Esta lujosa villa está ubicada en un terreno tranquilo de 4000 m2 con hermosos jardines, olivos, árboles frutales y flores de colores. Se encuentra a 1 km del pueblo de Asteri, a 14 km al este de Rethymnon (10 minutos) y a 2,5 km de la playa de arena más cercana de Stavromenos, donde se pueden encontrar tabernas, minimercados, panaderías y otras tiendas. El famoso monasterio de Arkadi está a una distancia de 8 km.

Villa Anna tiene 320 m2 (con otros 100 m2 de balcones) divididos en 2 plantas y tiene capacidad para 9 personas. En la planta baja hay un dormitorio con aire acondicionado y 2 camas individuales, ducha/WC y un lavadero con lavadora. Delante de la villa hay una piscina privada de 80 m2. con tumbonas y sombrillas. También hay un parque infantil para los niños, una cancha de baloncesto y una zona de barbacoa. Un coche se considera esencial para explorar la zona y toda la isla.

Tenga en cuenta que en la planta baja también hay un apartamento (40 m2) apto para 4 personas con 2 dormitorios, ducha/WC y cocina con rincón para sentarse. Este apartamento no se puede reservar solo. Se reserva solo con la villa como unidad para garantizar total privacidad.

The house is a bit outside, so enthusiastic youth will not cause any nuisance to the environment. Rethymnon can be reached within fifteen minutes by car.

We felt comfortable and enjoyed the time very much.

We can fully recommend the villa. The landlords were extremely hospitable and gave us a warm welcome. The villa and grounds are very well maintained, the pool is great.

You can have holiday just for you and your family/friends.

There is lots of space in house and the yard. You are in few minutes in the supermarket by car. And it is equally close to Chania and Heraklion. Our hosts were very friendly!

We spent 11 days in the villa in August with 10 people from two families and we absolutely loved it

Really the pictures dont quite do it justice. The villa is very large with lots of grounds around it so you never feel on top of each other and the various seating areas are great in particular the main, large balcony with views over the pool & gardens…
Really the pictures dont quite do it justice. The villa is very large with lots of grounds around it so you never feel on top of each other and the various seating areas are great in particular the main, large balcony with views over the pool & gardens, the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other. Everything was clean, well maintained and we had a friendly welcome from the owners. The garden areas are also nice and well kept. Inside the villa is really nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lots of space and has all the things you need. The basement apartment is a little more basic but was clean and great for giving the older teens a bit more independance. The highlight though is definately the pool area, which is just fantastic. It's a large pool, very deep in one section and has lots of space and sunbeds around it and you're surrounded by greenery. The Basketball & Table Tennis came in handy as well for entertainment and we spent so much time in this area. Location wise we really liked it and it's pretty much always very quiet with just crickets and goats bells most of the time but you definitely need a car as it's a good 10 minute drive (or a 35-40 minute walk) to the nearest shop and it's uphill most of the way back! There are a couple of eating places just about within walking distance but in August it was very hot to try that with 10 people.

We were a group of 12 young adults (28–33), and we had the best time in the villa. We really enjoyed both the beautiful pool and the basket ball court. We also took great advantage of the barbeque facility. I would strongly recommend renting cars if you are staying at this villa. We had three cars, and we got to see a lot of the island. Rethymno old village and the beach is for instance just a short drive from the house. Also, the hosts were very very sweet. They both were great communicating with, and we were greated with home made food and Raki. I would definitely go again!
