Vaya Villa Chania: Περνώντας τις μπαλκονόπορτες από τα υπνοδωμάτια, θα βρείτε την ιδιωτική πισίνα που περιβάλλεται από μια ευρύχωρη βεράντα και παρτέρια, με ένα μικρό γρασίδι. Υπάρχει ένα φορητό μπάρμπεκιου και εξωτερική τραπεζαρία και καρέκλες για δείπνο στο ύπαιθρο ενώ παρακολουθείτε το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Μην ξεχνάτε τα μικρά στο πάρτι σας - υπάρχει επίσης μια ξεχωριστή παιδική πισίνα. Μπαίνοντας στην μπροστινή πόρτα στο κάτω επίπεδο υπάρχει ένας μικρός διάδρομος με 2 πόρτες που οδηγούν στα υπνοδωμάτια. Μια σπειροειδής σκάλα σας μεταφέρει στο σαλόνι με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα που θα βελτιώσει τη διαμονή σας. Στον επάνω όροφο, το ενιαίο σαλόνι είναι ένα τέλειο μέρος για να χαλαρώσετε μακριά από τη ζέστη του ήλιου. Τα κομψά, καλόγουστα έπιπλα και οι δροσεροί ουδέτεροι τόνοι με πινελιές χρωμάτων δημιουργούν έναν πραγματικά χαλαρό χώρο. Τα 2 μπαλκόνια προσφέρουν θέα στην πισίνα και στον κήπο με απέραντη θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος.

Η σύγχρονη, συμπαγής κουζίνα οδηγεί από το σαλόνι και διαθέτει 2 τραπέζια φαγητού και σετ καρέκλες. Είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο για όλες τις ανάγκες τροφοδοσίας σας κατά τη διάρκεια των διακοπών σας. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια βρίσκονται στο ισόγειο. Το δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο είναι φωτεινά επιπλωμένο και έχει μπαλκονόπορτες που οδηγούν απευθείας στη βεράντα της πισίνας. Ακριβώς έξω από αυτό το υπνοδωμάτιο, υπάρχει το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Το δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια διαθέτει ποιοτικά εξαρτήματα, μπαλκονόπορτες που οδηγούν στη βεράντα της πισίνας και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Υπάρχει ένα επιπλέον δωμάτιο ντους στο επάνω επίπεδο μεταξύ του σαλονιού και της κουζίνας.

Our expectations were not disappointed, the villa is even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Communication in advance was straightforward and reliable. We also got some tips regarding day trips and taverns. Effie welcomed us with a large fruit basket, a bottle of wine and a bottle of olive oil. We have rarely been greeted so warmly and lovingly! Effie was available at any time for questions. In the evening, you have a wonderful view over the city from the balcony. The location of the villa is particularly well suited to explore the west of Crete and especially Chania. In the village itself, there were fresh rolls within walking distance in the morning and generally everything for daily needs. Overall, this villa is a very clear recommendation!

We had an fantastic time in this house. Two weeks felt much longer as we thought and were very enjoyable. Everything was very clean and like the descibtion. The view is fantastic and was really quiet. But down the hill we had restaurants, bars, entertainments…

The view is fantastic and was really quiet. But down the hill we had restaurants, bars, entertainments - perfect location. We defently can recommend the villa. Public Transport is on the main road, but we think, that a car is neccessary because the way up to the villa is steep an with all the shopping it would be very hard to walk up.

The location is convenient, twenty minutes from the center of Chania and close to nice beaches. We stayed a week and could stay long after it felt like home! Michalis and Effie welcomed us as soon as we arrived (although earlier than we had told them!) and were constantly in touch for everything we needed! The house was fully equipped, we stayed comfortable and cooked with all the utensils, really like home, while when we arrived they were waiting for us to welcome local products (wine, oil, fruit)! The pool and facilities were cleaned regularly and after communication so as not to be disturbed. Thanks for everything and we hope to be able to come back!

