Η Maria Beachfront Villa Rhodes είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 4 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Σε ιδανική τοποθεσία στην παραλία της δημοφιλής τουριστικής περιοχής των Κολυμπίων, η Maria Beachfront Villa προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και είναι ιδανική για τις καλοκαιρινές σας διακοπές. Με μια ποικιλία από εγκαταστάσεις και σύγχρονες ανέσεις, αυτή η βίλα προσφέρει κομψά καταλύματα για έως και 12 άτομα.

Η βίλα διαθέτει έναν εξαιρετικό εξωτερικό χώρο, με πισίνα υπερχείλισης 12x9m, παιδική πισίνα και τζακούζι. Υπάρχει επίσης μια μεγάλη σκεπαστή βεράντα με τραπεζαρία, άνετα σαλόνια και ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο χώρο μπάρμπεκιου, ιδανικό για να περάσετε τις ζεστές μέρες του καλοκαιριού καθώς και τα όμορφα βράδια κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. Η βίλα έχει ιδιωτική πρόσβαση στην παραλία καθώς και αποβάθρα. Με εκπληκτική θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας που συναντά τον ορίζοντα, η παραθαλάσσια βίλα της Maria θα προσφέρει ένα εξαιρετικό σκηνικό για τις καλοκαιρινές σας διακοπές.

Το εσωτερικό της βίλας είναι μοντέρνα διακοσμημένο με πρωτίστως λευκούς και γήινους τόνους δημιουργώντας μια φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα. Μπαίνοντας στην κύρια πόρτα μπαίνεις σε έναν ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικού και κουζίνας. Το σαλόνι είναι εξοπλισμένο με άνετο καθιστικό, μεγάλη τηλεόραση smart επίπεδης οθόνης και μεγάλη επιπλωμένη βεράντα με εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και διαθέτει φούρνο, ψυγείο και καταψύκτη, καθώς και πλυντήριο πιάτων. Το ισόγειο διαθέτει επίσης μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα και WC.

Ανεβαίνοντας τις σκάλες μπαίνετε στους θαλάμους του υπνοδωματίου όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε 2 πλήρως κλιματιζόμενα υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια που ανοίγουν σε ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Η βίλα έχει δύο ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια στον κάτω όροφο, εξοπλισμένα με κουκέτες, γεγονός που τα καθιστά ιδανικά για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

Αυτή η μοντέρνα βίλα προσφέρει επίσης μια σειρά από ανέσεις, όπως έξυπνα χειριστήρια για φώτα και παντζούρια, κάλυψη Wi-Fi σε όλη την ιδιοκτησία, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, βαθιά κατάψυξη, δορυφορικά κανάλια, DVD player, βρεφικό κρεβάτι & παιδικό καρεκλάκι, σίδερο, σιδερώστρα και σχάρα ρούχων.

Η περιοχή των Κολυμπίων, όπου βρίσκεται η βίλα, προσφέρει εξαιρετικές παραθαλάσσιες ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ, καταστήματα με σουβενίρ καθώς και συναρπαστικές περιοχές νυχτερινής διασκέδασης. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν μια ποικιλία από θαλάσσια σπορ στην παραλία, εκδρομές με σκάφος και άλλες καλοκαιρινές δραστηριότητες. Η παραθαλάσσια βίλα Maria είναι επίσης μια ιδανική βάση για όσους θέλουν να αξιοποιήσουν στο έπακρο τον χρόνο τους στο νησί επισκεπτόμενοι μέρη ιστορικής σημασίας, πολιτιστικής σημασίας και φυσικής ομορφιάς. Η Λίνδος και η διάσημη αρχαία ελληνική Ακρόπολη απέχουν μόλις 30 λεπτά. Η πόλη της Ρόδου και η μεσαιωνική πόλη που αποτελεί μνημείο πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς της UNESCO απέχει μόλις 25 χλμ. από τη βίλα. Οι 7 πηγές ή «Επτά Πηγές» όπως συνηθίζεται να αποκαλούνται είναι ένα μοναδικό μέρος φυσικής ομορφιάς και ένα καταφύγιο άγριας ζωής είναι προσβάσιμο με το αυτοκίνητο μέσα σε 15 λεπτά.

It's pleasant to wake up to the sound of the ocean thanks to the villa's great location adjacent to the beach.

Kolymbia's small center is only a 10-minute walk away. All the necessary equipment was in the villa, and the kitchen was fully furnished. Some culinary tools, such as pans, should be modified to better serve the clients in the future.

Our time at the villa was excellent.

We couldn't have asked for more from the outdoor area! The beachfront location is fantastic! We would definitely reserve this villa again if we ever visited Rhodes again.

Although it is situated on a pebble beach, sand beaches are close by. I advise getting a rental automobile.

The weather from 19th-26th October 2019 was beautiful, not a cloud in the sky all week, a gorgeous 25-27 degrees. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the main town of Kolymbia which has a wide array of restaurants and shops. The nearby Tsampika beach which is a 5 minute drive away is also lovely. The island as a whole is lovely too, very family-friendly and everywhere we went people spoke English and catered for small children. It was a fantastic holiday and would love to go back again.

The beachfront location and the external areas of the villa were sensational with lots of stylish areas for lounging, eating and socialising. The beach is pebbly and not particularly pretty but the jetty made up for this as it was easy to get into the crystal clear water. There are sandier beaches within walking distance and further down the coast but we were content to lounge around the villa watching all the colourful water sports activity going on in the bay. The water sports centre next door was a huge bonus - it was reasonably priced and we took advantage of all the activity on offer for kids and adults. The restaurants and shops of Kolymbia were an easy 10/15 minute walk away and there is a little shop just behind the villa which sells handmade sandwiches, drinks, pastries and baguettes etc. We arrived very late at night and the hosts had very thoughtfully provided a huge welcome back which contained everything we needed and more to get through the night and the next day without going to a supermarket. All in all, the villa had all the style and comfort we needed for three families of 4 people - without getting under each other’s feet - and we had a wonderful family holiday.

Överraskad och lycklig av det ompysslade trädgården där vi fick plocka tomater, gurka, meloner, zucchini, lök och aubergin! Väldigt professionellt och vänligt bemötande från Mr George både innan resan och under vår semester. Från hjälp med bokning av transfer till lösning av att vi på hemresedagen, med sen avgång fick tillbringa den på ett hotell.
