Το Splendid Villa Chania είναι ένα νεόκτιστο διώροφο κατάλυμα 200 τμ που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Δαρμαροχώρι, με εκπληκτική θέα και μοντέρνο ντιζάιν. Η βίλα είναι ιδανική για μεγάλες οικογένειες, είναι κοντά στην παραλία και συνδυάζει πολυτέλεια και χαμηλή τιμή. Απολαύστε την απαράμιλλη αίσθηση φιλοξενίας βλέποντας τα καταγάλανα νερά του Αιγαίου.

Εάν επιλέξετε να χαλαρώσετε στην Splendid Villa Chania, η θέα στα βουνά και τη θάλασσα είναι απίστευτη και αλλάζει ελαφρώς κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας καθώς ο ήλιος κινείται στον ουρανό.

Η βίλα διαθέτει 5 υπνοδωμάτια, 4 μπάνια, 2 σαλόνια, 2 πλήρως εξοπλισμένες κουζίνες και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 12 άτομα. Συγκεκριμένα, αποτελείται από 2 ξεχωριστά διαμερίσματα, ένα σε κάθε όροφο. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχουν 2 υπνοδωμάτια, το ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Περιλαμβάνει επίσης 2 μπάνια, ένα με τουαλέτα και μπανιέρα και ένα ακόμη με τουαλέτα και ντους. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, υπάρχει επίσης το άνετο σαλόνι με τηλεόραση LCD και ένας μεγάλος καναπές-κρεβάτι που μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε διπλό κρεβάτι για να φιλοξενήσει 2 επιπλέον άτομα. Τέλος, υπάρχει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπέζι φαγητού για να απολαύσετε τα γεύματά σας όλοι μαζί.

Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν άλλα 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Υπάρχουν 2 υπνοδωμάτια με μεγάλα διπλά κρεβάτια και ένα ακόμη υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Υπάρχουν επίσης 2 μπάνια, ένα με τουαλέτα και μπανιέρα και ένα ακόμη με τουαλέτα και ντους. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με άνετο καναπέ, τηλεόραση LCD και μεγάλη τραπεζαρία. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο υπάρχει επίσης μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο, ψυγείο, φούρνο και γενικά όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για να ετοιμάσετε ένα γεύμα. Όπως μπορείτε να δείτε, το Splendid Villa Chania συνδυάζει θέα στη θάλασσα και στο βουνό που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε από όλα τα δωμάτια.

Εξωτερικά, στη μέση του κήπου, περιτριγυρισμένη από δέντρα, λουλούδια και γκαζόν, βρίσκεται η μεγάλη πισίνα 45τμ, η οποία έχει βάθος έως και 1,70μ. Ωστόσο, η πισίνα διαθέτει και μια μικρότερη πισίνα, η οποία είναι ιδανική για παιδιά. Επιπλέον, υπάρχει επίσης μπάρμπεκιου, άνετη υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία και προστατευμένος χώρος στάθμευσης για τουλάχιστον 4 αυτοκίνητα.

The Villa is in a very nice location on the hill between the olive groves and the view of the sea and the olive groves is fantastic. The house is divided into two apartments that are very nicely furnished with all amenities and are perfect if you are two families. We were even able to eat together on one of the balcony patios. The pool area is at the front of the house with 12 sunbeds available and there is also a patio area with tables, BBQ facilities and a lovely hammock. The house also had a ping pong table.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, balconies overlooking the sea, barbeque, garden and large swimming pool. We rent the villa with some good friends and we had fantastic time. The beach and some nice restaurants are less than 5 minutes away, we recommend the Villa!

The villa is located in a very strategic place for exploring the beaches that Crete is famous for, such as Falassarna(only about 20 minutes drive away), Ballos and Elafonisi. It is newly renovated with all the amenities and nicely done, really beautiful decoration! We had a warm welcome from the hosts with wine, fruits and handmade pies.They responded quickly to all our requests during and before our stay.

We loved our stay at Splendid Villa. My husband and I and our two teenage daughters rented the top suite for nearly two weeks in August. The apartmen is situated in the hills amongst oliv groves overlooking the ocean in a distance. There is a wonderful covered deck (to keep the sun out!) where we ate all of our meals. The apartment is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. There is good air conditioning in every rook although we only needed it a couple of days. The windows are all screened and have shutters to keep out the sun. There is a pool on the grounds that the girls swam in every day. The owners mother lives on the ground floor and cleaned our apartment every couple of days. Crete is a wonderful island - gorgeous beaches, friendly people, delicious produce and cheese and interesting archeological sites and cities. We are looking forward to returning.

Highly Recommended !

We were traveling as an extended family, parents and 7 young adults, and the house in Darmarochori was really perfect for us. Two separate apartments and a nice pool + lovely balconies. The welcome was warm and generous. There is an old couple, the in-laws…
We were traveling as an extended family, parents and 7 young adults, and the house in Darmarochori was really perfect for us. Two separate apartments and a nice pool + lovely balconies. The welcome was warm and generous. There is an old couple, the in-laws of Christina, who manages the apartments, living in the basement floor, but they were very easy to get along with, even though they do not speak English. We needed help with the locks a few time and they were generous enough to help us at even very odd hours. We had a car, which is really necessary, as the house is outside the city. Yet, shops, a bus stop as well as Chania are not far away. There’s also an interesting local winery just a few km away, at a walking distance. Why I am not giving five stars is that the equipment of the house was just very basic, for example the cooking utensils etc. were a bit lacking. Also the furniture was sparse, as often is the case with apartments that are used only for renting to guests and are not anybody’s home. All in all, I would warmly recommend the house for anyone!
