Η βίλα Odysseus Kefalonia βρίσκεται στο νότιο τμήμα του νησιού της Κεφαλονιάς, στο χωριό Πλατιές, πάνω από την παραλία, σε ιδανική τοποθεσία για ένα χαλαρωτικό καταφύγιο και για να εξερευνήσετε την περιοχή. Η νεόδμητη διώροφη Villa Odysseus Kefalonia είναι 100 τμ, πλήρως επιπλωμένη και διακοσμημένη με χειροποίητα αγγεία και πίνακες ζωγραφικής.

Το ισόγειο προσφέρει έναν φιλόξενο και οικείο εσωτερικό. Υπάρχει ένα άνετο, κλιματιζόμενο σαλόνι με τζάκι και δύο καναπέδες, μια ενιαία τραπεζαρία με ένα ξύλινο εξαθέσιο τραπέζι και μια πλήρως εντοιχισμένη και παραδοσιακά διακοσμημένη κουζίνα. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα WC με πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Μπροστά στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει μια ευρύχωρη βεράντα με θέα στην ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η βεράντα με το καφασωτό προσφέρει τραπέζια και καναπέδες προσφέροντας στιγμές χαλάρωσης στους επισκέπτες μας.

Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν δύο πλήρως κλιματιζόμενα υπνοδωμάτια με ξεχωριστά μπαλκόνια, το καθένα εξοπλισμένο με τραπέζια και σεντόνια που προσφέρουν εκπληκτική θέα στον χώρο της πισίνας και στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο είναι διακοσμημένο με γούστο και διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι από χάλυβα και ένα εσωτερικό μπάνιο που περιλαμβάνει ντους με υδρομασάζ. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο, με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, διαθέτει μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και υδρομασάζ. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια είναι επίσης επιπλωμένα με δύο κομοδίνα και φωτιστικά, μια συρταριέρα με καθρέφτη και μια εντοιχισμένη ντουλάπα από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή. Η ντουλάπα στο δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο περιέχει θυρίδα ασφαλείας.

Ο ευρύχωρος χώρος της ιδιωτικής πισίνας προσφέρει ομπρέλες και ξύλινες ξαπλώστρες για ηλιοθεραπεία και ντους. Η ίδια η πισίνα (4 x 7 m και μέγιστο βάθος 1,70 m) είναι οικολογική και υπερχειλίζει το νερό, διατηρώντας την άψογη και υγιή. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και απόλαυση απόλυτης ιδιωτικότητας. Δίπλα στον χώρο της πισίνας, υπάρχει μπάρμπεκιου.

Beautiful Villa, clean, very well equipped, comfortable with stunning views over the Ionian Sea. The owner Paraskevas did everything in his power to ensure we had a great time. It was a nice surprise to see a very well stocked up fridge upon our arrival which saved us looking for a grocery store after a long day of travelling. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone that enjoys a peaceful and individual holiday and doesn't mind a short drive to beaches, taverns and shops. There is also plenty of beautiful places to discover in Kefalonia. A very green and lush island with lots of stunning little beaches and very friendly local people.

The villa was so well maintained I thought it was new. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, nicely furnished. The pool is self-cleaning, really, you don’t have to do anything to it. The host, Paraskevas, is informative, super nice, and I believe, a perfectionist. We spotted him sweeping up single fallen leaves. He provided an extremely generous welcome package and authentic Greek recipes. I don’t think he spared any expense with these villas. I did feel somewhat guilty about some of the pool and outside lights we couldn’t turn off at night. We’re environmentally concerned. The view is unspoiled, beautiful and the photos I sent to family elicited comments like wow, looks like a travel blog. Fantastic sunsets. We rented a boat and visited the beach below the house, Paraskevas recommended it, and so do we, you don’t need a special license or any experience either. It was an entire days worth of adventure/fun. Somehow we had no mosquitoes. There are screens in the windows but even when we sat outside we had no problems. We ate outside several times and didn’t even see a wasp. But somehow with the flowers he has there are tons of butterflies. It’s a quick drive to restaurants and Skala beach. We went for a hike in the mountains, too, do it if you’re able. It’s gorgeous and it smells good, too. Bring good hiking shoes.

Our third visit and just as perfect as the first two. Spotlessly clean, a wonderful peaceful location and a fantastic welcome. The villa and pool make for the ideal location for a relaxing break. Close enough to food, drink and beaches, but far enough away to be quiet, as if you are the only people on the island. The owner cannot do enough for you and ensures everything is just as you would want it and nothing is too much trouble. The view is something we never tire of. We hope to back again as soon as we can.

5 Star, First Class Property, everything you need for a very comfortable stay, the property is immaculate, the owner is most helpful and informative, the pictures are as the property is, from the time we were met at the Airport, to the time we said a reluctant farewell, we enjoyed every moment, we will return to this Villa Paraskevas is a fantastic host, he has a great attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble, we will remember our trip because of his warmth and friendliness Keep doing what you do, you have everything right!

