The stone-built BBQ and outdoor kitchen area can be enjoyed privately by one villa at a time. Guests can simply reserve their preferred day in advance using the notice board provided at the BBQ area, allowing each group to enjoy the space comfortably and exclusively during their reserved time.

We had the most incredible time staying at this large and stunning villa in the Loutraki/Chania area. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and crystal-clear water right at your doorstep. The direct beach access was a dream—so easy and convenient—and we spent countless hours floating in the calm sea and enjoying the serene, quiet atmosphere. The views from every direction were spectacular, making it hard to leave the villa!The villa itself is exquisite, with a spacious, well-designed area for cooking and relaxing. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Demetrios, our host, went above and beyond, offering incredible hospitality and even surprising me with a birthday cake, which made our stay all the more special.If you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful retreat this is the place!

The house is huge, each of the upper bedrooms with balconies with ocean view. The other rooms had balconies/terraces too. Each bedroom is like a suite, with its own bathroom and a corridor with wardrobes. The combination of private pool and private ocean access (to be shared with guests in an adjacent second villa– the ocean access, not the pool, which is completely private – ; in our case, however, the second villa was empty) is great for kids. The turquoise water and jumps from the cliffs are like a fairy tale. Petros, the manager, was friendly, competent, and flexible, and Dimitris, the owner, likewise. Both leave you alone, but are there if you need something. Some great hikes are in driving range (not more than two hours), so one can combine the ocean with other activities. Beautiful Chania is nearby too, as well as some good restaurants. The house is fully equipped with all amenities. Two visiting cats were an additional plus for the kids. All in all: superb.

There were two wonderful restaurants on the sea 10 minutes away by car that we enjoyed several times.

All together we were a group of 9 & we all would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to our gracious & very friendly host Dimitri for opening his lovely home in Crete to us. We also say a big thank you to Petros & his mother showing us around & providing many helpful local recommendations. The villa itself was immaculately clean, well stocked & extremely comfortable. The property is spectacular. We will never forget the lovely views of the sea & amazing gardens. We already miss the peaceful relaxation & the wonderfully inviting Greek hospitality from the surrounding villages. We most sincerely hope to visit again one day. From our family to yours, thank you.

We have a chaps fishing holiday once a year for five of us. whilst the fishing was, typical for the Med, poor both the villa and location were perfect. There are five very good bedrooms and the communal space was more than adequate. The villa is well equipped with great beds and high-quality linens etc. The outdoor space was very good, but it is worth noting that some garden spaces are shared with another villa, these incudes the BBQ area and the sea access etc. The pool is private and in very good condition with lots of good loungers etc provided. The owner is charming and spoilt us with local pasties and cookies. The villa is is great condition and spotlessly clean. There is a lovely local taverna within walking distance but be aware this is a steep climb. Marathi is only about 3km away and is a lovely port with beaches and restaurants. The area capital, Chania, also has a wonderful harbour and well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful week at this villa in June. Aria and Dimitri were the most gracious hosts, helping arrange a grocery order so we arrived to a fully stocked fridge to help hungry and tired kids through the time zone change. The pool was fabulous; the views spectacular; and we snorkeled every day. The neighborhood and house location are private but not remote so we loved walking down the street to the restaurant and kayaked and snorkeled to Loutraki Beach nearby I stead of walking. We used taxis to get to/from Chania for a day and enjoyed relaxation time at the home otherwise. If you want to get out to see more of Crete, you will need a car.

This house is breathtaking! Spent 11 days with my family at this villa and it was absolutely fantastic. The villa is beyond words! The views are just amazing, the pool, proximity to town, house amenities.

We had the most incredible time staying at this large and stunning villa in the Loutraki/Chania area. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and crystal-clear water right at your doorstep. The direct beach access was a dream—so easy and convenient—and we spent countless hours floating in the calm sea and enjoying the serene, quiet atmosphere. The views from every direction were spectacular, making it hard to leave the villa!The villa itself is exquisite, with a spacious, well-designed area for cooking and relaxing. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Demetrios, our host, went above and beyond, offering incredible hospitality and even surprising me with a birthday cake, which made our stay all the more special.If you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful retreat this is the place!

The house is huge, each of the upper bedrooms with balconies with ocean view. The other rooms had balconies/terraces too. Each bedroom is like a suite, with its own bathroom and a corridor with wardrobes. The house is huge, each of the upper bedrooms with balconies with ocean view. The other rooms had balconies/terraces too. Each bedroom is like a suite, with its own bathroom and a corridor with wardrobes. The combination of private pool and private ocean access (to be shared with guests in an adjacent second villa– the ocean access, not the pool, which is completely private – ; in our case, however, the second villa was empty) is great for kids. The turquoise water and jumps from the cliffs are like a fairy tale. Petros, the manager, was friendly, competent, and flexible, and Dimitris, the owner, likewise. Both leave you alone, but are there if you need something. Some great hikes are in driving range (not more than two hours), so one can combine the ocean with other activities. Beautiful Chania is nearby too, as well as some good restaurants. The house is fully equipped with all amenities. Two visiting cats were an additional plus for the kids. All in all: superb.

We had a wonderful time!

The villa was perfect for my family of six adults and 4 children. Fabulous view in every direction and we could walk to the sea or to the beach with the grandchildren. The pool was in excellent condition and we used it several times a day. The local beach was quiet and beautiful. There were two wonderful restaurants on the sea 10 minutes away by car…
