Καλώς ήλθατε στο Giolanta Villa Chania. Η διαμονή σας σε αυτό το φυσικό, ήσυχο μέρος του χωριού Kamisiana θα σας γεμίσει με ενέργεια και χαλάρωση.

Το Giolanta Villa Chania βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο, ανθισμένο τοπίο που περιβάλλεται από πορτοκαλιές, ελαιόλαδα και κυπαρίσσια. Σε απόσταση 200 μέτρων υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, παραδοσιακό καφέ, μίνι μάρκετ και φαρμακείο. Απέχει 750 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Μπορείτε να φτάσετε στην όμορφη παραλία με τα πόδια και να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας.

Η στάση του λεωφορείου απέχει μόλις 100μ. από το Giolanta Villa Chania. Η υπηρεσία λεωφορείου είναι κάθε 20 λεπτά. Το Villa Giolanta απέχει 18 χιλιόμετρα από τα Χανιά, 23 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι της Σούδας και 30 χιλιόμετρα από το αεροδρόμιο Δασκαλογιάννης στα Χανιά.

Η βίλα αποτελείται από 2 επίπεδα:

Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο με θέα στο Αιγαίο και το βουνό. Ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια έχει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και τα άλλα 2 έχουν κοινόχρηστο. Κάθε δωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα άνετο, ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα δωμάτιο χρησιμότητας με πλυντήριο ρούχων, σίδερο, ηλεκτρική σκούπα και είδη ραπτικής.

Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει 1 ακόμη υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 ακόμη μπάνιο. Θα βρείτε επίσης μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία για 8 άτομα.

Υπαίθριος υπάρχει ένας ευρύχωρος κήπος με μπάρμπεκιου και μια ανεξάρτητη πισίνα με παιδική πισίνα. Η βίλα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 8 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Περιλαμβάνεται βρεφική κούνια και καρεκλάκι.

Villa Vassiliki is in a perfect location for families looking for a private and quiet escape. Communication with the host was excellent and he always responded quickly to messages. Within 5 mins walk you are on the main road and close to restaurants…
Villa Vassiliki is in a perfect location for families looking for a private and quiet escape. Communication with the host was excellent and he always responded quickly to messages. Within 5 mins walk you are on the main road and close to restaurants and small shops and within 10-15 mins you are at the beach. I would highly recommend a car if staying here as it does allow you to see more things and travel to bigger supermarkets etc. Overall the villa offers good facilities for your holiday! The pool area is great to relax. The kitchen and bbq area had all the amenities you would require to cook great meals at the house - we especially loved the bbq.

Great memories made at this villa!

The host was really helpful! The terrace was shaded and the breeze was so great for meals. Being a ten-minute walk from the beach let our young adult children come and go as they pleased.

The villa itself was amazing we felt truly spoilt . There was everything we possibly needed .

This villa is even better and bigger than the pictures. The pool is amazing and the two different areas for outdoor seating, made for great social lunches and dinners/ drinks in the evening. The area is quiet and the villa is very secluded however there are two tiny shops within 5 mins to buy milk/ bread/ basic foods. There are 4/5 restaurants within walking distance. A larger shop with fresh veg and a wider range is a 15 minute walk away. Platanias, a party town, was a 15 min taxi away for clubs and bars.

Cosy Villa!

We loved our stay at the Villa which was nicely positioned and had a good pool and outdoor space. It was great to have satellite TV and good WiFi which these days are essential! We will be back for sure in the future!

Driving distance to a lovely town/harbour with harbour-side restaurants. Villa: Nice, clean and a good size. It was lovely to meet the owners who were very helpful and accommodating and keen to help us if there were any problems. They were happy to organise cleaners as often as we wanted which was a really nice touch and checked on the pool during our stay. Facilities: Comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The television had many English channels.

"Brand new villa, very well located"

We would highly recommend this villa for anyone considering visiting Crete!

Located 40 minutes from Chania airport & 5 mins from the local beach it fitted our requirements perfectly. The villa was clean and modern, each bedroom having its own balcony to relax, take in the view & hang out clothes to dry. The villa was roomy enough to take our party of eight. The living area, terrace & BBQ area were more than adequate, enabling us to spend some good quality time at the villa. The Kitchen is large and well equipped and all appliances are modern which makes cooking and preparing drinks for a large group easy. Plus the dishwasher helps with the tidying afterwards. The pool, although not very large, was enough to relax & cool down in. Bedrooms one, two & three were great with modern, clean furnishings & fittings. Bedroom four had a cosy double bed (not suitable for siblings sharing) but the availability of a Z-bed that can be squeezed in was welcome. The local Taverna, a 3min walk away, was friendly & inviting with several other within easy walking distance. The Villa is just 150m off the coast road but the only noise you can hear is the local animal life. All western Island beaches were within easy reach, local shops & supermarkets all within 10 mins by car. Cleaners were available upon request which was a handy bonus. The owners were very helpful & welcoming ensuring our stay was fun and memorable.

We did not miss absolutely anything there, the hosts thought of absolutely everything. A very modern and brand new villa furnished with exceptional style. Their hospitality was exceptional and made sure that we had all we needed. They were even so kind as to show us a fantastic evening and to taste all the local foods. Thank you again! We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to spend a fantastic vacation in a beautiful location, an amazing villa, and with a very warm hospitality!

Excellent villa on great location

Very spacious villa with more than enough room to accodomate our group of 9. Platanias is only a short drive as well as the various nice beaches on the northwest coast.

The most unique house I ever stayed. The villa Giolanta has its own soul and character. Fantastic place, views and atmosphere. Very friendly owners. Made ours vacations even more adorable
