Villa Annie Chania est une location de villa de luxe avec 3 chambres et une piscine privée. La Villa Annie est une villa en pierre de luxe, conçue par un architecte et de style contemporain, nichée dans un terrain privé au sommet d'une colline avec une vue spectaculaire à 360 degrés sur la mer, les montagnes et les villages endormis des Apokoronas.

Le logement spacieux épouse le paysage sur trois niveaux, offrant un grand salon et une salle à manger décloisonnés sous un plafond voûté magnifiquement conçu, une cuisine Siemens entièrement intégrée et décloisonnée et trois chambres doubles avec bain à remous spa. suites, une salle de bains familiale et des terrasses ou balcons privés. Toutes les pièces sont desservies par un somptueux ventilo-convecteur et un plancher rafraîchissant (chauffage en hiver). Conçue avec une attention méticuleuse aux espaces extérieurs, la villa est entourée de vastes terrasses, qui à leur tour cèdent la place à de belles pelouses, des parterres de fleurs et des chemins de pierre sinueux bordés de vieux chênes, de caroubiers et d'oliviers - donc flux de vie internes et externes presque imperceptiblement l'un dans l'autre.

Pour les enfants (et les grands enfants), la Villa Annie dispose d'une fantastique piscine à débordement de 50 m² avec une zone pour enfants intégrée et de vastes pelouses qui offrent un espace idéal pour le football, le badminton et la pétanque - il y a même des poids de gymnastique pour les plus énergiques. Les magnifiques plages et tavernes de Kera, Almyrida et Kalives sont à 6 minutes en voiture à travers les oliveraies et les superbes tavernes et cafés traditionnels de Douliana sont accessibles par des chemins de campagne.

À la Villa Annie, un must absolu est de prendre un verre au coucher du soleil sur le toit-terrasse avec de magnifiques vues bleues sur la baie de Souda jusqu'au large et les oranges rouillées du soleil mourant se reflétant sur les Montagnes Blanches. Arrêtez-vous un peu plus longtemps et vous aurez droit à un spectaculaire ciel nocturne étoilé.

Beautiful location with fabulous views of Sousa bay and the White mountains. Always something to see going in and out of the bay, even planes taking off and landing across the bay. The villa is equipped for every cooking need and the fridge is big. The pool was warm enough even in October and we really enjoyed it. The roof terrace was great to go and hide from the rest of the family, they found me eventually! There are terraces and seating on every side so always somewhere to sit in the sun or keep out of the breeze. The beds were really comfy and the washing machine meant we didn’t need to take too much clothing. We enjoyed many meals in Almyrida and had a couple of trips to Chania both recommended. We would go again in a heart beat.

From the moment you step into the grounds of this stunning villa you can’t fail to be impressed. Every detail has been considered. The location is superb, just a short drive or taxi ride away from many charming Greek villages, such as Almyrida, Plaka…
From the moment you step into the grounds of this stunning villa you can’t fail to be impressed. Every detail has been considered. The location is superb, just a short drive or taxi ride away from many charming Greek villages, such as Almyrida, Plaka and Vamos with some great restaurants and authentic little bars. The location of the villa also offers panoramic sea views to the front and the dramatic, snow-capped White Mountains to the rear. The grounds of the villa are a delight, with some lovely older trees, extensive lawns and beautiful plants, especially the fragrant lavender beds. The terraces provide many different areas to sit and chill, sunbathe or socialise, with some areas in full sun and others in the shade with a breeze if you want it. Lying by the pool with the sun shining, my favourite music playing and good company I indeed felt I had died and gone to heaven. The infinity pool is fabulous, clean and inviting and big enough to have a proper swim. There is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a great outdoor dining area, a rooftop terrace makes the most of those stunning views and the Cretan sun. Inside Villa Annie is wonderfully cool with spacious and welcoming living areas and a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bedroom we used had a very private bathroom just next to it with a really large shower and a bath. There are large terraces front and rear of the bedroom where we enjoyed watching the swallows nest building and performing acrobatics. The other two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own private terraces. The villa throughout is immaculate, tastefully decorated (check out the large painting in the living room) and very well appointed. It feels like home (even if it’s just for the week) and is ideal for families or couples alike to enjoy.

Cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful holiday with friends in this beautiful Villa. The location is stunning and local amenities are what Crete is all about.

Stunning Luxury Villa in a perfectly location with amazing panoramic views of the white mountains and the sea

We were totally blown away with this gorgeous villa which made all other villas seem very ordinary by comparison. The views all around were stunning and we were spoilt for choice of where to sit for breakfast and our morning coffee, even with the 2 other couples who we stayed with there was so much choice. Sitting around the pool was lovely with views of the Bay and the huge pretty well tended gardens which wrapped around the Villa. There is even a charming Boules Court, fun especially when played with a glass of the excellent local wine! The views from the roof top terrace took your breath away and again with plenty of seating. The villa was immaculate with spacious bedrooms and living areas, very well equipped with all mod cons and good seating to eat inside or outside on the terrace and a brilliant outside BBQ. The location for this Villa is superb, very private and feels secluded but with only a short drive to lovely beaches, villages with a very good choice of restaurants, bars and cafes. The local shops and bakeries are great too and cater for your every need. The local shop owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring further afield to traditional mountain villages. I recommend taking a trip to the South where you can take a small boat to Loutro for lunch and a swim in the clear waters. I can't recommend this Villa enough, the best by a mile we have stayed in previously, in a word perfection! Stating the obvious we will be returning!
