The property is family owned and you can immediately feel the love and care that has been put into it. All of their personal touches, such as a well-equipped welcome basket and restaurant/day trip recommendations, really made our stay. They were always happy to make the extra effort to ensure our vacation was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. The outdoor space is just as beautiful as the inside with every facility you could wish for. The BBQ area is the heart of the backyard with a large dining table, wood oven, outdoor fridge/freezer, and a spotlessly clean bathroom. No need to run back and forth into the house. The owner explained that the pool water is ecological without harsh chemicals, as a blonde who has had their hair turned green many times by over-chlorinated pools this was a great feature! Importantly though, the outdoor area was not just great for the adults, but the kids too thanks to a play area and safety gate access to the pool. The location is peaceful with stunning countryside views. A short trip with the car will take you to Episkopi village, where you'll find bakeries filled with local treats, well-stocked mini-markets (who will also deliver!!!), and small tavernas. We also visited the capital city, Heraklion, during our stay which was a quick 15-20 minute drive. It is clear to see that the Villa is family-owned, rather than operated by a big company, and it makes such a big difference to your stay. If you're looking for a luxury property in a tranquil location, I would highly recommend this villa!

The villa was well equipped and comfortable and had great spaces for us to relax while the kids had their own spaces too. The pool is a great size and the views were spectacular. We would happily recommend this villa to anyone.

For example, the countless details in decorations, accessories, food for the reception, small gifts as a sign of hospitality, numerous kitchen appliances, top equipment, very good beds and so on. The view over the area was beautiful. We often used and appreciated the pizza oven as well as the rest of the outdoor kitchen. The two rooms facing the street are somewhat more noisy than the other rooms, which are perfectly aligned. The hosts were very warm and always tried to make our stay perfect. We highly recommend the house.

We stayed for 5 nights at the villa with our children and their partners and my baby grandson. Each one of us was blown away by the beautiful villa. The decor is gorgeous, the location and view superb and Magdalena and Michael have gone out of their way to provide everything you could possibly want. We enjoyed the beautiful spaces - relaxing by the pool while contemplating the view of olive groves, sea and mountains - eating together in the luxurious outside space under the berry trees or playing games on the terrace. I could go on .. the hospitality was warm and welcoming and we would love to stay again. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped.

Beautiful pool area And an amazing outdoor kitchen with everything you could ever need!The team were so attentive and always on hand for any questions and Michael was so helpful throughout our stay.They were also brilliant for our two little ones as well. Although there are a lot of steps, it’s set up really well for kids. High chairs and cots are provided, an amazingly well stocked play room and plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for them as well.Location is fantastic as well, very close to Heraklion and the airport but it feels so peaceful and secluded. Very much recommend staying!

The view from the pool is amazing, the garden was inviting, the kitchen was of a very high standard, and in general all the facilities of the house were above and beyond expectations.In general, the house was exceptionally equipped, the hosts really thought of everything, and what was still missing, they took care of for us.Overall, highly recommended!

Everything has been thought of. Good bedrooms with enough space, nice bathrooms, air conditioning in every bedroom, and even a fridge with freezer by the outdoor barbecue. The pool area is great too, with a toilet and two showers. The hosts were amazing, very friendly, helpful with local tips, and even arranged an midweek cleaning. With a car or taxi, you’re quickly in the nearby village or the capital, and the hosts also provided reliable taxi contacts. Truly a fantastic villa and highly recommended!

We came as a family for my mum’s 60th and has had a very relaxing week soaking up the sun and amazing views. The scenery from the pool is truly spectacular, one of the main highlights of the stay. The finishings in the villa are of a high standard and there is so much space everywhere to enjoy. The gym, office, nursery, and movie room were all nice additions (and the movie room came in handy when we had some unexpected rain!). There is a little local taverna a short walk away which served amazing food and was much appreciated during our stay.

The house is beautifully located just outside the charming little village of Episkopi, surrounded by stunning nature and with breathtaking views – especially at sunset. The facilities were fantastic, everything was spotless, and we had everything we needed (and more!).Our hosts, Michael and Magdalena, were a perfect 10/10 – incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and completely relaxed. The whole experience had a peaceful, authentic charm that’s hard to find elsewhere.We will absolutely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

This is one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in

Amazing facilities and every possible thing needed to have an amazing away from home holiday in a peaceful, serene setting amongst the hills surrounded by olive groves. The hosts are amazing and very responsive. Will be back for sure.

There is a great traditional taverna only 10 minutes walk away, a big supermarket 15 mins by car and great beach again just 15 mins by car. We were there in May, spend most of the time around the pool and firing up the fantastic BBQ!

We often chose to stay in, rather than eat out. The teens loved the cinema/games room and indoor gym. The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens high quality. Bathrooms felt luxurious and were found on every floor, including the outdoor area. The jacuzzi tub on the ground floor was fab!

Outstanding Villa!

It was a greatest time in this villa! We was 5 nights on Villa! The big house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nice weather nice swimming pool and grace with barbecue zone outside in a green garden with flowers and trees!

Wonderful Villa

The paradise on earth …

One of the most beautiful villas of Crete. It is worth to go, you can easily find it and have private parking. It has a playground for children, a fireplace, a gym, and a stunning pool overlooking the sea !!!

The Villa is absolutely beautiful. Every aspect of the house and garden is top quality and beautifully maintained. We spent a wonderful 10 days there in June and loved every minute. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool & garden are also fabulous and the tree covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, pizza oven, gas hob and sink is just fantastic and we ate every meal out there. The owners, who live about 10 minutes away from the villa, are honestly the kindest, loveliest and most generous people you could ever wish to meet. The location is great, the peaceful panoramic countryside views are incredible and yet you can still get to the coast for a seafront taverna in 10 - 15 minutes. The roads in the area are very good and if you want to venture further afield (although it is extremely hard to leave the beautiful villa and poolside!) it is only a very easy 1 hour drive to Agios Nikolaos to explore the Elounda / Plaka / Spinalonga region. I would recommend this villa to anyone and we are very much looking forward to returning in the future.
