Στην πλαγιά και τους πρόποδες ενός λόφου και μέχρι τον κόλπο της θάλασσας βρίσκεται το γραφικό χωριό Κολυμπάρι. Στο βορειοδυτικό τμήμα της Κρήτης, στα Χανιά, στην επαρχία Κισάμου στον Πλατανιά. Βρίσκεται 1χλμ από το κέντρο του χωριού και τη μεγάλη παραλία, όπου χτυπά η καρδιά της Dimokratia Villa Chania. Κυριαρχεί στην πλαγιά του λόφου, πολιορκημένο από ελαιώνες. Υψώνεται μεγαλοπρεπώς και ανεμπόδιστα - μια φανταστική θέα, στη διάθεσή του που του επιτρέπει να ατενίζει το Κρητικό πέλαγος. Λουσμένη στο φως του ήλιου από το πρωί έως το βράδυ, τόσο έξω όσο και στους εσωτερικούς χώρους, καθώς τα πολλά μεγάλα παράθυρα εξασφαλίζουν την αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεστε στο ύπαιθρο, ακόμη και όταν απολαμβάνετε το εσωτερικό.

Η είσοδος της βίλας Dimokratia ταυτίζεται με μια πινακίδα. Ανεβαίνοντας τη σκάλα φτάνετε στη μεγάλη βεράντα. Μπαίνοντας στο Dimokratia Villa Chania υπάρχει ένας άνετος χώρος με 2 σαλόνια, 2 τραπεζαρίες και κουζίνα. Επίσης στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα μπάνιο. Στο τέλος του διαδρόμου, μια σκάλα οδηγεί στον 1ο όροφο, ο οποίος φιλοξενεί τα άλλα 2 υπνοδωμάτια. Μεταξύ αυτών, υπάρχει ένα πολυτελές μπάνιο & μια ευρύχωρη αίθουσα, που εξασφαλίζουν την ανεξαρτησία των 2 δωματίων.

Σαλόνι Ι: Δύο χειροποίητοι καναπέδες και πολυθρόνες βρίσκονται γύρω από ένα κεντρικό, ξύλινο τραπέζι και κάνουν παρέα με την Smart TV 55 '. Ένα τεράστιο ποτήρι θα σας επιτρέψει να απολαύσετε το όμορφο φυσικό τοπίο.

Σαλόνι II: Η ίδια όμορφη θέα με το άλλο σαλόνι, όπου ο χώρος εδώ μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε βοηθητικό υπνοδωμάτιο αφού ο μεγάλος καναπές μπορεί εύκολα να μετατραπεί σε διπλό κρεβάτι.

Τραπεζαρίες: Ένα υπέροχο χειροποίητο τραπέζι από καρυδιά μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 8-12 άτομα. Η άλλη τραπεζαρία, πιο λειτουργική, αφού συνοδεύει την κουζίνα, έχει μεγάλο τραπέζι και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 6-8 άτομα.

Κουζίνα: Μαγειρικές εστίες με 5 θέσεις μαγειρέματος, Ηλεκτρικός φούρνος, rigeυγείο, Πλυντήριο πιάτων (σιωπή), Φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, Τοστιέρα, Καφετιέρες (Frappe, Espresso, Γαλλικά), Μίξερ χειρός, Ηλεκτρικός συμπιεστής, πλήρης εξοπλισμός για μαγείρεμα και φαγητό σκεύη.

Υπνοδωμάτια: Δώσαμε ιδιαίτερη προσοχή και φροντίδα στην επιλογή αντικειμένων υπνοδωματίου, για να εξασφαλίσουμε υγιή, άνετο, ευχάριστο, χαλαρωτικό και ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Ένα κρεβάτι king size (160x200) ή δύο μονά κρεβάτια (90x200), τα οποία μπορούν να είναι δύο ανεξάρτητες μονάδες ή συνδυασμός κρεβατιού. Κομοδίνα, μοντέρνα ή vintage, με ειδικό αναλογικό φωτισμό. Ορθοπεδικά στρώματα από την MEDICAL STROM. Υποαλλεργικά μαξιλάρια, αντιβακτηριακά-αντιμυκητιασικά με εξωτερικό ύφασμα 100% βαμβάκι. Ρούχα από NEF-NEF, χωρίς επιβλαβείς ουσίες. Κλιματισμός & τηλεόραση.

