Close to Agios Ioannis sandy beach and surrounded by silvered olive groves, these two contemporary villas seem to have it all. Each villa stands in its own garden with a private pool, a stone-built barbeque among the mature olive trees, an alfresco dining area, stylish furniture, a modern designed and well-equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms providing comfort indoors and outdoors.

Luxurious character and contemporary comfort come in equal measure at these lovely stone-built villas in the heart of Lefkas olive grove. The villas are encircled by olive trees and are built in a mature garden full of orange, lemon, and apple trees.

Inside the villas, you can find a mix of modern and antique handmade furniture, high open beam wooden ceilings, and oak floorings that give a touch of luxury. Outside among several spots to wine or dine there are loungers and a bistro table beside the pool which is lit for a midnight dip. There is a big pergola with bench seating piled with cushions and al fresco dining next to a stone built-in barbeque. Inside the villas, every room has air condition (fan coil), TV, WiFi, all the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a shaded dining terrace. Outside there is a spacious patio and a stylish infinity pool set in a hardwood sundeck.

A stone villa of striking beauty whose 140 m2 can host up to 8 guests. It consists of a unified ground floor with kitchen, living room, and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional fourth bathroom. High ceiling wooden roofs, oak floorings, exquisite decorative artifacts, and the tranquility of the olive grove and the mature garden, create a charming, peaceful, and luxurious setting for your holidays.

This lovely villa spreads out on one level, covering a total of 140 m2, within a plot of land of 2000 m2, at the western part of Lefkada in Agia Marina. The house consists of 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms: 1 spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a fourth bathroom. An internal staircase leads to a big basement of 140 m2 with a small gym a cozy sitting room and table tennis. All bedrooms have uninterrupted views through extensive verandas and lead to the infinity pool. On the ground floor, the open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen area opens to all outdoor lounge and pool areas.

At the exterior, there is a large dining area (sitting 8 pers.) as well as ample lounge and sitting areas by the built-in BBQ. The infinity pool is 45 m2 and is surrounded by a wooden sun deck. Outdoor areas are handsomely shaded by pergolas. There are 4 parking spaces as well. The overall feeling of this superb “designer” villa is one of distinguished aesthetics, refined taste, and consideration for the local architecture.

This was an amazing villa owned by a fantastic couple. Both Kostas and Lola were great, very helpful, responsive and ready to assist with any of our needs. The location is very close to the center of Lefka and also to a beautiful beach....although the villa is so nice that you probably don't want to get out. It has everything, starting from details such as an emergency kit to a fantastic pool. All details are present. We used the barbecue outside more often than we used the tavernas. We were two couples with two children each and we never felt crowded because the design, the space and the comfort of the villa is just perfect. Our children loved it, we loved it, and we would definitely go back. Lefkada was a beautiful island to visit and the villa made it even more beautiful.

Outside area is abundant from the parking area to the sundecks and bbq eating areas.good size pool with surrounding gardens beautiful. The owner and staff are very friendly especially the maid nothing is too much trouble for her. From her showing us the beach 5 min walk to recommending good restaurants to eat in. 10 - 15 mins walk into town taxi back easy. Fabulous relaxing holiday had by all of us.
