Η Villa Callidora Crete διαθέτει συνολικά 6 υπνοδωμάτια και 6 μπάνια και μια αυλή με μεγάλη ιδιωτική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα για ενήλικες και παιδική πισίνα που πλαισιώνεται από άνετες, μοντέρνες ξαπλώστρες και όμορφες ομπρέλες σκιάς. Γύρω από τη βίλα, υπάρχει ένας υπέροχος κήπος σε αρμονία με το φυσικό περιβάλλον με όμορφα λουλούδια και δέντρα για να προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μπάρμπεκιου, χτισμένο με πελεκητή πέτρα και με πάγκο από λευκό πεντελικό μάρμαρο. Συνδυάζεται αρμονικά με ένα όμορφο υπαίθριο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία ιδιαίτερου design.

Το εσωτερικό είναι άνετο, με προσεκτικά επιλεγμένα έπιπλα και διακοσμημένο με minimal χειροποίητα έργα τέχνης. Τα μεγάλα παράθυρα πλημμυρίζουν το χώρο με άφθονο φως που διαχέεται από παντού.

Η Villa Callidora Crete εκτείνεται σε τρία επίπεδα, καλύπτοντας συνολική επιφάνεια 290m 2. Ταυτόχρονα, είναι έξυπνα σχεδιασμένη σε δύο συμμετρικά σημεία, ώστε οι επισκέπτες να απολαμβάνουν ένα είδος ιδιωτικότητας και ηρεμίας. Το πρώτο επίπεδο αποτελείται από 2 αυτόνομες master σουίτες με king-size χτιστά κρεβάτια, ιδιωτικά μπάνια με τζακούζι και ανεμπόδιστη θέα στον κήπο και τις πισίνες. Το δεύτερο επίπεδο περιλαμβάνει ένα ενιαίο καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία, 2 WC και κουζίνα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με πάγκο κοριανού με άμεση πρόσβαση σε μια τεράστια, επιπλωμένη βεράντα με απέραντη θέα στο Κρητικό Πέλαγος.

Ανεβαίνοντας μερικά σκαλιά ο επισκέπτης φτάνει στο τρίτο επίπεδο όπου βρίσκουμε 2 μπάνια και 4 φωτεινά υπνοδωμάτια με μοντέρνα επίπλωση και εξοπλισμένα με υπερσύγχρονα στρώματα, για απόλυτη ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Όλα έχουν επιπλωμένα μπαλκόνια, προσφέροντας απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα και την εξοχή για στιγμές ξεγνοιασιάς και ρομαντικής απόλαυσης στα χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλέματος στο τέλος της ημέρας. Χτισμένη για διαμονή όλο το χρόνο, η βίλα διαθέτει πλήρεις μονάδες κλιματισμού σε κάθε δωμάτιο και ενδοδαπέδια θέρμανση.

Our stay at the villa was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by Ioannis, who is an exceptional host. He made us feel right at home, was always available for anything we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The villa itself is stunning — spacious, spotless, and full of character. Every detail has been carefully thought through, creating a wonderful balance between traditional Cretan charm and modern comfort. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balconies offer the most peaceful views over the hills and the sea. The pool area is pure paradise. The water is crystal clear, surrounded by olive trees and nature, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. Whether we were swimming in the morning sun or watching the sunset by the pool with a drink, it felt like absolute bliss. The location is perfect — quiet, private, and surrounded by beauty, yet close enough to Heraklion, beautiful beaches, and local tavernas. It’s the ideal spot for both relaxation and exploring Crete. We left the villa a feeling completely recharged and full of gratitude. Ioannis is one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met, and his hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with comfort, beauty, and genuine Cretan hospitality.

Our family of 8 adults and 2 older children had a fantastic week at this villa! The bedrooms are spread throughout so everyone feels they have privacy, and each room is wonderful, with amenities or views. We opted to have the pool heated which was a joy in October, we swam every day. The kitchen has everything you need, including spices, and we also used the well-equipped grill area. The views are incredible and the location is convenient and quiet - of course we needed cars to get around but that was what we wanted. Most of all we were impressed with Dimitris and his team, who don't live onsite but are always available to help via WhatsApp. Any issue was fixed immediately and they answered all our questions, including in the week before the stay. Dimitris also helped with recommendations and arranged a boat cruise which was absolutely perfect. It was wonderful trusting him and not having to research this ourselves. I cannot recommend this villa and Dimitris highly enough!