Μπάνιο 1ου ορόφου: Δεν θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει κάτι μεγαλύτερο. Πλακάκια σε συνδυασμό με μωσαϊκό που καλύπτει τους τοίχους & την μπανιέρα. Η μεγάλη, γωνιακή, ημικυκλική μπανιέρα με κάθισμα, μπορεί να είναι πολύ ευχάριστη. Υπάρχει ένας μεγάλος πάγκος με έναν νεροχύτη. Ένας τεράστιος καθρέφτης με δυνατό φωτισμό μπορεί να καλύψει όλες τις ανάγκες σας. Αυτό το μπάνιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλυντήριο ρούχων. Το ζεστό νερό παρέχεται από έναν θερμαντήρα. Η ιδιαίτερη κομψότητα προσθέτει στο δωμάτιο την οροφή με έναν κυκλικό θόλο με κρυφό φωτισμό.

Μπάνιο δαπέδου: Είναι εξοπλισμένο με έναν αρκετά άνετο πάγκο με νεροχύτη, ντουλάπια, συρτάρια και μεγάλο καθρέφτη. Η χρηστικότητα του μπάνιου ολοκληρώνει το ντους με μια προσεγμένη καμπίνα που το προστατεύει. Ενώ η καλή γεύση τονίζει τον κυκλικό θόλο με τον κρυφό φωτισμό, το ίδιο με το μπάνιο στον 1ο όροφο. Και τα δύο μπάνια είναι εξοπλισμένα με μπουρνούζια, πετσέτες, παντόφλες και είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής. Υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μπάνιο με τουαλέτα και ντους.

Beautiful modern villa in lovely setting with great hosts.

It felt like a palace, beautifully presented with very spacious rooms and wonderful views of mountains and coast from all rooms. There were multiple outside seating/ dining areas including a shaded bbq area next to the pool and a vast rooftop terrace…
It felt like a palace, beautifully presented with very spacious rooms and wonderful views of mountains and coast from all rooms. There were multiple outside seating/ dining areas including a shaded bbq area next to the pool and a vast rooftop terrace. The pool was large and well-maintained as was the garden and all outside areas were private and secluded. The kitchen was very well equipped for self-catering. the owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful, leaving a substantial welcome pack including homemade honey, cakes, raki, and wine. They were incredibly responsive, addressing a very minor query we had straight away.

The pool is lovely and the lounge area next to it is very nice. There is a fantastic view from the large terrace on the 1st floor, where you can see the sea and the mountains. The villa is very well equipped with a nice big kitchen where nothing is missing…

Villa Dimokratia was just perfect!

When we go back to Crete there is no doubt where we will stay again. The villa itself is spotless inside and outside, everything was 100%. We like that the property is gated and the car can stay inside the gates. Very nice pool with quality furniture…

We like that the property is gated and the car can stay inside the gates. Very nice pool with quality furniture and sunbeds. The host offers a special kindness and hospitality and we could not imagine a greater host. It was a home away from home. Nikos had arranged dinner in the oven, when we arrived late (11pm). They cleaned the villa and changed linen and towels two times during our stay. I have no problem recommending this villa to my friends and family. This is not just a rental, this feels like a home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location with children- we didn’t have to travel too far to get to places, wineries, beaches, taverns/restaurants close by car. Just over 1 hour to get to the famous Elafonissi beach. Toiletries were provided - soap, shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion which was a lovely touch.

Our holiday in Crete was wonderful, made outstanding by the outstanding Villa Dimokratia that was truly exceptional. Every detail of the spacious accommodation has been carefully thought out to make a comfortable and very well equipped home. Nikos was there to meet us and ensure we should know how everything worked and gave us some home-made wine, raki, local olive oil, some fresh eggs from his chickens and a cake from his mother-in-law! We lacked nothing and relaxed completely in this lovely villa, set in a beautiful garden and surrounded by olive groves. Every day we used and appreciated the swimming pool, afterwards sitting in the garden where two very fine lemon tress were laden with ripe fruit, so providing the basis for refreshing drinks. The local fishing village has a good supermarket and, of course, wonderful fresh fish every day in the restaurants. With our hired car, we found Kolimvari to be a good base for exploring the west of the island and only about 20 minutes from Chania using the National road. All in all, we were delighted with our stay, which always feels too short, and are grateful to you for introducing us to the property. I look forward to using your services again.

Magnificent stay - amazing owners

We had a such a great stay in Villa Dimokratia on the end of May. The house is huge, has enough space for 6 to 8 people, it's very clean (with a speacial cleaning in the middle of our stay - towels changed, beds made, wow, never seen anything like this…

The house is huge, has enough space for 6 to 8 people, it's very clean (with a speacial cleaning in the middle of our stay - towels changed, beds made, wow, never seen anything like this anywhere else!). It is very spacious and comfortable, with all the equipment to enjoy the holiday to the full. Enough towels (including bathrobes and slippers). The house is beautifully set in a large green well-kept garden with a pool and and covered BBQ area. We have enjoyed every bit of it until the moment of departure. We can definitely recommend this villa by all means!
