Το Aegean Blue, που βρίσκεται στην Κοσκινού, ένα παραδοσιακό χωριό, στα προάστια της πόλης της Ρόδου είναι ένα παράθυρο προς το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος. Αυτή η εξοχική κατοικία έχει κατασκευαστεί με τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα ασφαλείας και οι προδιαγραφές έχει σχεδιαστεί για να αξιοποιεί στο έπακρο το όμορφο μεσογειακό φως. Η Aegean Blue Villa είναι μια κατοικία 300 τ.μ., χωρισμένη σε τρία επίπεδα. Κάθε επίπεδο είναι προσβάσιμο τόσο με τη χρήση του ανελκυστήρα όσο και με τις μαρμάρινες σκάλες. Υπάρχει ένα υπέροχο δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο με θέα στον χώρο της πισίνας, όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν τη μελωδία του κλασικού πιάνου, καθώς και τη διασκέδαση στο τραπέζι του σκακιού. Τα πάντα της Aegean Blue Villa είναι τελειότητα. Η επίπλωση είναι πολυτελής και μοντέρνα και η βίλα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με τα υψηλά πρότυπα που αναμένονται για ένα σπίτι υψηλής ποιότητας που προσφέρει διακοπές με δυνατότητα προετοιμασίας γευμάτων.

Η Aegean Blue Villa φιλοξενεί 8 άτομα και αποτελείται από 4 ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια, στο πρώτο και στο δεύτερο επίπεδο, όλα με πολυτελείς εγκαταστάσεις και κλιματισμό, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ορθοπεδικών οικολογικών στρωμάτων και επιλεγμένων μαξιλαριών. Κάθε δωμάτιο διαθέτει ιδιωτική βεράντα με πανοραμική θέα στους γύρω λόφους, την πόλη και το λιμάνι, καθώς και στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος. Προσφέρονται λευκά είδη και πετσέτες για την εξυπηρέτησή σας.

Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχει μια υπέροχη κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα με κρεβάτι king-size (2,00μ.) και ένα όμορφο μπάνιο με ντους, με δύο νιπτήρες. Διατίθεται μια ιδιωτική δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα με έναν εκπληκτικό ολόσωμο καθρέφτη για να ολοκληρώσει την εξαιρετική εμφάνιση των κυριών για τη βραδινή τους έξοδο. Ευρύχωρα δύο δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια με δύο μονά κρεβάτια σε κάθε δωμάτιο (με δυνατότητα μετατροπής σε κρεβάτι king size). Σημειώστε ότι στον ίδιο όροφο διατίθεται μικρή κουζίνα, καθώς και μπάνιο με γωνιακή μπανιέρα και δύο νιπτήρες.

Στον δεύτερο όροφο θα βρείτε το δεύτερο κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με κρεβάτι king size (1,80μ.) και μπάνιο με ντους, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ενός μίνι μπαρ για να διατηρείτε ανά πάσα στιγμή κρύο νερό και φρούτα. Στον ίδιο όροφο υπάρχει ένα πλυντήριο, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει ντουλάπες και όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις, όπως πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο. Αυτή η νέα βίλα είναι μια απόλαυση αισθήσεων. Η πόλη και η θέα στη θάλασσα είναι απεριόριστη και μπορείτε να την απολαύσετε τόσο μέσα όσο και έξω από το σπίτι. Simply stunning villa.

Lots of room, excellent amenities, comfortable mattresses, a gorgeous pool and terracing area, amazing views, and up the hill so gets a lovely wind The village is gorgeous as well, with excellent dining options and a great location for exploring.

Gorgeous villa pristinely presented, with roomy quarters, a fantastic pool, and an outdoor kitchen.

The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Our visit was incredibly enjoyable thanks to the gracious hosts, who were very helpful and friendly. Would strongly advise this.

Helt fantastisk villa med alt hvad hjertet kan begære - for en vidunderlig familieferie. Vi blev mødt i lufthavnen og kørt til villaen, hvor vi fik hele villaen præsenteret og der var velkomstkurv med mad, vin og masser af drikkevand. Både indendørs…

We rested in the villa in September 2019. The villa is conveniently located, close to the airport and to Rodos. Having a rented car, it is convenient to get to different beautiful beaches. The house is equipped with everything necessary. The villa is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The house has recently been renovated, the bedrooms have new furniture. The kitchen has everything you need and even the owners put a certain amount of food and drinks in the refrigerator, which is very nice for starting a holiday. The villa has a swimming pool with a relaxation area and a barbecue area, where you can enjoy beautiful views and a food. The house has 3 floors, 2 large bathrooms, 2 small bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, laundry room. There are all toiletries (shampoos, soap, etc.). The villa is also equipped with an elevator. The house is very warm and comfortable, it is not hot when the sun warms, and not cold when it is windy and at night. The villa is located on a hill and offers very beautiful views of the island and the sea. Very hospitable hosts. Christoforos met us at the airport, showed us the house, provided the necessary information. Special thanks to Nancy for the wonderful cake and sweets on departure. We liked everything! We recommend this villa to everyone who wants to have a great rest.

Top quality villa with wonderful views. Highly recommend!

We occupied the villa with 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant and the villa was everything we hoped for. Facilities are well equipped and everything works. We got a friendly welcome and some food and drinks were provided in the fridge to give us an easy start…
We occupied the villa with 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant and the villa was everything we hoped for. Facilities are well equipped and everything works. We got a friendly welcome and some food and drinks were provided in the fridge to give us an easy start for a holiday. There are two bedrooms with own bathrooms and showers while the two other bedrooms share the big bathroom in the mid-floor. The house was super clean, beds comfortable and sheets, pillows and towels all soft and of good quality. The pool area was immaculate too with a very cozy sitting and barbeque area which gave a good cover for a constant northwest wind. We wanted to have a nice view and at this villa you can see in all directions from the pool area or from the any of the balconies. The location of the villa is good, you are at the main road (95) in five minutes and then can easily go to where ever you want to. I highly recommend this villa for anyone. We definitely enjoyed it!

Great planning of the space, every corner has its own accent that make this house unique and lovable. Clean, great view. Everything you might need or even not need is there :) we made our small wedding reception there and we're extremely satisfied.
