Το Kseni Villa Chania είναι η καταλληλότερη επιλογή για οικογένειες. Τοποθετημένο στην κορυφή ενός λόφου προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στον κόλπο των Χανίων. Το Kseni Villa βρίσκεται μόλις 100μ. Μακριά από την πλησιέστερη αμμώδη παραλία του Καλαμακίου. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 12 άτομα και είναι ιδανικό για μεγάλες οικογένειες. Στην πραγματικότητα, αποτελείται από 2 παρόμοιες μικρότερες βίλες και οι δύο με μεγάλη ιδιωτική πισίνα (8 × 5) m η κάθε μία.

Βίλα Α: Μεζονέτα 3 ορόφων που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 6-7 άτομα. Ισόγειο: είσοδος + μικρό WC και ντους. 1ος όροφος Καθιστικό/τραπεζαρία/κουζίνα. 2ος όροφος: 3 υπνοδωμάτια + WC με μπανιέρα. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και τα άλλα δύο δωμάτια με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Υπάρχει επιπλέον καναπές -κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Το σπίτι είναι 170 τετραγωνικά μέτρα.

Βίλα Β: Ένα διαμέρισμα που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα. 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 WC με ντους. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, 2 μονά κρεβάτια, 3ο δωμάτιο 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτια καλά μεγέθους. Απολαύστε την εκπληκτική θέα από τον χώρο της πισίνας και περπατήστε εύκολα στην παραλία και όλες τις ανέσεις.

The hosts are absolutely amazing and welcomed us with groceries and treated us to the most amazing traditional Greek meal on our last night. We spent a week enjoying the pool, ocean view, walks to the beach and fantastic restaurants. Dimitris and his family were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect- we walked to coffee shops, the supermarket, shopping and took the bus to the Old Port in Chania. The villa had everything and more than we needed for our family. We can not wait to return!

The villa is perfect. The host really put in the effort to make our stay as good as possible. A stocked fridge to get us started and easy checkout. Wonderfully comfortable accommodation with great views of the sea from the pool terrace.

Xeni Villas is a real paradise for a family like ours - 7 adults and 5 children. We arrived late in the evening and the host welcomed us with dinner and a stocked fridge. This place was perfect for us - enough bedrooms and bathrooms, well maintained pools, cleaned daily. The whole property is very well maintained, clean, beautiful vegetation, especially the grass, at 36 -40 degrees...all very well cared View to the sea and nearby Chania. Lots equipment inside the house and outside by the pool - sun loungers, sofas, umbrellas, accessories for playing in the pool. The host was present every day, very nice, friendly, helpful, no problem at all. Very close to a nice beach with clean sand and clear water. By the beach good tavernas with Greek and international cuisine. We had a wonderful holiday here despite the heat and will definitely return to Villas Kseni. We recommend to everyone very warmly !!!

This review is long overdue. My family and I (five adults and two kids aged 7 and 5) were there back in July and this was by far the perfect vacation. Dimitris and Xenia are the perfect hosts: very kind, friendly, helpful and thoughtful! The house was extremely clean and the location is perfect for the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. To this day, we are still reminiscing our time on Crete Island and this wonderful place. it truly is a rare gem!

We had a wonderful stay here with exceptional hospitality from our hosts. They made our arrival smooth by meeting us at the apartment, providing basic groceries for our family and making accommodations for our children to be comfortable. The place was wonderful, well equipped and clean. There was a store at the bottom of the block that had everything you need, lovely restaurants as well and the beach just across the main street. Overall, I would absolutely recommend it and would return again if back in Chania.

Kseni villa is superb!! We stayed there for a few days and we had a fantastic time. Chania is beautiful and the villa is located on the perfect place. It has stunning view of the sea nice beach few meters from the property and it is airy and sunny. It is a step away to anywhere and quiet and calm at the same time. There is more than enough surrounding area with a beautiful big pool that where sunny all day. The house is fantastic, comfortable, clean, spacious and fully equipped. Dimitris and Xenia where fantastic hosts and they helped us with anything we needed. Great value for the money we payed.
