Το Olea Prime Villa Chania είναι μια εντυπωσιακή σύγχρονη βίλα με ιδιωτική πισίνα που βρίσκεται στην παραλιακή περιοχή Λουτράκι στα Χανιά της Κρήτης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 10 άτομα. Το ευρύχωρο εσωτερικό του περιλαμβάνει 5 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 μπάνια και μεγάλη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο της βίλας κυριαρχεί το επιβλητικό κατάστρωμα που απλώνεται από τη βίλα προς τη θάλασσα και συνδέεται με την πισίνα.

Το Olea Prime Villa Chania αποτελεί ιδιοκτησία μοναδικής αρχιτεκτονικής και σχεδίασης. Είναι ένα από τα λίγα προικισμένα μέρη που στην πραγματικότητα δεν υπάρχει ανταλλαγή αφού η Olea τα έχει όλα. Εκπληκτική θέα λόγω της υπερυψωμένης θέσης του και ταυτόχρονα με τα πόδια από την παραλία καθώς βρίσκεται μόλις 300 μέτρα μακριά από την παραλία Λουτράκι. Αν και είναι τόσο κοντά στην παραλία, ταυτόχρονα απολαμβάνει υψηλό βαθμό ιδιωτικότητας και απομόνωσης λόγω της μοναδικής του θέσης «κρυψώνα».

Η αρχιτεκτονική της βίλας συνδυάζει αρμονικά τον μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό με τις κρητικές τεχνικές δόμησης και τα τοπικά υλικά δίνοντας έτσι στη βίλα έναν χαρακτήρα μοναδικής αισθητικής. We have just had a week's stay at this truly beautiful Villa. The host has been amazing and so helpful. The house is kept spotless by a lovely lady who comes in daily and often brings something divine to eat. We have had a terrible week of weather but it has not spoilt our stay which is a testament to how lovely Olea Prime is. We had the pool heated which has made all the difference in bad weather. The setting and views from the house are amazing and there are a couple of lovely beaches with lovely restaurants very nearby, but it only takes 20 minutes to go into Chania if you want more. We will definitely return.

We loved the pool and playing table tennis in the garden, and it was fantastic to have the beach and a lovely taverna close by.
