Η Sunny Rhodes Villa είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Το Sunny Rhodes Villa είναι μια πλήρως ανεξάρτητη βίλα με ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η βίλα απέχει 500 μέτρα από το Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Euromedica, κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης της Ρόδου, το χωριό Κοσκινού, την παραλία Sunwing, την παραλία Καλλιθέας, το υδάτινο πάρκο, το Kinder land και μόλις 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το αεροδρόμιο της Ρόδου. Φιλοξενεί έως 8 άτομα (συν 2 μωρά δωρεάν). Η βίλα περιβάλλεται από έναν μεσογειακό κήπο με εσπεριδοειδή (λεμονιές, πορτοκαλιές, μανταρινιές), ροδιές και βότανα. Σε μια ασφαλή περιοχή, ο κήπος επεκτείνεται σε ένα μικρό ιδιωτικό δάσος με πεύκα και κυπαρίσσια.

Ο ευρύχωρος εσωτερικός χώρος (170 τ.μ.) είναι επιπλωμένος με τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα. Η βίλα διαθέτει τρία δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια με κρεβάτια queen size. Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με δωρεάν δορυφορική τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, δωρεάν κλιματισμό και δωρεάν Wi-Fi πρόσβαση στο internet. Το σαλόνι είναι ευρύχωρο και άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με μεγάλους μοντέρνους καναπέδες και διακοσμητικό τζάκι βιοαιθανόλης. Το μεγάλο παράθυρο στο σαλόνι επιτρέπει στο φως να διαχέεται. Ένας φορητός υπολογιστής, μια κιθάρα και μια βιβλιοθήκη με ενδιαφέροντα βιβλία είναι διαθέσιμα για τους επισκέπτες. Μια εσωτερική σκάλα οδηγεί στα υπνοδωμάτια

Κάθε κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει φαρδιές βεράντες με θέα στο αίθριο και την πισίνα, το ιδιωτικό δάσος και τον κήπο. Τα έπιπλα είναι υψηλών προδιαγραφών και ειδικά επιλεγμένα για να δημιουργούν μια ατμόσφαιρα οικειότητας και οικειότητας για στιγμές ζεστασιάς και χαλάρωσης. Ένα χρηματοκιβώτιο κρατά τα τιμαλφή σας ασφαλή. Υπάρχουν ευρύχωρες εντοιχισμένες ντουλάπες σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο και στεγνωτήρας μαλλιών σε κάθε μπάνιο. Λευκά είδη, σεντόνια και παπλωματοθήκες είναι εκεί για να τα αλλάζετε όσο συχνά θέλετε. Η βίλα διαθέτει ένα πλήρως μοντέρνο σχεδιασμένο μπάνιο και ένα δεύτερο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους με υδρομασάζ. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ηλεκτρική κουζίνα και φούρνο, μεγάλο ψυγείο/καταψύκτη, πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, γκριλ/σάντουιτς και μπλέντερ. Υπάρχει ένα πλήρες σετ μαχαιροπήρουνων, μαγειρικά σκεύη και γυάλινα σκεύη. Υπάρχει επίσης πλυντήριο ρούχων, στεγνωτήριο, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος (800 τ.μ.) περιλαμβάνει ιδιωτική πισίνα, μεγάλο κήπο με γκαζόν και πλακόστρωτο χώρο, υπαίθριο ντους, εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου, υπαίθριο γυμναστήριο και παιδική χαρά, φαρδιές βεράντες και βεράντες. Υπάρχει δωρεάν ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας και οργανωμένος χώρος για πικνίκ κάτω από τα πεύκα.

It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. The host is great responding to all our inquiries prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

Very pleasant stay in the sunny Rhodes villa. The description is compatible. Very quiet area and very good location because a few minutes from Rhodes and the many beaches, by car. Excellent pool with quality water. Our host, George, welcomed us and prepared some drinks and food for our enjoyment. Always available for advice, he answered our questions very quickly. I am so glad I was able to enjoy this beautiful rental property as a family. Recommended without hesitation.

Lovely stay!

The villa is absolutely wonderful! Everything was as we expected! Relaxing, convenient, close to super markets and only a ten minute driving to the city centre. The private pool and the the yard were awesome!

I would really recommend staying at George’s lovely villa. It is very modern in design, is comfortable and has a great pool. The host is great - he is very flexible about check in times and instantly responds to all queries and offers lots of helpful advice and recommendations. We were a family of 8 including 4 adults, 2 babies and 2 children. George provided high chairs, cots etc. He also offered a mid stay clean, which was really appreciated. The villa is located outside Rhodes town, so you do need a car if you stay at the villa, however it is in a great location being just off the Rhodes to Lindos highway, so you can easily reach anywhere quite quickly (including supermarkets etc). There’s also a great local grocery shop / cook shop that George recommended, which we got food from for lunch nearly every day. The villa has almost everything you could ask for - TVs in most rooms, kitchen appliances, air conditioning in all the rooms, WiFi etc. If you are travelling with just walking children, there are lots of stairs in the villa - so we had to spend quite a lot of time chasing our 14 month old. All in all a great stay at George’s place - would thoroughly recommend

A big thank you to George and Charis for offering such genuine warm hospitality and a most wonderful place to stay for a week's holiday with our family. We couldn't have asked for more and are hugely grateful for providing personal touches such as a welcome gesture of food and drinks, but also for being on hand when we needed help during our stay. The house and garden is presented exceptionally well and is ideally located for the fantastic beach clubs in Kallithea, as well as the convenience of the old town and local supermarkets. What more could you ask for - great times!

Everything a Rhodes visitor would desire and much more. Extremely private venue, spacious rooms, bathrooms, balconies, terrace, fully equipped kitchen and living room, interior airconditioned everywhere, bedrooms with individual air-condition units and flat screen TVs, a huge "welcome" package of consumables, wines and fresh juices and fruit, biscuits, coffe pads and teas, the most wonderful and superior maintenance pool (open air in the back garden) with clean water continuously filtered and replenished, gym devices in the garden, relax armchairs and tables, sunbathing site with chaise longs, much better than what you see in the pictures, and an open air private parking easily accommodating 3 medium size four seater vehicles. A private paradise to enjoy Greek nature at its best. I would go back in a heartbeat. Not to forget, the hospitality shown by George and Haris K., the owners, was remarkable. A lovely couple who goes thru lengths to make your stay most delightful possible.

Do not hesitate to book this place, we had a fantastic stay. The outdoor space is massive and private, the house immaculate and there's everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Pool is lovely and gets a lot of sun, BBQ is great and easy to use. George is also a brilliant host, he gave us a friendly greeting, a kind welcome hamper and was on hand when we needed him. All round 5 stars.

The villa was beautiful very smart and clean lovely bathrooms and bedrooms and very spacious. The outdoor pool was a brilliant size with a great cleaning system so there was NO bugs what so ever, the children's play area at bottom of the large garden…
The villa was beautiful very smart and clean lovely bathrooms and bedrooms and very spacious. The outdoor pool was a brilliant size with a great cleaning system so there was NO bugs what so ever, the children's play area at bottom of the large garden under the trees was amazing my 3 year old daughter loved it and the bikes and toys which was also available for her, the large patio area was great to relax on the evening and enjoy a bbq with the built in bbq and there was even spot lights so you could see the whole garden and play area on the night time, there was sunbeds and parasols so you can spend time in and out of the sun. The citrus and fruit trees was a lovely touch with fresh fruit to pick. The family was lovely and very accommodating and attending to any needs you required and very helpful to say the least they went out there way to make sure we had a fabulous time and i would fully recommend this property to anyone who wants a great holiday home.