The villa has great amenities (all of which as listed in the descriptions) and they even provided a cot for us, which made things so much easier for us and out our little toddler.The villa itself was perfect for our purpose – we booked it for three days during our wedding and it honestly couldn’t have been better. It was comfortable, spacious, and a great place to get dressed on the wedding day but also it was great to relax in after all the celebrations.We’re so happy and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chania!

Effie - who met us really friendly and helpful. Place was cleaned 3 times over our 10 day stay - which was great. Local restaurants and amenities close - as long as you don’t mind the climb home. Buses to Chania frequent and easy - don’t worry if one or two drive straight past - they seem to come in 3s. Really helpful so that we were allowed to remain at the villa on our last day until mid-afternoon as we had a late flight and no other visitors expected until the following day.Two very minor negatives - local supermarkets are no good if you like to cook with fresh local produce. We were left a lovely bottle of white wine and some fruit - but a few other provisions (milk, bread, eggs etc) would have been very nice - so we didn’t have to go shopping straightaway (especially if you don’t have a car). Effie DID offer to take us to the local shop in her car - which was very kind, but the pool was more appealing!On the whole was great though!

The view from the villa is incredible and so much better than the pictures make it look, the villa has more than one balcony so you can always enjoy the sun and view. The pool is private and the whole courtyard area is lovely! Efi the housekeeper was very friendlg and helpful. The villa is only 10 mins from the shops restaraunts and beach and is worth the uphill walk for the amazing view. It was spotlessley clean and the extra touches of wine, shower products and pool towels were fab! Hot tub in the lounge was great!

We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. Effie messaged me in advance with very clear instructions on how to find the home easily along with written instructions at the entrance about wifi, water, air condition, parking, etc. This villa is extremely comfortable, spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The pool was pristine and we thoroughly enjoyed it throughout our stay. And the view from the villa is absolutely beautiful! We stayed for 5 nights and Effie came after our third day to change our sheets, replace towels and clean the pool and villa. This was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to stay in Chania. It is located in a very central area where you can get to and from other parts of Chania very easily. It is very close and walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beaches. We can't wait to go back!

The accommodation was great

The heated pool was pleasantly warm and perfect for our 3-year-old daughter. The housekeeper, Effi, was super nice and helped us with every little thing.

Excellent stay. The best villa host I’ve encountered.

Michail even stayed up past midnight to welcome us to the villa and show us around along with providing food and wine after a day of travel. He also helped me arrange a rental car which was very helpful. We also were delighted to have homemade moussaka…
Michail even stayed up past midnight to welcome us to the villa and show us around along with providing food and wine after a day of travel. He also helped me arrange a rental car which was very helpful. We also were delighted to have homemade moussaka delivered to us during our stay after we hiked the gorge. It was excellent and exactly what was needed after a long day. This was no problem for us, but the place does sit atop a steep hill and guests averse to walking should take this into consideration if they do not have a vehicle.

Effie was in constant communication, always kind and incredibly thoughtful. We were welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and wine, and she even stopped by with homemade Easter cookies. Her hospitality made our stay truly special. Highly recommend!

The only issue I encountered was with ordering food, you have to be descriptive on the location because there are a lot of villas nearby but other than that it was a great stay! Super beautiful

We were met by Effie on arrival who showed us around. We had wine and fruits left for us on arrival which was a nice tough! The villa is exactly as advertised, with gorgeous views over the mountains and sea. It is on top of a rather steep hill so we would recommend getting a car to get around as it is quite the walk but only took around 15 minutes to get to the Main Street. Lovely food places available but also a very well equipped kitchen to make your own meals. Cannot recommend this place enough and we hope to come back soon!

Photos id not give justice, the villa is fab, great views, good facilities esp the jacuzzi. The pool outdoor is still cold to swim in April, though kids did not mind. Hats off to superb hospitality and service. Thanks to Efiie (checking on us what we needed, changed towels, cleaned the place and the pools). We asked if we are allowed to do bbq outdoor , and the owner did not just answered our query but personally delivered a box of charcoal for our bbq. The location is good- local beach, fishmonger (highly recommended it). You will need a car if you want to visit Chania old town, shop in supermarket, best beaches, etc.
