Το Vardiola Villas Kefalonia είναι ο συνδυασμός της Villa Quarda Kefalonia και της Villa Angelo Kefalonia. Οι όμορφες βίλες βρίσκονται σε ένα καταπληκτικό σημείο με υπέροχη θέα στον ωκεανό.

Η Villa Quarda Kefalonia βρίσκεται στη νότια ακτή του νησιού της Κεφαλονιάς, η Villa Quarda είναι μια παραθαλάσσια βίλα με τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα με υπέροχη θέα. Σχεδιασμένη με μεγάλο σεβασμό για το τοπίο και ένα μείγμα υλικών υψηλής ποιότητας, η Villa Quarda Kefalonia συνδυάζει κομψότητα και απλότητα, παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και μοντέρνο στυλ.

Αυτή η απολαυστική διώροφη βίλα, έκτασης 280μ2 και εντοιχισμένη παραδοσιακή κεφαλονίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, διαθέτει τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια στο ισόγειο που αποτελούνται από ένα πολύ μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι en-suite, ένα διπλό και δύο δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια. Η Villa Quarda Kefalonia διαθέτει εγκαταστάσεις 5 αστέρων, όπως γυμναστήριο, δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα, κλιματισμό, ηχεία οροφής, δορυφορική τηλεόραση με τεράστια οθόνη plasma 60" και ασύρματο internet υψηλής ταχύτητας.

Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης που περιβάλλεται από ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες, εξωτερικό μπαρ και χώρο μπάρμπεκιου που περιλαμβάνει παραδοσιακό φούρνο για το ψήσιμο του ψωμιού στο σπίτι ή της πίτσας. Ο καλοδιατηρημένος κήπος έχει φρούτα. Ένα γραφικό παρεκκλήσι έχει χτιστεί κοντά στην παραλία.

Αυτή η ενοικίαση διακοπών έχει σχεδιαστεί για να φιλοξενήσει έως και 9 άτομα. Ο τελευταίος όροφος είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος με γυάλινες μπαλκονόπορτες που οδηγεί σε ένα τεράστιο και επιπλωμένο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην πισίνα και την παραλία του Αβύθου. Αποτελείται από μια μεγάλη πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με μοναδική διακόσμηση που θα χαροποιούσε την ιστιοπλοϊκή αδελφότητα. Με ξύλινη επιφάνεια εργασίας, δάπεδα από γρανίτη, ψυγειοκαταψύκτη, κουζίνα με 5 δακτυλίους, ψησταριά, ανεμιστήρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα για να προετοιμάσετε αυτές τις γαστρονομικές απολαύσεις. Υπάρχει κλιματισμός σε όλη τη βίλα που εγγυάται άνεση. Για τους επισκέπτες που επιθυμούν να μείνουν τη χειμερινή περίοδο, υπάρχει επίσης κεντρική θέρμανση και αναμμένο τζάκι.

Η Villa Angelo Kefalonia βρίσκεται στη νότια ακτή του νησιού της Κεφαλονιάς, η Villa Angelo είναι μια παραθαλάσσια βίλα. Το σκηνικό και η εσωτερική διακόσμηση της βίλας Angelo συνεργάζονται χέρι-χέρι για να δημιουργήσουν ένα χαλαρωτικό και χαλαρωτικό περιβάλλον. Σχεδιασμένη με μεγάλο σεβασμό για το τοπίο και έναν συνδυασμό υλικών υψηλής ποιότητας Η Villa Angelo Kefalonia συνδυάζει κομψότητα και απλότητα, παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και μοντέρνο στυλ.

Η βίλα Angelo Kefalonia είναι απλά εκπληκτική. Υπάρχει μια παραλία 50 μέτρα από τη βίλα που συνδέεται με ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι. Μια πισίνα υδρομασάζ 15μ2 και είναι αποκλειστική για τους επισκέπτες της Villa Angelo Kefalonia. Ακριβώς δίπλα στην πισίνα υπάρχει ένα στούντιο με διπλό κρεβάτι με ανεξάρτητη πρόσβαση από την κύρια βίλα, για 2 επιπλέον άτομα με επιπλέον χρέωση, αυξάνοντας τη συνολική χωρητικότητα κρεβατιού σε 8 άτομα. Υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες και ένας καλά διατηρημένος κήπος. Ένα γραφικό παρεκκλήσι έχει χτιστεί κοντά στο ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στην παραλία.

Dimitris answered all my questions fully and promptly and he made our stay very comfortable.. the location is fantastic.. 50 meters from the beach.. 2-3mins away from local tavernas and mini market.. 15 minutes from Argostoli.. we would have no hesitation recommending this villa and and we'll definitely be back!

An amazing, fabulous, and modern villa with plenty of character and opportunity. My daughter was 7 months when we came on holidays here and the villa was suitably catered for babies and children of all ages. The pool overlooking the Ionian Sea is spectacular…
An amazing, fabulous, and modern villa with plenty of character and opportunity. My daughter was 7 months when we came on holidays here and the villa was suitably catered for babies and children of all ages. The pool overlooking the Ionian Sea is spectacular and a must have in the Greek heat. This is a luxury villa which will not disappoint. We are hoping to return for a family vacation soon.

Little bit of heaven!

This has got to be the best place to get away from it all ! Direct sea views . Shorrt walk to a practically prvate beach. We come back again and again and the welcone is always warm ! Try it , you will lve it !

The villa itself is beautiful and very comfortable, the view from the balcony is stunning, but the best part is the almost private beach (private pathway from the villa to a secluded beach) that is just about 80 meters from the villa. This beach is absolutely amazing, 1 of the best beaches on the island, and we traveled the island quite a lot so we saw quite a lot of the beaches at Kefalonia. Steve the host was very kind and helpful. He greeted us even saw we checked in late at night (22:30) and he was there for us for any request or question we had. I think Kefalonia is the nicest Greek island I visited so far, and Villa Angelo seemed to be the best housing possibility we saw on the island, especially in terms of value for money. I would recommend this villa to anyone !

Ideal place to stay for family vacation

Infinite see view, private swimming pool, direct access to beach make our holiday super relaxing. Steve is very nice and supportive. It's definitely recommended!

Stathis was a very friendly host. From the time he waited for us at our arrival until we left, he was always available when we needed him. Thank you for your hospitality, Stathis! When we arrived, the fridge was already filled with everything you need. We were travelling with 2 dogs, one of them still a baby. Even this was not an issue in this villa. The house has a private pool that was cleaned every day. A private path leads to the see. It takes some minutes only to go there and you have a beautiful sandy beach mostly for your own. We very much enjoyed our vacation.