Everything necessary is also available in the house and in the kitchen, the kitchen is even very well equipped. Only the dishwasher is very small if you come with a large group of people. The house seems to have been put together from two semi-detached houses, so there are quite a few stairs. The house is a bit old, which you can see in particular from the balcony doors on the upper floor, the door frame, etc., but it does not really bother you.The contact man Dimitris is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any comments, problems or questions were answered immediately and he takes care of things more than thoughtfully.

We stayed at this villa for a week. Pre-arrival communication was excellent and this continued throughout our stay if we needed to know anything. The Villa was perfect for us, a family of six adults and four children. The pools, outside kitchen and outside area all are very well maintained are clean and create a relaxing ambiance. Inside there was plenty of space for all, comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms, the kitchen area is very well equipped. Satellite TV when needed, mainly to calm the children down before bedtime! The Villa is in a fairly rural location and a car is needed. There are good views of the sea and a small island from the Villa. The Local town Kokkini Hani is a five to six minute drive from the Villa, which has a good supermarket, take 2 euros for a trolley! Plenty of bars and restaurants etc in Kokkini Hani, some trendy and some more traditional Crete style. All served very good food and drinks. Staff were constantly helpful and friendly. The beach at Gournes was sandy and there are cafes and restaurants along the sea front. The golf course is about 20 minutes from the Villa, was very well maintained and in good condition. The clubhouse was very welcoming too. We recommend this villa, you will not regret it!

We had so much space and the pool was wonderful. Also the property manager Dimitris was so kind and helpful! He really assisted with everything. Finally we went for my bachelorette trip and when Elena found out she made homemade special Greek and Cretian wedding pastries for our entire group, I really cannot recommend a better place to stay in Crete! Dimitris is nearby and will welcome you with kindness and professionalism. The pool is perfect for playing and swimming; a large section is shallow enough to stand in, but you can also swim laps. It's also impeccably maintained. The beds are perfect, the kitchen is a bit small for 12 people, as are the fridge and dishwasher, but the utensils provided are well thought out. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine, and the owner's mother even brought us some local specialties! Positive feedback is appreciated, and Dimitris is very helpful if you have any problems. We didn't hesitate to choose this house (be aware, you really need a car to get down to the beach, as it's quite steep!). The beaches a 10-minute drive towards Heraklion are clean, with fine sand, and not very crowded—in short, it's perfect for the holiday with friends that we had. Many thanks again to Dimitris, who contributed greatly to the success of our stay.

Bedrooms and showers were great and overall we would definitely consider staying there again. Luckily we rented a car because the local town of Kokkini Hani is not within walking distance as the Villa is located in the Hills. Driving to the town took around 5-7 mins so very close. Do have the option to get deliveries for groceries and some restaurants. Demitris (host) was incredibly helpful, responsive and polite. Pool heating was an issue once or twice but he swiftly resolved and was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

The host who accommodates travelers is very friendly and available at all times, which is a plus. Our family of 8 adults and 2 older children had a fantastic week at this villa! The bedrooms are spread throughout so everyone feels they have privacy, and each room is wonderful, with amenities or views. We opted to have the pool heated which was a joy in October, we swam every day. The kitchen has everything you need, including spices, and we also used the well-equipped grill area. The views are incredible and the location is convenient and quiet - of course we needed cars to get around but that was what we wanted. Most of all we were impressed with Dimitris and his team, who don't live onsite but are always available to help via WhatsApp. Any issue was fixed immediately and they answered all our questions, including in the week before the stay. Dimitris also helped with recommendations and arranged a boat cruise which was absolutely perfect. It was wonderful trusting him and not having to research this ourselves. I cannot recommend this villa and Dimitris highly enough!
