Το NorthPoint Houses, η Μήλος (Ανεμόμυλος), ο Όρμος (Κόλπος) και ο Φάρος (Φάρος) βρίσκονται στο βόρειο άκρο του νησιού της Κεφαλονιάς στο Ιόνιο. Βρίσκονται σε μια ασυναγώνιστη θέση με θέα και σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια από τον γραφικό κόλπο και το χωριό Φισκάρδο, με πολλά εστιατόρια, μπαρ και καταστήματα.

Το NorthPoint Houses αποτελείται από τρεις ξεχωριστές διώροφες κατοικίες, η καθεμία με τη δική της πισίνα και ξαπλώστρες, μέσα σε όμορφους, διαμορφωμένους κήπους. Τα σπίτια και οι πισίνες τους βρίσκονται μέσα στους κήπους για να μεγιστοποιήσουν την ιδιωτικότητα για τους επισκέπτες μας. Η βίλα Ormos αποτελείται από δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια στο κάτω επίπεδο, και τα δύο με king-size κρεβάτια και όμορφα διακοσμημένα με μαρμάρινα μπάνια. Στο επάνω επίπεδο, υπάρχει ένα υπέροχο σαλόνι, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένας χώρος φαγητού και ένα WC επισκεπτών με εγκαταστάσεις πλυντηρίων. Το σαλόνι οδηγεί σε ένα ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι με καθίσματα και τραπεζαρία για φαγητό σε εξωτερικό χώρο.

The most beautiful property just a short walk from Fiskardo, which has many bars, restaurants and shops. Haris & the team (& Benny) were incredible throughout, going above and beyond with everything; recommendations, transport, organising a stay in Ithaca! Beautiful pool, kitchen & lounge area for you to relax in. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back as soon as we can! We’d hugely recommend the houses, but also northpoint rooms and Peranzada in Ithaca, which all sit under same company, and are all breathtaking properties with great interior design and space.

Excellent!

Excellent daily maid service and bonus of a driver of golf buggy on hand at all times for short trips down steep hill to the harbour. All staff most helpful at all times and able to make excellent local recommendations

Lovely Stay!

Beautifully appointed and elegant villa with excellent location - 5 minute walk to Fiskardo's restaurants and bars. Attentive and charming host and staff. Fabulous views and lovely pool. Better than the pictures!

Five Star Villa *****

Fantastic high class property, well appointed in the best location. A true luxury stay and every detail thought of including coffee maker with coffee. with amazing extra features.
