We had a fantastic week at this beautiful villa , it was modern and spotlessly clean. The pool and garden areas are fabulous and the gated perimeter offers security and piece of mind. It’s situated a short bus ride from the centre of Chania but also walkable in around 30 mins along the coast. Our host Georgia was first class , she helped us to arrange airport transfers , a winery tour and even brought us some local cheese to try. I would not hesitate to recommend both the villa and the wonderful team behind it. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and commitment to ensuring a fantastic stay made all the difference.

The villa itself was just like the pictures - clean, very well stocked, and conveniently located near both shops for groceries and the beach. We had additional cots and high chairs provided as well as the pool heated to a very nice temperature for the kids. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back soon in the future!

It’s situated between the Old Town and Agia Maria so easy to get taxis to both. But the real standout was the host Georgia - she was fast at responding and so accommodating with check in/out times. One of our group had to visit a medical centre and she was really helpful. Georgia went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would 1000% return to Chania and stay here :)

Facilities were fantastic and nothing was too much for our host, Georgia. Felt really well liked after, receiving lots of advice. Everything was spotlessly clean - pool was delightful. This property was perfect for my husband, myself and our 1 year old son. After staying in the crowded areas in Athens, Naxos and Santorini, we decided we wanted a little more space and peace to end our trip to Greece in Crete. We stayed 6 nights. Having an entire house with a yard and our own pool was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the home felt very safe, and we were able to cook and even grill. We ate dinner at the table outside every evening. The grounds are beautiful and our son loved to watch the goats next door. It is walking distance to the beach, or you can walk further (or drive) to some prettier beaches near some of the other hotels and also some good restaurants. The host was so kind- they left us some treats in the fridge and some toys for our son. they were even able to accommodate us with a crib and high chair. Every thing was very thought through and the host checked on us while we were there. it was a wonderful experience!

I don’t normally write a very thorough review but I believe I owe it to the hosts as they offered such a exceptional experience.Check in was seamless as they were there to meet us and explain how everything in the Villa operated.The first impression is how private it is from the other villas as the landscaping has matured considerably from when the pictures were taken so you really have a solitary feeling even when the other units are occupied.The Villa itself is very comfortable with a great bed in the master, and although we did not use the second bedroom it looked every bit as comfortable as the first one.The real star of the show is the yard and pool. The pool although not heated was a perfect temperature which made it tough to leave it, and the landscaping surrounding the 3 Villas is something you would maybe see at a high end resort, the hosts obviously went to great expense to blend the old original olive grove into the new lush surroundings. It was so pleasant to stay on the property we actually did a little less sightseeing than originally planned, but if you do venture off we found plenty of restaurants grocery stores and some amazing pastry shops nearby to enjoy.Finally I want to mention how amazing the hosts were.This was by far our best experience with villa hosts. I cant stress enough that our hosts number one priority was to make sure everything was perfect for us without being obtrusive.When we checked in they had all kinds of great treats for us in the Kitchen and they also brought us some traditional Cretan food that we would never have gotten to try otherwise.You can tell that this family is very proud of there Villas and their Cretan culture and they deserve to be.I feel we got lucky to have found this place before it really gets discovered, and would love to come back one day

Our family of three spent a week and could have stayed easily another one. Is even better than in the pictures. You can walk to the local beach, which is beautiful, and there is a brand new beach bar very close by with excellent food and other services…

You can walk to the local beach, which is beautiful, and there is a brand new beach bar very close by with excellent food and other services. We had a car so moving to e.g. Chania old town, Platanias and the local Waterpark was quite easy and quick. There is a bus stop also right next to the apartment if needed. Owners were super friendly and responsive. If we are ever back in Chania then this is our first option for accommodation!

The villa is an easy 30 min drive from Chania Airport on good roads. We had been contacted by George and Georgia prior to our flight and so were greeted on arrival. The appliances were working and simple to use. The design of the villa ensured a feeling of privacy despite being close to the centre of Chania (5 mins by bus) and 300 metres from a popular beach. I would recommend a visit to both of these. Chania old town is beautiful and the beach and sea perfect for swimming. The pool was brilliant and my kids loved it. A/C through the villa meant we all had the option of a cool retreat on hot days. The hosts were attentive without intrusion and cleaning of the pool and villa was arranged around us. Above this they had provided basics for our arrival (juice, coffee, bread, milk) so our first thought did not have to be to shop and local snacks for when we travelled home. Lidl and synka are just over the hill to the west and there is a small local market 20 meters up the street. In short the villas are well located, brilliantly designed and well run. I cannot fault our stay.

This was our first visit to Crete and these Villas (Georgia in particular) created the most fantastic welcome. The villa was beautiful and we had a great week. The facilities in the villa are fantastic - it is very well equipped and maintained and the grounds are well looked after. The pool was exactly what the kids wanted and they were in it morning, noon and night. Georgina is an incredible host - nothing was too much trouble for her. She took me to the supermarket as soon as we arrived and that meant we were well set up for the week. Her recommendations for restaurants, taxis and places to visit were also brilliant. She was always on hand if we needed anything. We did not hire a car and that was fine for the week although I would say that, given there is not a huge variety of amenities around outside the villa, that a car would be preferable if you want to explore more - we wanted a quiet week so it was fine. We relied on a taxi company which Georgia recommended and they were super helpful and always available. We had four trips into Chania Old town and port and the taxis were 10Eur each which was great. A trip to Limnopolous Water Park with the kids was 15Eur each way, so again, very easy. We will definitely come back to Crete and we will definitely rent a villa again - we are considering it for next year already.

This stay is amazing! Can’t recommend it highly enough if you’re looking to have your own private space. 3 kilometer walk to Chania Town and the bus up the street is only a 15 minute ride or less. I will be coming back!

The place was gorgeous and fully matched the description/photos. The location was excellent. There are several nice restaurants nearby, a short distance to the beach and about 10 minutes by car to the center of Chania. Georgia was a really kind and helpful…

Would definitely recommend

Villa exactly like photos and spotless throughout. It's very modern and had everything we needed. Georgia and Giannis were great hosts and were always available for any queries.

Exceptional stay

The villa is to a very high standard with all the mod cons and well equipped. Location is great a stone throw away from the beach and very easy to walk into Chania. Excellent host with great local knowledge.

Great villa and location!

Our family of 4 with kids ages 8 & 10 really enjoyed our stay. The space is as advertised and we enjoyed the pool and having a parking space was really helpful! Very responsive hosts too. It was close to a beach and about a 40 minute walk along beach and promenade to get to the Old Venetian Harbor.

The two of us had 8 relaxing days. The spacious garden, the beautiful private pool and the walking distance to the beach and Chania's old town were the main reasons we rented this accommodation. We would definitely come back. Georgia were very friendly and helpful hosts. To all those seeking peace and quiet, the property is located on a main road.…
