Villa Annie Chania è una villa di lusso in affitto con 3 camere da letto e una piscina privata. Villa Annie è una lussuosa villa in pietra in stile contemporaneo, progettata da un architetto, immersa in un parco privato recintato in cima a una collina con spettacolari viste a 360 gradi sul mare, sulle montagne e sui villaggi addormentati degli Apokoronas.

L'alloggio spazioso abbraccia il paesaggio su tre livelli, fornendo un ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo a pianta aperta sotto un soffitto a volta splendidamente realizzato, una cucina Siemens a pianta aperta completamente integrata e tre camere matrimoniali con idromassaggio en- suite, un bagno familiare e terrazze o balconi privati. Tutti gli ambienti sono serviti da un sontuoso ventilconvettore e raffrescamento a pavimento (riscaldamento in inverno). Progettata con meticolosa attenzione agli spazi esterni, la villa è avvolta da ampi terrazzi, che a loro volta lasciano il posto a splendidi prati, aiuole e tortuosi vialetti in pietra orlati da querce secolari, carrubi e ulivi: così scorre la vita interna ed esterna quasi impercettibilmente l'uno nell'altro.

Per i bambini (e quelli grandi) Villa Annie dispone di una fantastica piscina a sfioro di 50 m2 con una zona per bambini integrata e ampi prati che offrono un ottimo spazio per calcio, badminton e bocce - ci sono anche palestre per i più energici. Le meravigliose spiagge e taverne di Kera, Almyrida e Kalives sono raggiungibili in 6 minuti di auto attraverso gli uliveti e le superbe taverne e le tradizionali caffetterie di Douliana sono raggiungibili attraverso sentieri di campagna.

Mentre a Villa Annie, un must assoluto sono i drink al tramonto sulla terrazza sul tetto con splendide viste blu sulla baia di Souda fino al mare aperto e le arance arrugginite del sole morente che si riflettono sulle White Mountains. Fermati ancora un po' e sarai deliziato da uno spettacolare cielo notturno costellato di stelle.

Beautiful location with fabulous views of Sousa bay and the White mountains. Always something to see going in and out of the bay, even planes taking off and landing across the bay. The villa is equipped for every cooking need and the fridge is big. The pool was warm enough even in October and we really enjoyed it. The roof terrace was great to go and hide from the rest of the family, they found me eventually! There are terraces and seating on every side so always somewhere to sit in the sun or keep out of the breeze. The beds were really comfy and the washing machine meant we didn’t need to take too much clothing. We enjoyed many meals in Almyrida and had a couple of trips to Chania both recommended. We would go again in a heart beat.

From the moment you step into the grounds of this stunning villa you can’t fail to be impressed. Every detail has been considered. The location is superb, just a short drive or taxi ride away from many charming Greek villages, such as Almyrida, Plaka…
From the moment you step into the grounds of this stunning villa you can’t fail to be impressed. Every detail has been considered. The location is superb, just a short drive or taxi ride away from many charming Greek villages, such as Almyrida, Plaka and Vamos with some great restaurants and authentic little bars. The location of the villa also offers panoramic sea views to the front and the dramatic, snow-capped White Mountains to the rear. The grounds of the villa are a delight, with some lovely older trees, extensive lawns and beautiful plants, especially the fragrant lavender beds. The terraces provide many different areas to sit and chill, sunbathe or socialise, with some areas in full sun and others in the shade with a breeze if you want it. Lying by the pool with the sun shining, my favourite music playing and good company I indeed felt I had died and gone to heaven. The infinity pool is fabulous, clean and inviting and big enough to have a proper swim. There is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a great outdoor dining area, a rooftop terrace makes the most of those stunning views and the Cretan sun. Inside Villa Annie is wonderfully cool with spacious and welcoming living areas and a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bedroom we used had a very private bathroom just next to it with a really large shower and a bath. There are large terraces front and rear of the bedroom where we enjoyed watching the swallows nest building and performing acrobatics. The other two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own private terraces. The villa throughout is immaculate, tastefully decorated (check out the large painting in the living room) and very well appointed. It feels like home (even if it’s just for the week) and is ideal for families or couples alike to enjoy.

Cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful holiday with friends in this beautiful Villa. The location is stunning and local amenities are what Crete is all about.

Stunning Luxury Villa in a perfectly location with amazing panoramic views of the white mountains and the sea

We were totally blown away with this gorgeous villa which made all other villas seem very ordinary by comparison. The views all around were stunning and we were spoilt for choice of where to sit for breakfast and our morning coffee, even with the 2 other couples who we stayed with there was so much choice. Sitting around the pool was lovely with views of the Bay and the huge pretty well tended gardens which wrapped around the Villa. There is even a charming Boules Court, fun especially when played with a glass of the excellent local wine! The views from the roof top terrace took your breath away and again with plenty of seating. The villa was immaculate with spacious bedrooms and living areas, very well equipped with all mod cons and good seating to eat inside or outside on the terrace and a brilliant outside BBQ. The location for this Villa is superb, very private and feels secluded but with only a short drive to lovely beaches, villages with a very good choice of restaurants, bars and cafes. The local shops and bakeries are great too and cater for your every need. The local shop owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring further afield to traditional mountain villages. I recommend taking a trip to the South where you can take a small boat to Loutro for lunch and a swim in the clear waters. I can't recommend this Villa enough, the best by a mile we have stayed in previously, in a word perfection! Stating the obvious we will be returning!
