Η θέα στη θάλασσα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα είναι υπέροχα από οποιοδήποτε σημείο αυτής της ιδιωτικής βίλας. Αποτελείται από 4 υπέροχα και ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια, μία σοφίτα, κουζίνα, σαλόνι και 2 μπάνια και 1 WC. Διαθέτει σύστημα θέρμανσης και ψύξης.

Μπαίνοντας στην Panthea Villa Chania, υπάρχει σαλόνι ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης με δορυφορική τηλεόραση και άνετους καναπέδες. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλο τον εξοπλισμό και τις συσκευές που μπορεί να είναι απαραίτητες. Στην ίδια περιοχή, υπάρχει τραπεζαρία για έως και 10 άτομα. Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα WC. Βγαίνοντας στη βεράντα θα βρείτε τη μεγάλη ιδιωτική πισίνα και τη μεγάλη παιδική χαρά που είναι ιδανική για χαλάρωση κάτω από τον κρητικό ήλιο. Στον επάνω όροφο, υπάρχουν τα 3 υπνοδωμάτια, η σοφίτα και 2 ακόμη μπάνια. Το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι king size και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα. Σε αυτό το υπνοδωμάτιο, υπάρχει επίσης μια σοφίτα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι queen size. Τα υπόλοιπα υπνοδωμάτια μοιράζονται 1 μεγάλο μπάνιο με ντους. Όλοι οι χώροι του σπιτιού έχουν πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει ιδιωτική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα και άνετο αίθριο με μεγάλο τραπέζι. Τέλος, υπάρχει παιδική χαρά για παιδιά και πινγκ -πονγκ. Μπορούμε επίσης να σας προσφέρουμε δωρεάν βρεφική κούνια και καρέκλα.

The villa is absolutely stunning, boasting a very modern design and impeccable presentation, with breathtaking views. Situated on a hillside just outside Chania, it offers panoramic views over the town and the sea, especially spectacular at sunrise and sunset. The property includes a spacious garden and various seating areas scattered around, including a BBQ area with a pizza oven, all overlooking the infinity pool which shares the same amazing views. Accessing amenities or Chania itself requires a vehicle; walking isn't practical due to the location.

Lavishly equipped villa set on the side of the hill overlooking Nerokouros with an absolutely spectacular view of Chania and the bay around the area. Fully air conditioned with ample room in the master bedroom and more than adequate in the three other separate bedrooms. The swimming pool is superb and the rest of the property boasts many amazing spaces to eat and to simply lounge and take in the view. However, a car is a must as there is no other way to get to and from the property and this is the only reason the Location loses a star for me. The Nerokouros local store has all your most basic needs and is at most 5 mins drive, if you're looking for more there is a Lidl and supermarket less than 15 minutes away. Chania is a 20 minute drive. The friendly owners live in a completely separate area located beneath the property and are readily available for any specific requests, other than this they are almost invisible. Thank you George for a wonderful stay (Sept 2023).

Wonderful Stay!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Man hatte einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt und in der großen Küche sowie Grill im Außenbereich immer eine Möglichkeit gemeinsam Essen zuzubereiten.

Great Villa!

Great villa, exactly as you can see in the photos. The view of Chania area from the villa is amazing. must have a car ???? as the villa is far from the city and not walkable to any place.

The villa is spectacular, very modern and immaculately presented with amazing views. It is located on a hillside outside Chania with views right over the town and the sea beyond which are fantastic at sunrise and sunset. The whole site is great, there is a large garden and multiple seating areas all around the villa with a BBQ area including pizza oven and of course the infinity pool which provides the same spectacular views. A vehicle is a must to access any amenities or Chania itself, it is not realistic to walk. A taxi to Chania is easy to organize so it's not too difficult to get there. The host lives on-site but on a separate property and does not encroach on your privacy. We found him very friendly and helpful, and he was always available via phone/text to assist with anything - which makes for a better experience, you are never stuck.

Magnificent private villa with awesome view over the city of Chania.

We enjoyed our our stay, sun and the pool with two families, barbecue, good food, drinks, and great company. A rental car was mandatory to fill up the supplies, feed the kids, and to visit the beaches a couple of times. Amazing, that you for your hospitality…

After a day or two of long hikes and driving to a few of Crete’s best beaches and restaurants this home was exactly what my husband and I wanted. George was very accommodating! We told him we would not need to rent a car, but changed our minds and within 1 hour we were already exploring Crete in our rental. We loved that he had eggs from his Chickens in the fridge for us for breakfast! We would love to bring a group of friends to stay here in the future. It is kid and adult friendly! Ha! What an amazing modern villa located on the hillside overlooking Chania and Souda Bay! Perfectly located for day trips across this northern part of Crete. We enjoyed watching the dramatic sunrises and sunsets that this villa affords. We were a family group of 10 ranging in ages from 10 to 70 years old and the Villa had something for all of us. The open plan space with framed views of the sea was a luxury, with plenty of shaded outdoor areas too. Our children enjoyed having a table tennis table, swings and an area to play football but the infinity pool was the centre of their activity! There are plenty of supermarkets within 10-15mins drive to allow for self catering. We thank George for his hospitality which included some local cuisine delivered to our door!

George is an incredible host and such a very nice guy. The villa is stunning with incredible views. We witnessed some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets given that the house is situated at a higher altitude than the surrounding area. This allows for refreshing breezes and no humidity. It’s very apparent that every aspect of the property was very well thought out - from the numerous sitting areas outside, the pool area, to the beautiful interior design. The villa is perfect for a family (we are family of five, but can easily accommodate more) with spacious play areas for the kids, yet is so nicely decorated that it provides a cozy feel. I can’t say enough kind words about George. He was helpful with ideas about where to visit in Chania (15-20min drive), very responsive, and greeted us with local cuisine during our visit. He’s just an all around warm and nice individual. We will definitely be back to visit this beautiful villa.

George is a great host – he handled everything well and right on time. Really big thanks to him! Villa was perfect itself – suitable for kids. Everything were there when we needed – kitchen stuff and etc. Even towels and sheets were smelling so good and normally you cant find this in Europe. We will definitely come back! The Annexe was compact and comfortable with stunning views and allowed for everyone to have their own space. The gardens and pool were well maintained with ample sun beds and shaded seating once again with stunning views. In summary we would recommend the Villa/Annexe to anyone looking for a superior holiday venue with stunning views and exceptional accommodation. We would certainly love to stay again, we had a lovely holiday in magic surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at Panthea villa and highly recommend it. The location is perfect, being set on the hillside overlooking Chania and providing stunning views out to the ocean. The sunsets were amazing to enjoy from the balcony and outdoor areas. The villa is also very private and set in a peaceful location. You are only a short drive away from restaurants and the grocery store so you can escape the crowds but still be close to everything. The property is very stylishly decorated and has all the modern conveniences needed, with a large backyard and infinity pool. Our landlord George was always available if we needed anything, and made our stay even more memorable by providing some home cooked food and local produce for us to sample. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Panthea Villa and would love to visit again one day.
