5 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable, every bedroom is huge, and each has a private bathroom. Also had private parking for each villa (2 cars). The kids loved using the pool every afternoon after the beach (Platanias beach is also fantastic). Cleaners came every 3rd or 4th day which we very much appreciated, not all villas offer this. All in all a great stay :)

Great place for our family trip with a mix of ages 3 to 74 year olds focused on relaxing and enjoying the amazing summer weather on Crete and the area of Platanias to which you could walk.

We were a large group of 8 that were easily accommodated and helped throughout our vacation! We stayed for about 5 days and loved every second of it. The house was gorgeous with enough bedrooms, balconies, and bathroom for privacy even as we were sharing the space. The pool was SO necessary and was clean along with pool towels for us to use. The property is near Platanias city center and we easily took the bus to Agia Marina or Chania’ s old town with minimal walking! Getting cabs to come to the correct place was a small problem we had but we’re about to manage easily during the trip! We STRONGLY recommend anyone interested stay here!

You can walk from the property to the town (and beach) in about 10 minutes! The nights are wonderful, people all over the streets walking and enjoying the endless restaurants and stores. We were two families with a total of six kids and felt like we had more space than needed, the pool was an absolute hit with the kiddos and for the parents you have plenty of near by groceries, restaurants and companies offering excursions. Chania is about 20 minutes away, the nights at the old port are a MUST. We highly recommend this property!

Between the pool and the ample space for us to choose either to hang out, or have some solo time, this was the perfect spot. It’s out of the craziness but still very accessible. The house was very clean, and the convenience of having someone coming to check on us was very hotel like. I wouldn’t expect to want the pool heated in August but we ended up asking for the additional perk, since the water got pretty cold. Will go back on a heartbeat

This is our 2nd year at these amazing villas. Our wonderful, comfortable home in Crete. They are perfectly located in the country but a 10min walk to the main shops/restaurants/beach. The villas are spacious and well maintained. The maintenance man does an amazing job at keeping everything looking prefect. We had a problem with the air conditioning one night and he came out at 9pm to fix it…a really friendly guy. Manager is a lovely lady who responded to all messages immediately, plus came to the villa to check everything was all ok. We will definitely be returning to these villas.

We were 9 people who are all very happy! Beautiful pool, large bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and walking distance to the city center.The host always responded within 20 minutes and was nice all the time. Helped us with transfer and fixed everything…

We have stayed here 6 years, normally for three weeks. The houses are really nice with pools outdoors and inside. It is quiet, but still close to the city and beach. You have your private parking. The hostess is Fantastic ! Book a Chef to cook in the garden, its recommended and the price is good. Our favorite place in Crete.

The Villa was everything I needed for my family.

We were super happy with the place!

Incredibly nice and large house. The staff showed up in the area both morning and evening, which made you feel extra safe! The only thing we missed was illuminated roads to the house, it was a little scary in the evenings to walk home from the city centre…

Because of delayed flights, we arrived at the villa very late. Our hosts were in regular communication regarding our arrival time and made sure that someone was there to greet us and explain the layout of the house (lights, pool door operation, cooling, etc.) They responded promptly to communication and the house served our family of 7 well. While it was a short walk to the shops and beach, we actually appreciated the distance because it was quieter among the groves of trees sleeping and eating outside rather than being directly in town. We rented a car from the airport in Chania, although we could have taken a transport to the villa and rented a vehicle locally in Platanias since there were so many available. An enjoyable and comfortable stay

We (2 families) had a lovely stay in the villa. It was set out beautifully and arranged so that you could relax in the outside space without being overlooked. The kids particularly liked the pool area. The Greek salads and sandwiches were a lovely treat…

Easy walk to the town but at night we preferred to drive as the road is pretty dark. The villas are slightly outside of the town. I would like to suggest for the host to provide simple necessities like laundry detergent, shower gel, salt, pepper and olive oil. Some of it was provided upon request but we were told that it is not normally included. We had a wonderful time in Crete and enjoyed our stay at the villa.

This house was fantastic.

It was large and comfortable. it was quiet and secluded, but very close to the town, the beaches and the restaurants. We took advantage of going to local restaurants and the nightlife in town. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the property.

 The home was comfortable, rooms large and having 4.5 baths was wonderful. Pool was great and the hosts very responsive. About a 10 min easy walk to the beach and to the heart of the town.

Exceptional

Absolutely world class, the pictures don't lie! Only 5-10 mins walk from a strip with bars and restaurants, and the beach too. Only 30 mins drive from chania and only an hour's drive from Samaria Gorge!

Everything simpy perfect

The location was fantastic. It felt as though we were miles from town but it was only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, shopping and restaurants. Everything we needed was close by. We did have to buy a few items for the place like coffee sugar soap…

We did have to buy a few items for the place like coffee sugar soap and sponges. But they immediately repaid me for them. They are definitely top notch and we really enjoyed our time and the restaurant suggestions they gave us.

We would definitely recommend spending your holiday in this house.

We had a wonderful time in Crete. We were welcomed to the house by someone with sandwiches and salads. The oil was made by the owners and was delicious. Communication with the owner was very easy and they always responded quickly. The house was beautiful…

Communication with the owner was very easy and they always responded quickly. The house was beautiful and the pool was very special. This house was the last in the development so we had complete privacy in our pool. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. They also provided a cleaning service once for our stay. There was plenty of outside seating both around the pool and the outdoor table. Outdoor towels were provided and changed when the cleaning lady came. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach.We would definitely recommend spending your holiday in this house.

The kids loved the pool, which was the sensation of our stay! Big spacious rooms and beds, with stylish furniture. The coffee machine w coffee pods, wine, sandwiches and salad made it for a warm welcome! We definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in this place

We had a lovely holiday there. A few minor issues arose with the villa but were resolved quickly. Hosts and resort manager were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely return to Platanias

Ideal for large groups or families, we were a party of 5 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable, every bedroom is huge, and each has a private bathroom. Also had private parking for each villa (2 cars). The kids loved using the pool every afternoon after the beach (Platanias beach is also fantastic). Cleaners came every 3rd or 4th day which we very much appreciated, not all villas offer this. All in all a great stay :)

Great place for our family trip with a mix of ages 3 to 74 year olds focused on relaxing and enjoying the amazing summer weather on Crete and the area of Platanias to which you could walk.

The villa is a wonderful property, with attention paid to every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The swimming pool is breathtaking, and the outdoor spaces make the stay truly special.The host was extremely helpful and attentive. He also gave us excellent tips on how to make the most of the area.I highly recommend this facility.
