Το Andrealexia Villa Rhodes βρίσκεται σε έναν λόφο με θέα στον κόλπο του Φαληρακίου. Είναι απομονωμένο και παρέχει όλη την ιδιωτικότητα που απαιτείται αλλά βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία για να εξερευνήσετε το νησί εάν χρειαστεί. Η Andrealexia είναι μια πολύ ευρύχωρη βίλα με ύψος 12 ποδιών που κάνει το σπίτι εξαιρετικά φωτεινό και χαρούμενο. Ολόκληρος ο κύριος όροφος είναι ένας εντελώς ανοιχτός χώρος, οπότε με μια μόνο ματιά, μπορείτε να δείτε ολόκληρο το σαλόνι. Και τα δύο σαλόνια έχουν θέα στη θάλασσα καθώς και τραπέζι πρωινού.

Υπάρχει μια αίθουσα τηλεόρασης που μπορεί να μετατραπεί στο 4ο υπνοδωμάτιο. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει ένα νησιωτικό μπαρ, ιδανικό για προετοιμασία φαγητού ή απλά για κουβέντα ενώ ετοιμάζεται το φαγητό. Υπάρχει ένα τζάκι από γρανίτη στο κέντρο του σπιτιού για όλους τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να απολαύσουν την πιο κρύα εποχή. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν διπλά κρεβάτια, καθιστώντας το σπίτι ιδανικές διακοπές για ζευγάρια.

Το Andrealexia Villa Rhodes μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 8 άτομα. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ασύρματο Wi-Fi στο σπίτι. Υπάρχει χώρος εκτυπωτή και γραφείου για όσους πρέπει να συνδυάσουν εργασία και διακοπές και διαθέσιμο στερεοφωνικό USB. Ο κήπος έχει βερίκοκα για να απολαύσουν οι επισκέπτες κατά τη θερινή περίοδο και πορτοκαλιές και μανταρινιές τη χειμερινή περίοδο. Ο καθαριστής θα έρχεται δύο φορές την εβδομάδα.

We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend it. The villa was very spacious with a wonderful pool area. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. The villa’s owner was very friendly and helpful with fantastic local knowledge.

Its a wonderful and spacious villa with an amazing pool and view. Tsampika was without a doubt a 5-star host who took good care of us and was always there if we needed anything. I do greatly recommend this villa!

Absolutely Fantastic A Wonderful Place To Stay

Well what can one say but amazing. I stayed for a whole month with family and friends coming to stay through out the time I was there. They all had an incredible time at Villa Andrealexia and didn't want to go home. The Villa itself is fantastic, bedrooms wonderful, kitchen and living area fab. Ketsa the owner is amazing, professional and very welcoming. Anything you need or need to know she is very quick to help or recommend. The views from the pool are breath taking and garden is just lovely. If you see a white and tan cat we named him Bob very friendly so wanted to take him home. Do go to Haraki and visit the Argo amazing sea views and fantastic seafood and fish wonderful. Also try the Canton in Rodos Vista amazing Chinese food. Falharaki has all you need for the beach and nice places to eat Porta Bello good for watching the beach and world go by. But once again you will not be disappointed in staying at this little bit of heaven at the Villa Andrealexia and meeting Ketsa who I will miss and look forward in seeing again next year Enjoy :)

Ik ben met mijn familie in deze prachtige villa geweest. Als je de oprit oprijdt zie je een prachtig huis met mooie, natuurlijke omgeving. Vervolgens gingen we naar binnen en het huis ziet er net zo chique uit als op de foto's! Netjes onderhouden, ontzettend schoon en mooi meubilair. Het is een ruim huis, het bezit alles wat je nodig hebt voor een uitstekende vakantie! Mijn familie en ik hebben ontzettend genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanuit het zwembad en de slaapkamers! Wat was dat adembenemend! Verder zit je op een rustige plek, dus enorm veel privacy. Je kunt daar je tijd doorbrengen met je eigen familie/vrienden zonder last te hebben van anderen. Het is 5 minuten rijden naar Faliraki en de mooiste stranden! Rhodos is 10 minuten rijden, een prachtige stad en zeker waard om er naar toe te gaan! Enorm veel cultuur bevat de stad. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten in de villa en zijn zeker van plan om terug te keren! De eigenaressen is ontzettend klantvriendelijk en zal je zeker helpen als er iets is of als je iets nodig hebt! Ben je op zoek naar een mooie villa met alles erop en eraan, dan kan ik deze zeker aanraden!! De prijs/kwaliteitgarantie is uitstekend!

I Stayed in Andrealexia Villa for 1 week at the beginning of September 2016. The villa is exactly as advertised. Bedrooms were great and very comfortable. The master bedroom is huge and with the pool view. The kitchen was also great, and I had everything I needed .The BBQ is outside of the pool enclosure, and also worked perfectly. I loved the view from the pool and I had great nights sitting outside and enjoying the atmosphere. The house has lots of space and a good energy. The property was amazing. I recommend and I would visit again. The owner, Ketsa, was very attentive and responded to queries. It is beautifully, furnished and clean. I had an amazing time and stay at Villa Andrealexia.

When we arrived at the house our first day in Greece, our jaws dropped. The outside of the home was beautiful, something you'd see in a magazine. We walked indoors, and I was equally impressed with the interior. The layout was spacious and the furniture and accents were of the highest quality! After we unloaded the rental, we were able to explore the property more. The pool and backyard patio were spotless, and the view...WOW!!! The house overlooks the sea, and we were a five minute drive from the town's center. The location was wonderful for our needs. We will definitely be booking here next summer!

Ketsa ist eine sehr unkomplizierte, sympathische und offene Person, die uns herzlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist riesig und steht etwas abseits vom Ort Faliraki. Ein Auto ist daher empfehlenswert. Das Haus verfügt über eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und der Erholungseffekt ist absolut vorhanden. Die Bilder sind authentisch und in echt ist das Haus noch grösser als erwartet.
