Η βίλα Δάφνη βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, 3 λεπτά από την καθαρή θάλασσα μέσω ενός ιδιωτικού μονοπατιού μέσα από καταξιωμένους κήπους. Η διαρρύθμιση του σπιτιού εξασφαλίζει την απομόνωση των κατοίκων και την πρόσβαση σε εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα τόσο από το εσωτερικό όσο και από το εξωτερικό.

Η κύρια είσοδος της Villa Daphne οδηγεί σε ένα ανοιχτό σαλόνι, μια ξεχωριστή πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ιδιωτική βεράντα, μια τουαλέτα επισκεπτών και μια σκάλα που οδηγεί στο πάνω και κάτω όροφος. Η κουζίνα έχει πρόσβαση σε δύο σκεπαστές βεράντες. βεράντα για πρωινό και τραπεζαρία με μπάρμπεκιου δίπλα στην πισίνα. Το σαλόνι έχει επίσης πρόσβαση στη βεράντα της τραπεζαρίας. Ο επάνω όροφος αποτελείται από τρία δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και πρόσβαση σε μπαλκόνι, καθώς και έναν ανοιχτό χώρο γραφείου. Ο κάτω όροφος φιλοξενεί ένα βοηθητικό δωμάτιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων και ένα μεγάλο δωμάτιο με ντους. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο υπάρχει και το studio apt. για 2 με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο, μπάνιο και μικρή κουζίνα στη Villa Daphne.

Η Villa Daphne είναι άνετα επιπλωμένη και περιλαμβάνει εξαρτήματα υψηλών προδιαγραφών, όπως μαρμάρινα δάπεδα και σκάλες, ευρύχωρες ντουλάπες από μασίφ ξύλο, ιταλικές κουζίνες και κεραμικά πλακάκια στα μπάνια και στα μπαλκόνια/βεράντες.

Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι είναι εξίσου υπέροχοι με τους ώριμους κήπους και το κατάστρωμα της πισίνας που προσφέρει άφθονο χώρο για ηλιοθεραπεία. Ο εσωτερικός δρόμος συνεχίζει προς τη θάλασσα, φτάνοντας σε έναν κήπο για κοινή χρήση, όπου οι επισκέπτες είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι να βοηθήσουν τον εαυτό τους στα βιολογικά φρούτα, λαχανικά και βότανα του καταλύματος. Αυτός ο χώρος περιλαμβάνει επίσης μια από τις πιο ελκυστικές εγκαταστάσεις του καταλύματος, μια υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία για 12 άτομα κάτω από μια σκεπαστή βεράντα με μια πλήρη εξωτερική κουζίνα που αποτελείται από παραδοσιακό ξυλόφουρνο, μπάρμπεκιου, πέτρινο νεροχύτη, κουζίνα υγραερίου, ψυγείο/ καταψύκτη, ένα μουσικό σύστημα και όλα τα απαραίτητα σερβίτσια που το καθιστούν το τέλειο μέρος για εύκολα γεύματα δίπλα στη θάλασσα στο ύπαιθρο και βραδινά δείπνα με θαλασσινό αεράκι. Περισσότερα καθιστικά βρίσκονται στο κιόσκι και κάτω από μια άλλη πέργκολα όπου βρίσκεται το ποδοσφαιρικό παιχνίδι. Ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες για να χαλαρώσετε ανάμεσα στις βουτιές στα κρυστάλλινα νερά που έχετε πρόσβαση μέσω μιας πύλης και σκαλοπατιών. Δύο καγιάκ προσφέρουν τη δυνατότητα να εξερευνήσετε την υπέροχη ακτή και τον κόλπο, ενώ υπάρχει και παιδική χαρά για μικρά παιδιά.

We had the most incredible time staying at this large and stunning villa in the Loutraki/Chania area. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and crystal-clear water right at your doorstep. The direct beach access was a dream—so easy and convenient—and we spent countless hours floating in the calm sea and enjoying the serene, quiet atmosphere. The views from every direction were spectacular, making it hard to leave the villa!The villa itself is exquisite, with a spacious, well-designed area for cooking and relaxing. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Demetrios, our host, went above and beyond, offering incredible hospitality and even surprising me with a birthday cake, which made our stay all the more special.If you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful retreat this is the place!

My family and I enjoyed one of the most wonderful vacations at this villa. All together we were a group of 9 & we all would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to our gracious & very friendly host Dimitri for opening his lovely home in Crete to us. We also say a big thank you to Petros & his mother showing us around & providing many helpful local recommendations. The villa itself was immaculately clean, well stocked & extremely comfortable. The property is spectacular. We will never forget the lovely views of the sea & amazing gardens. We already miss the peaceful relaxation & the wonderfully inviting Greek hospitality from the surrounding villages. We most sincerely hope to visit again one day. From our family to yours, thank you.

We have a chaps fishing holiday once a year for five of us. whilst the fishing was, typical for the Med, poor both the villa and location were perfect. There are five very good bedrooms and the communal space was more than adequate. The villa is well equipped with great beds and high-quality linens etc. The outdoor space was very good, but it is worth noting that some garden spaces are shared with another villa, these incudes the BBQ area and the sea access etc. The pool is private and in very good condition with lots of good loungers etc provided. The owner is charming and spoilt us with local pasties and cookies. The villa is is great condition and spotlessly clean. There is a lovely local taverna within walking distance but be aware this is a steep climb. Marathi is only about 3km away and is a lovely port with beaches and restaurants. The area capital, Chania, also has a wonderful harbour and well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful week at this villa in June. Aria and Dimitri were the most gracious hosts, helping arrange a grocery order so we arrived to a fully stocked fridge to help hungry and tired kids through the time zone change. The pool was fabulous; the views spectacular; and we snorkeled every day. The neighborhood and house location are private but not remote so we loved walking down the street to the restaurant and kayaked and snorkeled to Loutraki Beach nearby I stead of walking. We used taxis to get to/from Chania for a day and enjoyed relaxation time at the home otherwise. If you want to get out to see more of Crete, you will need a car.

The outdoor facilities are amazing - bespoke dining area with bbq & pizza oven. Then the private access to the sea, idyllic! Did get mozzie bites, will be better prepared next time. Within walking distance of a beach restaurant and sandy beach. Close…

It exceeded all expectation!

The photographs and description of this villa do not do it justice. It exceeded all expectations the house is amazing and the gardens and grounds are incredibly beautiful. Everything you need is there and has the ingredients for a perfect holiday .

I would highly recommend this for any of your stay!

My family and I cannot say enough about this wonderful villa! Not only did the manager welcome us, but the owner himself welcomed us. It was it if we were family, and they were taking care of us. I would highly recommend this for any of your stay!

Everything was fabulous.

This house is breathtaking! Spent 11 days with my family at this villa and it was absolutely fantastic. The villa is beyond words! The views are just amazing, the pool, proximity to town, house amenities.
