Η Villa Rose Rhodes είναι μια πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας με 6 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η Villa Rose είναι μια κομψή και ευρύχωρη βίλα σε ιδανική τοποθεσία στην κορυφή του λόφου με θέα στην παραλία Αφάντου, η οποία μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 9 άτομα. Η απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα από τους όμορφους κήπους θα σας χαλαρώσει και θα εξιτάρει τη φαντασία σας. Ζήστε μερικές από τις πιο εκπληκτικές ανατολές του ηλίου στην παραλία Αφάντου ή κολυμπήστε νωρίς το πρωί στη μεγάλη πισίνα 90 τ.μ. και αξιοποιήστε στο έπακρο τις δυνατότητες υδρομασάζ της.

Η Villa Rose Rhodes αποτελείται από ένα σπίτι τριών υπνοδωματίων και μια μεζονέτα. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ένα ευρύχωρο ενιαίο σαλόνι με δύο άνετους χώρους καθιστικού σχεδιασμένους για απόλυτη χαλάρωση, εξοπλισμένο με τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, δορυφορικά κανάλια, DVD player και σύστημα ήχου surround. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους υψηλής πίεσης. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με μονά κρεβάτια. Το σπίτι διαθέτει επίσης πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία, σάουνα, μεγάλο δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα με θυρίδα ασφαλείας και βοηθητικό δωμάτιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα. Η Μεζονέτα χωρίζεται από την κύρια κατοικία και φιλοξενεί έως 5 άτομα.

Υπάρχει ένα σαλόνι στο ισόγειο με έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και στο πρώτο επίπεδο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι πλήρως κλιματιζόμενα. Διατίθεται επίσης Internet σε όλο το κατάλυμα. Δίπλα στο μπαρ της πισίνας, υπάρχει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα/χώρος μπάρμπεκιου, με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει επίσης ένα υπαίθριο μπαρ που θα μπορούσε να είναι ένα εξαιρετικό μέρος για να εξασκήσετε τις δεξιότητές σας στο κοκτέιλ και να χαλαρώσετε πριν το δείπνο σε ένα ρομαντικό και απολαυστικό περιβάλλον.

Το Villa Rose Rhodes βρίσκεται σε βολική τοποθεσία ανάμεσα στη Λίνδο και την πόλη της Ρόδου και μόλις 5 λεπτά οδικώς από την βραβευμένη με γαλάζια σημαία παραλία Αφάντου. Το κοντινό θέρετρο Κολύμπια προσφέρει εξαιρετικές παραθαλάσσιες ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ, καταστήματα με σουβενίρ καθώς και συναρπαστικές νυχτερινές δραστηριότητες. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας στην παραλία, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν μια ποικιλία από θαλάσσια σπορ, εκδρομές με σκάφος και άλλες καλοκαιρινές δραστηριότητες. Για όσους προτιμούν λίγη άσκηση, το γήπεδο γκολφ Αφάντου απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά.

Highly recommended Villa. Beautiful big Villa which is finished to a really high standard. Our party consisted of 8 adults and 2 children. There was more than enough space and bathrooms to cater for us all. On arrival we had all the information, a handy info pack and a lovely welcoming. Inside the property has everything you could wish for. Outside is just stunning. Really nice pool with amazing grounds and the views are amazing. I would recommend a car if staying at this Villa which we did. The villa is only a short drive to Rhodes & Lindos so is in a good location. The surrounding area is peaceful. Stefanos, Katerina and Marcos who helped us with our stay where so helpful and friendly. As we had two babies i asked if it was possible to get a second baby cot and high chair. They had it all on our arrival and didnt charge extra. Wanted a couple more beech towels, 1 text and minutes later we had them. Made our stay effortless. Would highly recommend and think we will all be returning next year.

Die Villa und das gesamte Grundstück waren ein Traum. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze Grundstück ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool traumhaft. Grillplatz super gemütlich, Loungeecke mal eine Möglichkeit zum zurückziehen…

Grillplatz super gemütlich, Loungeecke mal eine Möglichkeit zum zurückziehen. Der Blick auf das Meer und morgens dem Sonnenaufgang traumhaft. Übergabe hat super funktioniert. Es war ein super schöner Urlaub mit 8 Personen. Sofort wieder !!!

We made a last-minute reservation to this property and were apprehensive as we wanted a property on the beach. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Villa to find it a very charming and attractive property. It was very well located for the best beaches in Rhodes including Tampika beach and Anthony Quinn Bay. The place was modern, spacious and well looked after. The best part was that the owner/manager Mannus & his lovely wife were always extremely helpful and treated us like family. We were two families with five teenagers who enjoyed this accommodation throughly for a week. If we visit the island again I have no hesitation in renting this accommodation again.Points to note - You will require a car to adequately utilise this place. The main building has got two large bedrooms with ensuite. A third bedroom/maisonette with toilet is like an annex adjacent to the main building and is ideal for a family with grown-up children. The outdoors are immaculately maintained by Mannus and the icing on the cake is the pool which comes with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea with outdoor facilities of shower, toilet and barbecue.
