Βρίσκεται σε έναν εντελώς ιδιωτικό και περιφραγμένο λόφο 6.000 τμ ακριβώς στα περίχωρα της πόλης των Χανίων, η βίλα προσφέρει απόλυτη ηρεμία και πιθανώς την καλύτερη πανοραμική θέα στο Κρητικό νησί και τη θάλασσα! Έχετε την αίσθηση ότι μένετε πάνω από τον ουρανό καθώς η βίλα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα πάνω από την επιφάνεια της θάλασσας και την πόλη των Χανίων αλλά μόνο λίγα χιλιόμετρα μακριά τους!

Ήσυχη ατμόσφαιρα και σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, ιδανική για οικογένειες και παιδιά, ζευγάρια, νεόνυμφους και άτομα με καλό γούστο. Απολαύστε ηρεμία, άνεση και πολυτέλεια σε αυτή την εξαίσια και ασύγκριτη βίλα.

Εντελώς απομονωμένη αλλά και κοντά σε όλα, η τριώροφη βίλα 450 τ.μ. είναι επιπλωμένη κομψά εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά με μεγάλη προσοχή σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Η Golden Hill Villa Chania μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 10 άτομα σε κρεβάτια και έως 12 άτομα εάν είναι απαραίτητο.

Μπαίνοντας στο Golden Hill Villa Chania στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένας ευρύχωρος χώρος που περιλαμβάνει το σαλόνι με τζάκι, μια δορυφορική τηλεόραση υψηλής ευκρίνειας 47 ιντσών, μια εσωτερική τραπεζαρία και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με εξαρτήματα υψηλής ποιότητας και συσκευές. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα άλλο καθιστικό με υπέροχη θέα που απλώνεται μπροστά του. Το σαλόνι ανοίγει σε μια βεράντα με καθιστικό που σας οδηγεί στην πισίνα και στον κήπο. Επίσης, στον ίδιο όροφο υπάρχουν οργανωμένο δωμάτιο γραφείου και τουαλέτα.

Φτάνοντας στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια, τα δύο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Ένα από τα δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Υπάρχει επίσης το κυρίως μπάνιο με τζακούζι στον ίδιο όροφο. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο έχουν εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα.

Μια σκάλα από το σαλόνι στο ισόγειο σας οδηγεί στον κάτω όροφο. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει ένα γυμναστήριο, ένας ενιαίος χώρος που αποτελείται από τον χώρο παιχνιδιού και τη δευτερεύουσα κουζίνα. Το γυμναστήριό μας διαθέτει μια μεγάλη συλλογή από εξοπλισμό γυμναστικής, όπως διάδρομο, σταθερό ποδήλατο, εξοπλισμό κοιλιακών, πολυλειτουργική συσκευή γυμναστικής και μπάλες γυμναστικής. Ο άνετος και άνετος χώρος παιχνιδιού περιλαμβάνει μεγάλο καναπέ, τηλεόραση HD 50 ιντσών, Playstation4 με παιχνίδια, επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια, παιχνίδια για μικρά παιδιά και μπιλιάρδο. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα τραπέζι πινγκ πονγκ στη βεράντα έξω από το playroom. Επιπλέον, υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια στον ίδιο όροφο, το ένα με κουκέτα και το άλλο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν επίσης να ενωθούν για να σχηματίσουν ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο υπάρχει επίσης μπάνιο με ντους.

Ο όμορφα διαμορφωμένος εξωτερικός χώρος περιβάλλεται από περισσότερα από 150 διαφορετικά είδη λουλουδιών και δέντρων και προσφέρει μια ποικιλία από εγκαταστάσεις και σημεία για χαλάρωση.

We had a wonderful time

Hilltop paradise

Where do I begin to explain the magic of this home! Aptly named “Golden Hill”, my family of 7 adults and 3 kids (ages 4, 8 & 11) spent 8 surreal nights nights in this spectacular mountain top home. The owner and the managing company were all available and responsive for any questions we had, from before booking to check out. We arrived around 10pm and were met by the owner who gave us a tour - I couldn’t wait for daylight to see the house and property and wowee, the next few days my face just ached from smiling so much! The home is literally on top of a mountain- you can hear and see goats and sheep, see sprawling Chania and Souda Bay below you, watch swallows swoop down to take sips from the natural salt water pool. We were all blown away by how beautiful the location AND the home are. It was extremely well suited for a large group, we were able to have semi separate living quarters and also cook as many meals as we wanted. Very handy for kids who are constantly eating! The sunsets made me want to cry, each one looked like a painting. The house is high up so there was often a nice breeze coming through. I got to kick everyone’s butt on the ping pong table. The home owners also provide home made olive oil, wine and raki along with fruits and vegetables from their trees- of which 250 grace the property!!! You do need a car for this home, unless you plan to just stay at the property, which I would do in a heartbeat. Everything was so clean and they even procured groceries from a list a sent before we arrived. I honestly could go on and on about the wonders and comforts of this home, but I’ll stop here.

Golden Hill was a dream holiday destination on a rugged mountain top, only six miles from Chania. The facilities were excellent and the design and layout allowed you to sunbathe or stay cool in the heat of the day all with a cool breeze coming from the west. The mountain road made nipping anywhere slightly difficult but we learned to plan ahead for shopping or food trips. The location was ideal for staying at the villa, visiting beaches or trying the Cretan gastronomic delights on offer in the beautiful port of Chania. We are keen sailors and the host Kostadinos kindly arranged a day off shore sailing to Menies beach and around Kri Kri island which was a great day out. The family couldn't have been more helpful, generous or accommodating. They left plenty of fruit on regular visits and came to clean and change linen every three days. I can recommend to any one and maybe will return myself one day

We were a family of 10 and stayed at Golden Hill Villa in July. There were seven adults and three children under two. We had a wonderful time. The villa was ideal for the family. It has superb views over Crete and the location meant that there was always a slight breeze to moderate the high temperatures in Crete at that time of year. The layout of the villa had been craefully considered with plenty of shade, a lovely swimming pool, and lots of loungers to soak up the sun as much as we needed. Also we could sit outside for lunch, drinks and dinner and enjoy the views and lovely warm weather. There were plenty of the amenties and all you would expect of a high quality villa with a very well stocked kitchen. In addition, Kostas and those working with him, were great hosts, who were very responsive and ensured we had agreat time.

The house in real is even better than on the pictures. It was big enough for our large family ( 8 adults + 2 kids + 2 babies), so that the kids could play while the adults quietly rest. The swimming pool is not heated, but the sun did a good job about that. the garden is magnificent. Kostadinos and Anastasia greated us and treated us with kind attentions, so that we really felt at home. The whole property is spotless clean. We were feeling so well in the house that we cancelled a few visits, just to lay and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

You can tell that it used to serve as a permanent home, as lots of thought have gone into making it a perfect place. It is spotless and fully equipped, you really do have everything you need there. The views are spectacular and it also comes with a huge garden with lots of greenery (250 trees, we've been told). Both the owners and the managing agents are extremely helpful and have helped instantly with all our questions and queries. All in all, if you want to spend some time at a fantastic luxury villa in Crete, then look no further.
