Η κύρια κατοικία: Μπαίνοντας στη βίλα στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένας ευρύχωρος ενιαίος χώρος που αποτελείται από το σαλόνι με έναν μεγάλο καναπέ, ένα τζάκι, μια δορυφορική τηλεόραση HD 55 ιντσών, δύο εσωτερικές τραπεζαρίες και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα κορυφαίας ποιότητας εξαρτήματα και συσκευές. Ένα εντυπωσιακό πανοραμικό παράθυρο από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή από το σαλόνι σας οδηγεί στην εξωτερική βεράντα. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα WC στο ισόγειο. Φτάνοντας στον πρώτο όροφο μέσω μιας σκάλας υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλό κρεβάτι. Η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει πρόσβαση σε μια μεγάλη βεράντα με καθιστικό που προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και επίσης διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και ντους. Ένα άλλο ανεξάρτητο μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και ντους βρίσκεται επίσης σε αυτόν τον όροφο. Μια σκάλα από το σαλόνι στο ισόγειο σας οδηγεί στον κάτω όροφο. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια και μια μικρή κουζίνα. Αυτό το δωμάτιο διαθέτει επίσης playroom με τηλεόραση HD 60 ιντσών, home cinema και Nintendo Wii με παιχνίδια. Ο κάτω όροφος φιλοξενεί επίσης μπάνιο με ντους. Όλα τα κρεβάτια στο Pelagia Villa Chania εκτός από το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο μπορούν να διαμορφωθούν είτε ως 2 μονά κρεβάτια είτε ως ένα διπλό κρεβάτι (το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι).

Το ξεχωριστό στούντιο: Το ξεχωριστό μας στούντιο βρίσκεται μπροστά στο χώρο της πισίνας. Διαθέτει δική του είσοδο και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Περιλαμβάνει επίσης μικρή κουζίνα, καναπέ και μπάνιο με ντους. Έχοντας τη μικρή κουζίνα και το μπάνιο, το στούντιο μπορεί να είναι βολικό κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας, καθώς μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τις εγκαταστάσεις του ενώ βρίσκεστε στο χώρο της πισίνας ή χρησιμοποιείτε το μπάρμπεκιου. Το γυμναστήριο: Δίπλα στην πισίνα στον ελαιώνα υπάρχει ένα ξύλινο σπιτάκι με κλιματισμό που περιέχει τον εξοπλισμό του γυμναστηρίου και ένα μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Το γυμναστήριό μας διαθέτει μια μεγάλη συλλογή από εξοπλισμό γυμναστικής, όπως σκαλοπάτι, εξοπλισμό κοιλιακών, μπάλες ευστάθειας, πολυλειτουργική συσκευή γυμναστικής και πολύ ελαφρύτερο εξοπλισμό.

Εξωτερικός χώρος: Ο όμορφα διαμορφωμένος εξωτερικός χώρος που περιβάλλεται από διάφορα δέντρα και λουλούδια προσφέρει μια ποικιλία από εγκαταστάσεις και σημεία για χαλάρωση. Πιο συγκεκριμένα οι εξωτερικές μας εγκαταστάσεις περιλαμβάνουν πισίνα 40 τμ με συναγερμό πισίνας για την ασφάλεια των παιδιών, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μπάρμπεκιου αερίου, δύο υπαίθριες τραπεζαρίες, ποικιλία επιπλωμένων θέσεων (με ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες και καρέκλες) για χαλάρωση στη βεράντα. και οι κήποι γύρω από τη βίλα, Παιδική χαρά, Το γυμναστήριο, Χώρος στάθμευσης. Ολόκληρος ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι εντελώς ιδιωτικός και περιφραγμένος, προσφέροντας 100% ιδιωτικότητα στους επισκέπτες μας.

In May 2023 we had a really wonderful stay at this great villa. it was perfect for a large family holiday for ten people - the villa is spacious; the garden lovely and the pool was a delight! The owner responded to every query immediately. and the location was great for Chania and surrounding areas. The icing on the cake was the wonderful patio area outside the living area - it had great views along the coast and was so nice for breakfast and dinner.

In late June 2022, we spent a wonderful 9 nights at the villa, and we were 8 pax. The host was a gracious host who took the time to show us around the facilities and give us some suggestions for restaurants and activities. I'll start with the kitchen because it's so wonderful. Fully furnished and done to a very high standard with wonderful amenities! Both the common areas and the rooms are very comfortable. Beautiful garden. Both inside and outside of the villa are spacious. On the grounds, there is also a gym and another studio with a double bed, a shower/toilet, and a small corner kitchenette. Pool was a good size but not a lap-pool. U A short drive away were supermarkets, a beach and the port of Chania. Def recommend this villa.

Amazing villa

The villa was amazing. We had about a 20 mins walk to the beach. The only negative was the water was heated by solar panels and was not very warm. The owner/ manager was very good and kept in touch with us all of the time. Daratsos had a little shop…
The villa was amazing. We had about a 20 mins walk to the beach. The only negative was the water was heated by solar panels and was not very warm. The owner/ manager was very good and kept in touch with us all of the time. Daratsos had a little shop and a great restaurant called Nikkos Tavern. We really enjoyed our stay and I would award it 9 out of 10 and recommend it to my friends. Thank you for all of your help as well

Fantastic Villa for the Family

The villa is a lovely, spacious and modern place. Most importantly, it has fantastic outdoor area including a pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs, a large lawn for kids to play on, a beautiful covered seating area overlooking the sea and a gas barbecue…
The villa is a lovely, spacious and modern place. Most importantly, it has fantastic outdoor area including a pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs, a large lawn for kids to play on, a beautiful covered seating area overlooking the sea and a gas barbecue. In terms of location, it is just a short drive to Chania old town and some very nice beaches. A terrific place to stay with a family!

My family and friends just completed our ten day stay in Villa Pelagia (eight guests) and don’t know where to start to describe our stay! The Villa is absolutely stunning, with ample space for even a lager group. The Villa is modern and the accommodations are impeccably clean with fresh, crisp sheets, great beds and modern furnishings. The grounds are well manicured and the pool and outdoor furnishings are new and well kept. The Villa is in a great, quiet and private location, and just minutes outside the downtown core of Chania and Agia Marina for choice dinning and shopping. The concierge service was always accessible and attentive to all our reservations and service requests. I would highly recommend Villa Pelagia for an exclusive stay in the Chania area. I am personally very nervous when making this type rental decision, especially when it incorporates a vacation for others, but received full marks from my traveling companions. I can confidently recommend Villa Pelagia for anyone’s vacation in Chania! Already looking forward to my next stay.....

Amazing Villa for an amazing holiday!

You will not be disappointed booking this Villa! I was blown away when we first arrived, the property is stunning and it is even more beauitful than the photos (and sooooo spacious.) I was hosting a group of yogis for a week long retreat from Canada…
You will not be disappointed booking this Villa! I was blown away when we first arrived, the property is stunning and it is even more beauitful than the photos (and sooooo spacious.) I was hosting a group of yogis for a week long retreat from Canada and everyone had a wonderful holiday. Not only was the Villa itself amazing the service was wonderful! The property management Etouri helped me from day 1 to organize my groups holiday, from airport transport, tours and private chef for the week, on top of answering any ALL of my questions. The owner and his friend also checked in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The area is a 15 min walk from the beach and shops and Chania town is only 10-15 Euro cab ride away. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Beautiful family vacation villa
