Η Villa Annie είναι μια πολυτελής, σχεδιασμένη από αρχιτέκτονα, πέτρινη βίλα σύγχρονου στιλ, που βρίσκεται σε μια ιδιωτική, περιφραγμένη περιοχή στην κορυφή ενός λόφου με εκπληκτική θέα 360 στη θάλασσα, τα βουνά και τα νυσταγμένα χωριά του Αποκόρωνα.

Το ευρύχωρο κατάλυμα, αγκαλιάζει το τοπίο σε τρία επίπεδα, παρέχει ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία κάτω από μια όμορφα διαμορφωμένη θολωτή οροφή, μια πλήρως ενσωματωμένη κουζίνα Siemens με ενιαία διαρρύθμιση και τρία δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια με τζετ σπα σουίτες, οικογενειακό μπάνιο και ιδιωτικές βεράντες ή μπαλκόνια. Όλα τα δωμάτια εξυπηρετούνται με πολυτελές fan coil και ενδοδαπέδια ψύξη (θέρμανση το χειμώνα). Σχεδιασμένη με σχολαστική προσοχή στους εξωτερικούς χώρους, η βίλα τυλίγεται από εκτεταμένες βεράντες, οι οποίες με τη σειρά τους δίνουν τη θέση τους σε όμορφους χλοοτάπητες, παρτέρια και ελικοειδή πέτρινα μονοπάτια που περικλείονται από παλιά βελανιδιές, χαρουπιές και ελιές - έτσι ρέουν εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά σχεδόν ανεπαίσθητα μεταξύ τους.

Για τα παιδιά (και τα μεγάλα παιδιά) η Villa Annie διαθέτει μια φανταστική πισίνα υπερχείλισης 50μ2 με ενσωματωμένη παιδική ζώνη και γρασίδι που προσφέρει έναν υπέροχο χώρο για ποδόσφαιρο, μπάντμιντον και μπούλες - υπάρχουν ακόμη και βάρη γυμναστηρίου για τους πιο ενεργητικούς. Οι υπέροχες παραλίες και οι ταβέρνες στην Κερά, την Αλμυρίδα και τις Καλύβες απέχουν 6 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο μέσα από τους ελαιώνες και οι υπέροχες ταβέρνες και τα παραδοσιακά καφενεία των Δουλιανών είναι προσβάσιμα μέσω εξοχικών μονοπατιών.

Όσο βρίσκεστε στη Villa Annie, το απόλυτο must είναι τα ποτά του ηλιοβασιλέματος στη βεράντα του τελευταίου ορόφου με την υπέροχη γαλάζια θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας στην ανοιχτή θάλασσα και τα σκουριασμένα πορτοκάλια του ετοιμοθάνατου ήλιου που αντανακλούν τα Λευκά Όρη. Σταματήστε λίγο ακόμα και θα απολαύσετε έναν εντυπωσιακό νυχτερινό ουρανό γεμάτο αστέρια.

Beautiful location with fabulous views of Sousa bay and the White mountains. Always something to see going in and out of the bay, even planes taking off and landing across the bay. The villa is equipped for every cooking need and the fridge is big. The pool was warm enough even in October and we really enjoyed it. The roof terrace was great to go and hide from the rest of the family, they found me eventually! There are terraces and seating on every side so always somewhere to sit in the sun or keep out of the breeze. The beds were really comfy and the washing machine meant we didn’t need to take too much clothing. We enjoyed many meals in Almyrida and had a couple of trips to Chania both recommended. We would go again in a heart beat.

From the moment you step into the grounds of this stunning villa you can’t fail to be impressed. Every detail has been considered. The location is superb, just a short drive or taxi ride away from many charming Greek villages, such as Almyrida, Plaka…
From the moment you step into the grounds of this stunning villa you can’t fail to be impressed. Every detail has been considered. The location is superb, just a short drive or taxi ride away from many charming Greek villages, such as Almyrida, Plaka and Vamos with some great restaurants and authentic little bars. The location of the villa also offers panoramic sea views to the front and the dramatic, snow-capped White Mountains to the rear. The grounds of the villa are a delight, with some lovely older trees, extensive lawns and beautiful plants, especially the fragrant lavender beds. The terraces provide many different areas to sit and chill, sunbathe or socialise, with some areas in full sun and others in the shade with a breeze if you want it. Lying by the pool with the sun shining, my favourite music playing and good company I indeed felt I had died and gone to heaven. The infinity pool is fabulous, clean and inviting and big enough to have a proper swim. There is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a great outdoor dining area, a rooftop terrace makes the most of those stunning views and the Cretan sun. Inside Villa Annie is wonderfully cool with spacious and welcoming living areas and a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bedroom we used had a very private bathroom just next to it with a really large shower and a bath. There are large terraces front and rear of the bedroom where we enjoyed watching the swallows nest building and performing acrobatics. The other two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own private terraces. The villa throughout is immaculate, tastefully decorated (check out the large painting in the living room) and very well appointed. It feels like home (even if it’s just for the week) and is ideal for families or couples alike to enjoy.

Cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful holiday with friends in this beautiful Villa. The location is stunning and local amenities are what Crete is all about.

Stunning Luxury Villa in a perfectly location with amazing panoramic views of the white mountains and the sea

We were totally blown away with this gorgeous villa which made all other villas seem very ordinary by comparison. The views all around were stunning and we were spoilt for choice of where to sit for breakfast and our morning coffee, even with the 2 other couples who we stayed with there was so much choice. Sitting around the pool was lovely with views of the Bay and the huge pretty well tended gardens which wrapped around the Villa. There is even a charming Boules Court, fun especially when played with a glass of the excellent local wine! The views from the roof top terrace took your breath away and again with plenty of seating. The villa was immaculate with spacious bedrooms and living areas, very well equipped with all mod cons and good seating to eat inside or outside on the terrace and a brilliant outside BBQ. The location for this Villa is superb, very private and feels secluded but with only a short drive to lovely beaches, villages with a very good choice of restaurants, bars and cafes. The local shops and bakeries are great too and cater for your every need. The local shop owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring further afield to traditional mountain villages. I recommend taking a trip to the South where you can take a small boat to Loutro for lunch and a swim in the clear waters. I can't recommend this Villa enough, the best by a mile we have stayed in previously, in a word perfection! Stating the obvious we will be returning!
