Εσωτερική εγκατάσταση πλυντηρίων. Μεγάλη  τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό, κήπος, ιδιωτική πισίνα, σκαλοπάτια που οδηγούν στη θάλασσα. Aquavisionaire is an amazing house in an absolutely wonderful location. We were a group of 7 adults and two small children and the house suited us really well. It had everything we needed. The pool and private seaside area are really great features. The house is very private but not isolated at all, a very short walk down the beach to restaurants and bars. The host was friendly and really responsive to any needs that arose, which were fewWe had a great time and would definitely go back! Highly recommended!

Amazing views, fabulous location; private but not isolated. Access to the sea was gorgeous. Lovely garden and pool area. The two bedrooms with en suite above were outstanding and so was the view. We enjoyed the fire pit on the 'roof area'... spectacular, looking out to sea and mountains on the horizon, with glorious sunsets. Very friendly area; shops and tavernas. The absence of an information/welcome booklet was an unusual omission, and much needed for things like guidance for washing machine/dishwasher... both awkward to fathom / use of toilet paper and normal recommendations for local amenities such as doctor/hospital... which was needed as one of our party had a nasty head injury and needed stitches. Savas the owner was very helpful and responsive, and the cleaner was a lovely lady. Property very comfortable for the 7 of us. We had one of our best family holidays here.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Aquavisionare in August 2019 The house is perfectly located, essentially on the water yet within walking distance to the village of Pefko with great restaurants and service. There is also a great scuba diving school within 5 minutes on foot. Savvas was an outstanding host, replying immediately to any small request we might have and really taking care that we had a great time. The house was perfectly cleaned daily (except Sundays, of course) by a wonderful and energetic lady. The two bedrooms upstairs are great suites, with plenty of space and privacy, and beautifully appointed. We would love to go back!

Wir wurden vom Besitzer persönlich empfangen und er ist auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir hatten direkten Zugang zum Strand und haben die ruhe in dieser luxuriösen Umgebung genossen. This wonderful villa is ideally situated, with stupendous views and direct access to two nice beaches and crystalline water. We watched the sunset on the manicured lawn, sipping on a glass of champagne, over the water, listening to the gentle waves and admiring the hills in the distance. The house is beautiful, with 4 large and very comfortable rooms and a smaller one, all tastefully decorated. The two upstairs are new, huge and glamorous and the ones downstairs lovely as well. Savvas, his wife and their crew could not have done more for us, communicating with us before our arrival and responsive with any requests, large and smalls and good recommendations. A special find, a magical stay and prefect hosts!

We (in total 6 adults and 2 kids age 9 & 6) had an amazing time in the villa, by the pool, in the sea and the nearby restaurants Dapapa and Nicolas. Savvas and his wife were really helpful and it was easy to get in contract with them both before and during the stay. Can highly recommend this villa! It’s better than the photos! I’m sure it’s the best in Pefkos and it might also be the best on the entire island. We would love to return!

My family and I stayed 1 week at Villa Aquavisionaire. It was an amazing stay in an extraordinary villa. The villa looks just like in the pictures and seems to be newly renovated. Facilities are in good condition. The central location is amazing. Walking down the stairs you can choose between two sandy beaches (wish is rather unusual on Rhodos) with walking distance of 50m max. At the private sundowner you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. For a comfortable stay I however recommand 7 ppl max, as further would have to sleep on couches. The host, Savvas, was very friendly, even we did not meet personally. He was very responsive in all communications (before and during the stay) and did everything to make the stay enjoyable. He organized a baby cot for our baby boy and even allowed a late check-out. Nikos took great care of the place. He and his team neatly cleaned the apartment, before, once during and after our stay. He was very friendly and helpful. All in all I very much can recommand the stay at Aquavisionaire. We had a wonderful time and hope you get another chance to enjoy the luxury of this place.

My family and I stayed 1 week at Villa Aquavisionaire. It was an amazing stay in an extraordinary villa. The villa looks just like in the pictures and seems to be newly renovated. Facilities are in good condition. The central location is amazing. La situation géographique près de Lindos, le plus joli village de Rhodes ! La villa de luxe dans un écrin de verdure, les pieds dans l'eau. L'accès privatif à la mer (luxe de la villa) la tranquillité de la plage en contrebas. Les commerces à proximité (excellent restaurant juste en haut de la villa tenu par un Italien). La disponibilité du propriétaire Savvas, l'hospitalité et la gentillesse de Nikos et Despina ! Toujours prêt à vous donner de très bonnes adresses de visites et de bons restaurants? Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à Aquavisionnaire !

La situation géographique tout près de Lindos,plus beau village de Rhodes, les commerces à proximité, l'accès privé à la mer en contrebas, le jardin joliment paysagé rendent ce lieu idylique, paisible mais pas isolé. La villa est également très propre avec notamment deux suites parentales très joliment aménagées et décorées. L'hospitalité, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Savvas, Nikos et Despina sont à souligner. Ils sauront vous communiquer entre autre quelques bonnes adresses de restaurant sur l'île ! Des vacances exceptionnelles à passer en famille,entre amis et même pour un mariage ! A une prochaine fois...

The villa's gorgeous design seamlessly incorporates its luxury interior with the quiet tranquil exterior and breath taking sea views. Everything in this place manages to effortlessly highlight its beautiful sea setting because of the owner's excellent taste and gusto.
