Η ιδιωτική ζωή είναι εγγυημένη ως Sea & Sun Villa Chania βρίσκεται μέσα σε μια γη 5500m2 και δίπλα στο δάσος του Agioi Apostoloi, το καλύτερο φυσικό πάρκο της Chania.

Sea & Sun Villa Chania βρίσκεται σε ένα μαγικό μέρος όπου μπορείτε να δοκιμάσετε τη θάλασσα και να αισθανθείτε το δάσος ... αφήστε τις αισθήσεις σας να σας ταξιδέψουν γύρω από αυτή την ασύγκριτη ιδιοκτησία. Αυτή η πολυτελή παραθαλάσσια βίλα αποτελείται από 2 επίπεδα: στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει το σαλόνι και η τραπεζαρία, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Υπάρχουν επίσης 4 υπνοδωμάτια με ensuite πολυτελή μπάνια με ντους. Στον πρώτο όροφο: υπάρχει το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι king-size. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και ντους τζακούζι.  Μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε στο μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι αυτής της κρεβατοκάμαρας και να κοιτάξετε τη θέα στη θάλασσα και το δάσος. Outdoor: Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη ιδιωτική πισίνα 60m2 με παιδική πισίνα, κήπος με γρασίδι, τραπεζαρία, μπάρμπεκιου και παιχνίδια για παιδιά.

Just spent an amazing week in the Sea & Sun Villa, it has all your home comforts and much more to make your stay a perfect one! The villa is very modern and spacious inside and out. The villa has a great pool and BBQ area for relaxing in the sun or if you’re feeling energetic there is an outside gym across the road. A short walk to the sandy beach will take you a couple of minutes, which has a very nice beach bar for drinks and snacks. Location of the villa is great with the beach two minutes away and two very well stocked supermarkets just up the road, which gives your plenty of choice if you wish to dine in. There is a bus stop just outside the villa across the road. Number 21 takes you down to the harbour, which is a beautiful setting, full of restaurants, bars and shops which makes a lovely day out. Mike the property Manager is on hand for any questions you might have, he is very helpful and was contactable via email or mobile. He also arrange our transfers from the airport to the villa which we found very reasonable and the service was first class. So thank you to the Sea & Sun villa / Crete for giving us such a wonderful family holiday to remember.

Our family have spent a week in this beautiful villa. I have to say the pictures do not give it justice and it is much more spacious than expected. The villa is immaculately presented and fully equipped. We are a party of 8 with two young children who absolutely adored the pool. I would certainly recommend the villa for families and groups alike. The location of the villa is excellent too. 2 minutes to the beach, local shops and restaurants. It’s an easy 15 min bus ride into beautiful chania or a £10 taxi. Mike has been incredible in his advice and support with the booking and credit should be given to his hospitality. Thank you for a lovely week and in the beautiful sea queen villa.

Excellent layout, lovely interiors, and everything we required. The master suite, which featured breath-taking mountain vistas, was especially magnificent. There is no doubt that much thought went into the architecture and decoration. The pool area and terrace outside were fantastic. There is enough room for the 10 of us in the kid-friendly pool. also really comfortable sun loungers. The outdoor shower was quite helpful. The villa is at a great position. literally a stone's throw from a number of lovely beaches, each with something special to offer. There are numerous eateries nearby, and the old town is only a brief bus ride away. The bus stop is in front of the villa. The villa manager was superb. Really knowledgable, helpful, and considerate. Without a doubt, we would return

A beautiful home with easy access to the beach and Chania by bus. Michael was a wonderfully open-minded and supportive host. Definitely a recommendation!

Absolutely stunning, luxurious villa!! Each bedroom and bathroom en-suite we perfect, not like usual when someone gets stuck with crappy room. The pool was perfect, tons of sun beds, towels and even floaties and toys. Place is super private, even though it is located so close to beach and amenities due to the wall and trees surrounding the villa. Great privacy and space in top floor master suite with 4 en-suite rooms downstairs. Every room has its own outdoor space as well! The area is also perfect. Short walk to endless number of restaurants (try “Roots”!) and a number of different beaches only steps away so you can try a different beach everyday. Nice blend of locals around, not just overrun with tourists. Also a lovely little park just outside the villa that you walk across to get to the beach. The park provides a semi-shaded trail loop which is great for jogging. Short, 15 min drive into the lively town of Chania or bus stops just next to the villa and runs every 15 mins.

There is nice yard with pool and barbeque as well. It is close to several beaches and the closest one you can see from villa so its just couple of minutes by foot.

The Villa is amazing. We spent there 7 nights - 6 grownups and 3 children. It is clean and comfortable place with aircondition and very useful moscuiters in every room. The swimming pool has a perfect size for both grownups and childrens (even 2 years old). The area is very private thanks to plants growing around the house. The villa is situated in perfect spot. Less than 1 min to restaurants, a playground, a bus stop and beatiful, clean beach. 15 min by bus to the center of Chania. We booked the place for next year which is the best recommandation I think :)
