Το Villa Alas Chania διαθέτει συνολικά 4 υπνοδωμάτια και 4 μπάνια, τρία από τα οποία διαθέτουν ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Όλα σχεδιασμένα με το πιο μοντέρνο στιλ όλων των κατάλληλων προδιαγραφών. Εάν σκοπεύετε να προσκαλέσετε επιπλέον επισκέπτες, 2 από τα υπνοδωμάτια μπορούν να διαμορφωθούν σε δύο ή δύο μονά, επιτρέποντάς σας να περάσετε χρόνο με τα αγαπημένα σας άτομα.

Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και δορυφορική τηλεόραση και ένα ακόμη με ντουλάπα, δορυφορική τηλεόραση και μπάνιο ακριβώς έξω από αυτό. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν ιδιωτικές βεράντες με χώρο καθιστικού και ξεχωριστό ελεγχόμενο σύστημα κλιματισμού. Στο σαλόνι, υπάρχει ένας άνετος καναπές, δορυφορική τηλεόραση 49 ιντσών 4k και playstation 4, μεγάλο τραπέζι φαγητού και τζάκι τριών όψεων.

Η κουζίνα διαθέτει πάγκο νησιού 8 ατόμων και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με φούρνο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα 4 φούρνων, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, απορροφητήρα, νεροχύτη, ψυγείο διπλής πόρτας, ψυγείο κρασιού και όλες τις απαραίτητες μικρές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές.

Ο πρώτος όροφος αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Το ένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, βεράντα και δορυφορική τηλεόραση και ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και δορυφορική τηλεόραση, διασφαλίζοντας ότι οι κάτοικοι έχουν έναν ιδιωτικό χώρο όπου μπορούν να απολαύσουν την απρόσκοπτη θέα. Στο ίδιο επίπεδο υπάρχει μια επιχειρηματική γωνιά με ένα γραφείο όπου οι κάτοικοι μπορούν να εργαστούν ή να σπουδάσουν.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος διαθέτει μια εκπληκτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης με πεντακάθαρα γλυκά νερά, ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες, έναν χτιστό καναπέ στο ίδιο επίπεδο της πισίνας και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική τραπεζαρία για 8 έως 10 άτομα. Το Alas Villa είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για να παρακολουθήσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα, με πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα. We stayed at Villa Alas a few weeks ago as a family to celebrate my parents 70th birthdays, so we were looking for something special but which also accommodated all of our various family needs. This villa did exactly this. It had s super luxurious feel to it yet was family friendly. The hosts who met us where very warm and welcoming and were on hand to answer any questions. The villa is exceptional and is equipped well with everything you could possibly want. The outside area - Pool, sunken seating area, BBQ and terraced dining area is fantastic with superb views across the bay. We had a car and drove down the Marathi beach every morning, which is a lovely beach with a handful of wonderful tavernas. High recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay and easy booking process Unique Villas. We will absolutely use you again in the future.

The whole place was in a truly magnificent setting with stunning sea views to greet you first thing in the morning. We cannot find fault with anything, as everything you needed was immediately to hand, both inside and outside the Villa, including a fantastic bbq area where there is plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy a glass of bubbly. The small village down the hill is easy to reach by car and if you fancy a stroll it takes about 25 mins. There you will find a fabulous restaurant overlooking the beach, serving up delicious food. Chania is about a 25 minute car journey, but definitely worth a visit, especially when you find the harbour, with all the shops, restaurants and bars. Whenever we went out, it was always a pleasure to get back to Villa Alas, as it had such a welcoming feel and the pool was a real treat to take a cool dip. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to stay and can easily give it 10 out of 10 for all its amenities and comfort. Pure luxury.

We had an incredible time in Alas Villa. The owners Anastacia and Yianni were the PERFECT HOSTS! First the home is ALL THAT IT LOOKS TO BE AND MORE!. The photos are a perfect representation of the home. The home is meticulously cared for and the kitchen is well stocked and all the bedrooms have robes and slippers and you really feel that you have come to a spa retreat exotic location. The hosts however were the highlight for us, they arrived with treats for us and even returned with more treats. They were SINCERELY INTERESTED in making our vacation a memorable one. They offered suggestions for dining out, shopping, beaches and places to go. They were truly the PERFECT HOSTS! We can truly say that of all the homes we have rented over the years that this property and especially the owners rate a solid 10 out of 10. This villa is truly amazing. The architecture is stunning, modern and flooded with light. The decor is stylish and the finish is high-spec, well equipped to a standard better than most hotels I have stayed in. The outdoor areas are wonderfully relaxing, the pool is fantastic, and the panoramic views from the property are breathtaking. There are no other properties nearby so it’s a peaceful and private spot. Absolutely loved it, and was sad to leave.

We spent one week in this beautiful place. Villa Alas has everything you could wish for. Seclusion, a dreamy view, contemporary architecture and most importantly charming owners. The day we arrived was our wedding anniversary and as we had told them in advance, they left a homemade cake a bottle of wine and some of the local drink "raki" with cretan sesame bars.They booked the taxi for us and when we arrived at the restaurant there was an other surprise waiting for us...A glass of bubbly and the excellent bottle of wine Manousakis we had chosen all had been paid by Anastasia & John!Villa alas offers everything even it's own vegetable garden and we were allowed to pick our fruit & veg from there. I travel a lot and I am a very critical person. This is one of the few places I would rate as excellent. We are definitely going back next summer.

The Villa is completely new, very comfortable and exactly like the pictures with fantastic panoramic views. The equipment is complete and offers more than all the necessary facilities that can be expected. It offers total privacy because of its situation and is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, a grocery shop and a bakery. The hosts were very kind and did all that is necessary to welcome us in the best conditions. We are used to rent villas regularly for our holidays, but Villa Alas is exceptional and definitely the best one we have ever stayed in.
