Cerca de la playa de arena de Agios Ioannis y rodeadas de olivares plateados, estas dos villas contemporáneas parecen tenerlo todo. Cada villa se encuentra en su propio jardín con una piscina privada, una barbacoa de piedra entre los olivos maduros, un comedor al aire libre, muebles elegantes, una cocina de diseño moderno y bien equipada y amplias habitaciones con baños en suite que brindan comodidad en el interior y al aire libre.

El carácter lujoso y la comodidad contemporánea vienen en igual medida en estas hermosas villas de piedra en el corazón del olivar de Lefkas. Las villas están rodeadas de olivos y están construidas en un jardín maduro lleno de naranjos, limoneros y manzanos.

Dentro de las villas, puede encontrar una mezcla de muebles antiguos y modernos hechos a mano, techos altos de madera con vigas abiertas y pisos de roble que le dan un toque de lujo. Una elegante villa de piedra cuyos 90 m2 pueden albergar hasta 6 personas. Esta hermosa villa se distribuye en 2 niveles, con un total de 90 m2, dentro de un terreno de 2000 m2, en la parte occidental de Lefkada en Agia Marina. Ubicada en un magnífico entorno natural a una distancia cómoda (700 m de la playa) y a 1000 metros de la ciudad de Lefkas, la villa Aggelos es ideal para familias medianas y pequeños grupos de amigos que deseen preservar un ambiente más íntimo, pacífico y ambiente independiente.

La casa consta de una zona de estar / comedor / cocina de planta abierta y de 2 dormitorios con 3 baños. 1 espacioso dormitorio principal con baño en suite y un dormitorio doble con baños en suite y un tercer baño. En la planta baja, el área de estar / comedor / cocina de planta abierta se abre a todas las áreas de salón y piscina al aire libre y hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales con baño en suite y un segundo baño. Una escalera de metal de diseño superior conduce a la planta superior donde se encuentra el dormitorio principal con baño en suite. Luego, relájese o lea en las tumbonas hasta el anochecer, al sol o bajo la pérgola sombreada, haciendo algunos frenos para nadar en la piscina infinita.

La villa de piedra de Aggelos -tanto dentro como fuera de la casa- ha sido diseñada, decorada y amueblada para albergar y servir eficientemente a familias multigeneracionales. Villa is well equipped and the pool area is stunning, very clean and surrounded by lavender and rosemary which gives the area a great scent! Villa was serviced daily by Chrisanthie who was fantastic and added to the enjoyment of our holiday by putting a smile on our faces everyday. Good location enables you to explore both sides of the island and close to the centre for more tavernas and shops. Best place to eat - definitely Thymari restaurant in Lefkada town.

Such a lovely villa in a fantastic location. Kostas and Lola were excellent hosts - communication was easy and timely and they ensured we had all the information required. Very well equipped- everything you need and more is in the villa. Location is great - 10 mins walk to the beach and a 25 min walk to the heart of Lefkada town and easy access by car to the rest of the island. Chrisanthi, the maid was an absolute star and made it a holiday we will remember fondly for a long time. Thank you Kostas and Lola for being such welcoming hosts

Beautiful house with all you need

This was a modern, clean and beautiful house. Good air condition inn all rooms. Friendly and helpful people. Nice private pools and private yard. If you want to go to Lefkada, we can recommend this house.

The Agrikies Villa at Lefkada has been the perfect destination for our family holidays! The property was newly built with a highly modern design and decoration. The kitchen was fully equipped and has everything we needed. The house was indeed beyond expectations: it had a very welcoming atmosphere and positive energy! The owners made us feel very welcome from the first minute we arrived. They were very helpful and kind! Another pleasant surprise was that the cleaner at the villa was actually a private domestic housekeeper who was accessible to provide any additional housecleaning chores that may be required e.g. wash the dishes after having a party with friends! We found out that the house was located in a quite and peaceful land rather close to the beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis-which we visited every day- but had also access to a main road; moreover it was a walking distance to a mini-market which is also important especially when you travel with a family During out stay, we felt like being "home"! We had a wonderful time! We will certainly come back! Thank you!

The pool is nice and big, the surroundings are beautiful. Its a true relaxing place in a quit area just outside the Lefkada-village and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. Ideal for families but also great for couples; its luxurious but intimate. We loved it!

Incredible place in an excellent location. We were a one minute walk from a local store where you can buy almost everything you need, and only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach with many cafés/bars. The place itself was spotless both inside and out, with a modern interior and a luxurious space outside with a private pool and barbecue. As soon as we arrived we were met and given a warm welcome, and were informed of all the places we should visit on this beautiful island. Definitely recommend to any family or couple.
