Splendid Villa Chania es un alojamiento de 200 metros cuadrados recién construido de 2 plantas ubicado en el pueblo de Darmarochori, con vistas asombrosas y un diseño moderno. La villa es ideal para familias numerosas, está cerca de la playa y une lujo y precio bajo. Disfrute de la incomparable sensación de hospitalidad contemplando las azules aguas del Egeo.

Si elige relajarse en Splendid Villa Chania, la vista de las montañas y el mar es increíble y cambia ligeramente durante el día a medida que el sol se mueve por el cielo.

La villa tiene 5 dormitorios, 4 baños, 2 salas de estar, 2 cocinas totalmente equipadas y puede albergar hasta 12 personas. En concreto, consta de 2 apartamentos independientes, uno en cada planta. En la planta baja hay 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con 2 camas individuales. También contiene 2 baños, uno con inodoro y bañera y otro con inodoro y ducha. En este nivel, también se encuentra la acogedora sala de estar con TV LCD y un gran sofá cama que se puede convertir en una cama doble para acomodar a 2 personas más. Finalmente, hay una cocina totalmente equipada con una mesa de comedor para que puedan disfrutar de sus comidas todos juntos.

En el primer piso, hay 3 dormitorios más. Hay 2 dormitorios con camas dobles grandes y un dormitorio más con 2 camas individuales. También hay 2 baños, uno con inodoro y bañera y otro con inodoro y ducha. También hay una amplia sala de estar con un cómodo sofá, TV LCD y una gran mesa de comedor. En este nivel, también hay una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, frigorífico, horno y en general todo lo necesario para preparar una comida. Como puede ver, Splendid Villa Chania combina vistas al mar y a la montaña que puede disfrutar desde todas las habitaciones.

Al aire libre, en medio del jardín, rodeada de árboles, flores y césped, se encuentra la gran piscina de 45m2, que tiene una profundidad de hasta 1,70m. The Villa is in a very nice location on the hill between the olive groves and the view of the sea and the olive groves is fantastic. The house is divided into two apartments that are very nicely furnished with all amenities and are perfect if you are two families. We were even able to eat together on one of the balcony patios. The pool area is at the front of the house with 12 sunbeds available and there is also a patio area with tables, BBQ facilities and a lovely hammock. The house also had a ping pong table.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, balconies overlooking the sea, barbeque, garden and large swimming pool. We rent the villa with some good friends and we had fantastic time. The beach and some nice restaurants are less than 5 minutes away, we recommend the Villa!

The villa is located in a very strategic place for exploring the beaches that Crete is famous for, such as Falassarna(only about 20 minutes drive away), Ballos and Elafonisi. It is newly renovated with all the amenities and nicely done, really beautiful…
The villa is located in a very strategic place for exploring the beaches that Crete is famous for, such as Falassarna(only about 20 minutes drive away), Ballos and Elafonisi. It is newly renovated with all the amenities and nicely done, really beautiful decoration! We had a warm welcome from the hosts with wine, fruits and handmade pies.They responded quickly to all our requests during and before our stay.

We loved our stay at Splendid Villa. My husband and I and our two teenage daughters rented the top suite for nearly two weeks in August. The apartmen is situated in the hills amongst oliv groves overlooking the ocean in a distance. There is a wonderful covered deck (to keep the sun out!) where we ate all of our meals. The apartment is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. There is good air conditioning in every rook although we only needed it a couple of days. The windows are all screened and have shutters to keep out the sun. There is a pool on the grounds that the girls swam in every day. The owners mother lives on the ground floor and cleaned our apartment every couple of days. Crete is a wonderful island - gorgeous beaches, friendly people, delicious produce and cheese and interesting archeological sites and cities. We are looking forward to returning.

Highly Recommended !

We were traveling as an extended family, parents and 7 young adults, and the house in Darmarochori was really perfect for us. Two separate apartments and a nice pool + lovely balconies. The welcome was warm and generous. There is an old couple, the in-laws…
We were traveling as an extended family, parents and 7 young adults, and the house in Darmarochori was really perfect for us. Two separate apartments and a nice pool + lovely balconies. The welcome was warm and generous. There is an old couple, the in-laws of Christina, who manages the apartments, living in the basement floor, but they were very easy to get along with, even though they do not speak English. We needed help with the locks a few time and they were generous enough to help us at even very odd hours. We had a car, which is really necessary, as the house is outside the city. Yet, shops, a bus stop as well as Chania are not far away. There’s also an interesting local winery just a few km away, at a walking distance. Why I am not giving five stars is that the equipment of the house was just very basic, for example the cooking utensils etc. were a bit lacking. Also the furniture was sparse, as often is the case with apartments that are used only for renting to guests and are not anybody’s home. All in all, I would warmly recommend the house for anyone!