Close enough to food, drink and beaches, but far enough away to be quiet, as if you are the only people on the island. We stayed here for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. Without exception everything was of superb quality, cleanliness with a view to die for. The host, Paraskevas, was a genuine and honest gentleman who was there but not intrusive. From meeting us at the airport to showing us to the villa, teaching us to make Greek coffee, advising on what we should see on the island, he was just great. We've certainly made a new friend in Paras. The villa is located in a beautiful part of the island but you do need a car to make the most of your stay. The pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an afternoon swim. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning helped with the high temperatures overnight. Having never visited this island before we will certainly be returning and hope to stay at this villa again. We were totally bowled over.

Our recent holiday in Kefalonia was probably one of the best we have ever had. The island itself is fantastic with all the best that Greek holidays have to offer. However, the villa we hired this time was truly remarkable and provided everything and more that you could possibly want to make a holiday perfect. This was mainly due to our host Paraskevas who made us so welcome it’s hard to find the right words that describe the contribution he made. By way of example, the fridge was stocked all sorts of foods and drink. There were beers on chill which provided a welcomed refreshment on our arrival. On the way to the villa Paraskevas stopped at a local bakery and bought us all sorts of delicious pastries to go with the already plentiful supplies. As it was our wedding anniversary during the stay he and his wife went to the trouble to bake us a delicious apricot pie that we ate with ice cream he also supplied. In addition to this he was the epitome of discretion although he and his family live on site you rarely saw him accept early in the morning when he might be collecting garden debris or cleaning the pool. He always asked when it was most convenient to carry out a villa clean etc. The HomeAway website carries a video to illustrate the villas and this is a very accurate illustration of what you will find except that its even better in reality. The views are simply breathtaking especially as the sun sets in the evening. The villas are of the highest quality in all respects. I cannot recommend Paraskevas and his villas highly enough....the whole experience was fantastic.

Paraskevas has filled the fridge up full of lovely fruit and local foods, and even he offered up an ice cold beer when we arrived, much appreciated when your hot and tired but excited! The villa itself is immaculate and has all the essentials you’ll need for your stay ! The pool area is stunning with the most amazing views, beautiful sea with yachts and sailing boat passing floating past, and the only sounds of buzzards in the air. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this before it was truly breathtaking x

Finally a villa that looks just as good in real life as in the pictures! The host Paraskevas was attentive without being intrusive. Met us at the airport and had filled the fridge with wine, beer, juices, bread, fruits and more! He also had lots of great advice and tips about the island. The villa itself is set next to another villa with the host living in another house behind both. It is lovely with uninterrupted sea views and neither house intrude on the other. I loved that the sun beds are high quality and the pool area super clean. In fact, the villa was also cleaned midweek. Relaxing, peaceful and pure bliss! A great place to recharge and base for visiting the rest of the island (which is beautiful and unbelievable less touristy than some other islands). If you like the pictures, you’ll love the villa. We will definitely be back and probably rent both houses with family.

This was by far the best villa we have stayed in, the personal touches throughout the villa certainly made it luxury. The owner, Paraskevas, could not have done anymore than he did for us to ensure our stay was special, his kindness and generosity was sensational. He met us at the airport and we followed him to the villa, he stopped on the way to buy us fresh pastry and bread and when we arrived at the villa the fridge was full of fresh fruit, salad, wine, beer and the obvious essentials and throughout our stay he left us ice creams and cakes. He was on hand being next door if we needed him but he didn’t interfere with our privacy. You will need a form of transport if you want to see the island as the villa is quite isolated but is perfect for that quiet retreat. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone

A truly memorable holiday. For all the right reasons. We stayed at Villa Odysseus which is first class. The Interior and exterior are finished to a very high standard. The villa is immaculate and spotlessly clean. The pool and garden areas are beaautiful. Again, maintained to a very high standard. You can be assured of complete privacy and wonderful ocean views. The patio area above the pool has BBQ, eating and relaxing areas that are perfect for relaxing during the day. If it gets too hot, simply hit the loungers in the shade. The position of the villa is very convenient for the airport (25 min drive) and Argostoli (25-30 min drive). Nearby villages are Lourdata (5 min drive), Kateleios (10 min drive) and Skala (10 min drive). All have great restaurants and beaches. Kefalonia is a very beautiful island. … and finally our host Paraskevas. He really looked after us during our stay. This included meeting us at the airport, arriving to a fully stocked refrigerator, advice and guidance on Kefalonia and regular treats. Nothing was too much trouble. Paraskevas also has a great sense of humour and is very generous. If you are looking for a luxury villa with beautiful views, an excellent host and conveniently situated, look no further.
