Κοντά στην αμμώδη παραλία του Αγίου Ιωάννη και περιτριγυρισμένες από ασημένιους ελαιώνες, αυτές οι δύο σύγχρονες βίλες φαίνεται να τα έχουν όλα. Κάθε βίλα βρίσκεται στον δικό της κήπο με ιδιωτική πισίνα, πέτρινο μπάρμπεκιου ανάμεσα στα ώριμα ελαιόδεντρα, υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, κομψά έπιπλα, μοντέρνα σχεδιασμένη και καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο που παρέχουν άνεση σε εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους.

Ο πολυτελής χαρακτήρας και η σύγχρονη άνεση έρχονται εξίσου σε αυτές τις υπέροχες πετρόχτιστες βίλες στην καρδιά του ελαιώνα της Λευκάδας. Οι βίλες περιβάλλονται από ελιές και είναι χτισμένες σε έναν ώριμο κήπο γεμάτο πορτοκαλιές, λεμονιές και μηλιές.

Μέσα στις βίλες, μπορείτε να βρείτε έναν συνδυασμό από μοντέρνα και αντίκες χειροποίητα έπιπλα, ξύλινες οροφές με ψηλά δοκάρια και δρύινα δάπεδα που δίνουν μια νότα πολυτέλειας. Έξω, ανάμεσα σε πολλά σημεία για κρασί ή φαγητό, υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες και ένα τραπέζι μπιστρό δίπλα στην πισίνα που φωτίζεται για μια μεταμεσονύκτια βουτιά. Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη πέργκολα με παγκάκια με μαξιλάρια και τραπεζαρία στο ύπαιθρο δίπλα σε ένα πέτρινο χτιστό μπάρμπεκιου. Μέσα στις βίλες, κάθε δωμάτιο διαθέτει κλιματισμό (fan coil), τηλεόραση, WiFi, όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και σκιερή τραπεζαρία. Έξω υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο αίθριο και μια κομψή πισίνα υπερχείλισης σε χώρο ηλιοθεραπείας από μασίφ ξύλο.

Μια πέτρινη βίλα εντυπωσιακής ομορφιάς της οποίας τα 140 m2 μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και 8 επισκέπτες. Αποτελείται από ένα ενιαίο ισόγειο με κουζίνα, σαλόνι, και 3 υπνοδωμάτια με ensuite μπάνια και ένα επιπλέον τέταρτο μπάνιο. Οι ψηλοτάβανες ξύλινες στέγες, τα δρύινα δάπεδα, τα εξαίσια διακοσμητικά αντικείμενα και η ηρεμία του ελαιώνα και του ώριμου κήπου, δημιουργούν ένα γοητευτικό, γαλήνιο και πολυτελές σκηνικό για τις διακοπές σας.

Αυτή η υπέροχη βίλα απλώνεται σε ένα επίπεδο, συνολικής επιφάνειας 140 m2, σε οικόπεδο 2000 m2, στο δυτικό τμήμα της Λευκάδας στην Αγία Μαρίνα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται από 3 υπνοδωμάτια με 4 μπάνια: 1 ευρύχωρο master υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και δύο επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ένα τέταρτο μπάνιο. Μια εσωτερική σκάλα οδηγεί σε ένα μεγάλο υπόγειο 140 m2 με ένα μικρό γυμναστήριο, ένα άνετο καθιστικό και πινγκ πονγκ. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν απεριόριστη θέα μέσα από εκτεταμένες βεράντες και οδηγούν στην πισίνα υπερχείλισης. Στο ισόγειο, ο ενιαίος χώρος καθιστικού/τραπεζαρίας/κουζίνας ανοίγει σε όλους τους εξωτερικούς χώρους του lounge και της πισίνας.

Εξωτερικά, υπάρχει μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία (8 άτομα) καθώς και άφθονο σαλόνι και καθιστικό δίπλα στο ενσωματωμένο μπάρμπεκιου. Η πισίνα υπερχείλισης είναι 45 m2 και περιβάλλεται από ένα ξύλινο κατάστρωμα για ηλιοθεραπεία. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι σκιάζονται όμορφα από πέργκολες. Υπάρχουν επίσης 4 θέσεις στάθμευσης. Η συνολική αίσθηση αυτής της υπέροχης βίλας "σχεδιαστή" είναι μια ξεχωριστή αισθητική, εκλεπτυσμένο γούστο και προσοχή στην τοπική αρχιτεκτονική.

Exceeded our expectations

This was an amazing villa owned by a fantastic couple. Both Kostas and Lola were great, very helpful, responsive and ready to assist with any of our needs. The location is very close to the center of Lefka and also to a beautiful beach....although the villa is so nice that you probably don't want to get out. It has everything, starting from details such as an emergency kit to a fantastic pool. All details are present. We used the barbecue outside more often than we used the tavernas. We were two couples with two children each and we never felt crowded because the design, the space and the comfort of the villa is just perfect. Our children loved it, we loved it, and we would definitely go back. Lefkada was a beautiful island to visit and the villa made it even more beautiful.

Outside area is abundant from the parking area to the sundecks and bbq eating areas.good size pool with surrounding gardens beautiful. The owner and staff are very friendly especially the maid nothing is too much trouble for her. From her showing us the beach 5 min walk to recommending good restaurants to eat in. 10 - 15 mins walk into town taxi back easy. Fabulous relaxing holiday had by all of us.

Everything contributes to a sense of well being. Great value for money.
