Austria Villa Η πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη πολυτελής βίλα 375 τ.μ. με ιδιωτική πισίνα οδηγεί τη φιλοξενία και την άνεση στο επόμενο επίπεδο! Με άπλετους χώρους, μοντέρνα δωμάτια και κομψές πινελιές, αυτή η βίλα είναι βέβαιο ότι θα γίνει το νούμερο ένα στη λίστα επιθυμιών σας. Όπως ο νότιος άνεμος Ostria, ο ζεστός άνεμος που μας θυμίζει διακοπές και ηλιόλουστες μέρες, η βίλα Ostria Luxury παρέχει όλες τις απαραίτητες εγκαταστάσεις και αγαθά που θα αναζητούσε κανείς για μια ολοκληρωμένη και αξέχαστη εμπειρία διακοπών.

Η βίλα δύο επιπέδων διαθέτει 5 υπνοδωμάτια και είναι κατάλληλη για έως και 12 άτομα. Η κύρια είσοδος οδηγεί στο ευρύχωρο μοντέρνο σαλόνι και την ανοιχτή κουζίνα που είναι περισσότερο από επαρκώς εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις απαραίτητες συσκευές και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Δύο τραπεζαρίες - μία στην κουζίνα και μία στο σαλόνι - είναι κατάλληλες για έως και 12 άτομα. Το ισόγειο προσφέρει επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να ενωθούν σε ένα διπλό καθώς και ένα μπάνιο με ντους. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και μπανιέρα με ιδιωτικό επιπλωμένο μπαλκόνι. Τα άλλα τρία υπνοδωμάτια έχουν δύο μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν όλα να ενωθούν σε διπλά κρεβάτια. Και τα τρία δωμάτια έχουν ιδιωτικά, επιπλωμένα μπαλκόνια. Αυτός ο όροφος προσφέρει ένα επιπλέον μπάνιο με μπανιέρα.

Vila is very comfortable, well equipped and have all the facilities. The yard around the house is wonderful (pool, trees, flowers, barbecue room, everything that you will need) The owners are very friendly. Location is good. I will highly recommend to everyone and would love to go again there.

Amazing Villa , better than expected

After deciding on Greece for my friends hen party , we then had to decide on what island. We discovered Luxury Villa Ostria in Zante and all fell in love. I contacted the villa via Facebook and the owner Dianne was quick to reply. From the moment we…
After deciding on Greece for my friends hen party , we then had to decide on what island. We discovered Luxury Villa Ostria in Zante and all fell in love. I contacted the villa via Facebook and the owner Dianne was quick to reply. From the moment we made the booking she was helpful, she advised us on what company to use for a boat trip , what clubs would be open (low season ) organised a cocktail class for at the villa. A mini bus collected us from airport and on arrival to the villa we were absolutely stunned at how beautiful and well kept it was. ( can honestly say it was like something from the tv show love island ) We were greeted by Dianne who showed us around. She provided us with her personal number and nothing was an issue, Anything asked of her she managed to get sorted for us including a hairdresser to come and carry out blow drys on hung over Scottish girls! BBQ facilities fab although we couldn’t get it lit, we called and her husband came to villa and started it for us . All rooms had robes, slippers and clean towels daily. Inclusive also was a daily clean which allowed us to relax. ( we were pretty messy and even this didn’t faze ) 10/10 for Diane and property and we will definitely be back to show it off to our family’s ideal place for upto 12 people , groups or family’s . 10 minute bus trip to Laganas strip . it won’t allow me to add some pictures as saying file too large I will add on her Facebook

Just spent the most amazing week here and will definitely be back! Where to start? The villas have obviously been re entry refurbished to the highest standard. The space inside is vacuous and all the bedrooms are huge with masses of storage. The grounds were big enough and completely secure for the kids to play in whilst we relaxed. The pool is incredible and it looks amazing at night. The owners left essentials in the fridge for our arrival as well. 3 minute drive to the beach, it would be a 15/20 min walk with kids. Although it’s really close to Laganas it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful it was an ideal location. Trying to think of a negative to balance this but it’s hard.... oh... it was incredibly hot everyday!.... however the fridge in the stand alone bbq building right next to the pool was always well stocked with cold beers so we coped. Sharing the cost with friends allowed us to live the millionaire lifestyle for a week. Outstanding quality and well worth the money. Rent a small car when you get there.

You'll be hard-pressed to find a nicer villa on the island. The house itself is like a show room (in a good way, it still feels super homely and lived in despite everything being incredibly glossy, with attention to every detail, and the pool area is flawless. From the hotel-style dressing gowns and slippers to the flawless pool area, everything about it suggests 5 star luxury. The owners, Diane and Sakis, are the most lovely, helpful and warm spirited people you could possibly meet. We just loved them - no query or request is too big or too small, Diane literally drove us around the island and they have a whole host of useful tips that you really must make use of. The whole property is spotlessly clean, with cleaners tackling everything from the linens to the BBQ every day. We visited as a group of five twenty-six-year-old women from London who just wanted to spend a week chilling out by the pool and enjoying one another’s company. It was quite literally the perfect place for us. Ostria is both nicer and far better value for money than other comparable properties in the area. It’s ideal for groups of friends or families (it would be lovely, for example, for two families holidaying together). It really is huge! The downstairs seating area/ kitchen is completely gorgeous and would be thoroughly lovely even during winter. The general area where the villa is located isn't particularly buzzy - this is somewhere you book based on the property and not its proximity to other things (unless, of course, you want to be super close to Laganas). You can't pop to the shops or nice restaurants on foot, but that's why a car is advised (taxis are also cheap and easy to come by in the area). This is the case with all the villas in this part of Zakynthos. What is brilliant is the close proximity to the airport. A stunning villa presented to the upmost standards, with even lovelier owners, we can’t recommend Ostria highly enough.
